Abstract
The invention relates to a method for removing residual glue of a thin film of an LED display product based on a surface film pasting process, which comprises the following steps: protecting the periphery of the LED display product with the residual film adhesive on the surface by using corrosion resistance measures and placing the LED display product on an operation table; soaking the surface of the LED product by alcohol; the surface of the product is repeatedly rubbed by the elastic plastic hook surface magic tape to remove glue, and the surface of the LED display product is always soaked by alcohol in the glue removing process until the residual glue of the film is removed. The invention can quickly and effectively remove the residual film adhesive residue on the surface of the LED display product, thereby reducing the manual operation time, improving the maintenance efficiency and reducing the cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of LED large screen display, and relates to a method for removing residual glue of a thin film of an LED display product based on a surface film pasting process.
Background
In recent years, with the increasing demand of people for display devices, the rapid development of LED full-color display products has increasingly high requirements on the maintenance efficiency, delivery timeliness and stability of display products. In the application process of the client, various abnormalities such as high display brightness, dark display brightness, broken film, color change of the film and the like occur in units in a full-color LED display product, and the maintenance is needed. At present, because the film of a display product with a film pasted on the surface is influenced by factors such as environmental temperature, light, product service time and the like, the adhesive degree of colloid between the film and a full-color display product is denatured. During after-sales maintenance, the traditional film and residual glue removing method is that the surface film and glue of the full-color LED display product are separated, then 600# abrasive paper is matched with 75% alcohol, the residual glue is removed at the viscose part on the surface of the product through manual repeated rubbing, and the glue removing time is about 1H. The abrasive paper grinding force is not easy to control, the surface of a product is abraded by the abrasive paper in the grinding process, secondary reworking is caused, the appearance quality of the product is affected, the operation efficiency is low, and the operation cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for removing residual glue of a thin film of an LED display product based on a surface film pasting process, which can quickly and effectively remove the residual glue of the thin film.
In order to solve the technical problem, the method for removing the residual glue of the thin film of the LED display product based on the surface film pasting process comprises the following steps:
protecting the periphery of the LED display product with the residual film adhesive on the surface by using corrosion resistance measures and placing the LED display product on an operation table; soaking the surface of the LED product by alcohol; the surface of the product is repeatedly rubbed by the elastic plastic hook surface magic tape to remove glue, and the surface of the LED display product is always soaked by alcohol in the glue removing process until the residual glue of the film is removed.
The alcohol is pure industrial alcohol.
The periphery of the LED display product is protected by corrosion-resistant adhesive tapes and corrosion-resistant printing ink.
And the alcohol is sprayed on the surface of the LED product by adopting a spraying device.
The LED display product is characterized in that the surface of the residual film adhesive of the product is soaked in alcohol for 10s, and then the surface of the product is repeatedly rubbed by the elastic plastic hook surface magic tape to remove the adhesive.
After the glue is removed by the elastic plastic hook surface magic tape, the surface is cleaned by non-woven fabrics soaked with pure industrial alcohol.
The invention can quickly and effectively remove the residual film adhesive residue on the surface of the LED display product, thereby reducing the manual operation time, improving the maintenance efficiency and reducing the cost.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the method for removing the residual glue of the thin film of the LED display product based on the surface film pasting process of the present invention comprises the following specific operation steps:
protecting the periphery of an LED display product with residual thin film adhesive on the surface by using corrosion-resistant measures such as corrosion-resistant adhesive tape, corrosion-resistant ink and the like, placing the LED display product in a temporary jig, and flatly fixing the LED display product below a spray head on an operation table; installing an elastic plastic hook surface magic tape at the bottom end of the adhesive removing tool;
starting the corrosion-resistant self-priming pump, opening a spraying button of a spraying device, spraying pure industrial alcohol with the concentration of 99.8% on the surface of residual film adhesive on the LED display product, and after spraying for 10s, repeatedly rubbing the surface of the product by using a glue removing tool with an elastic plastic hook surface magic tape arranged at the bottom end to remove the adhesive until the residual film adhesive is removed; in the glue removing process, the spraying device automatically sprays pure industrial alcohol according to a set time interval so as to ensure that 99.8% of the pure industrial alcohol is always soaked on the surface of an LED display product in the glue removing process; and cleaning the surface of the non-woven fabric soaked with pure industrial alcohol after the glue removal is finished.
The LED display product surface effect before glue removal is shown in figure 2a, and the LED display product surface effect after glue removal is shown in figure 2b and figure 5.

A method for removing residual glue of a thin film of an LED display product based on a surface film pasting process is characterized by comprising the following steps: protecting the periphery of the LED display product with the residual film adhesive on the surface by using corrosion resistance measures and placing the LED display product on an operation table; soaking the surface of the LED product by alcohol; the surface of the product is repeatedly rubbed by the elastic plastic hook surface magic tape to remove glue, and the surface of the LED display product is always soaked by alcohol in the glue removing process until the residual glue of the film is removed.
2. The method for removing the residual glue of the thin film of the LED display product based on the surface film pasting process according to claim 1, wherein the alcohol is pure industrial alcohol.
3. The method for removing the residual adhesive on the thin film of the LED display product based on the surface film pasting process according to claim 1, wherein the periphery of the LED display product is protected by a corrosion-resistant adhesive tape and corrosion-resistant ink.
4. The method for removing the residual glue of the thin film of the LED display product based on the surface film pasting process of claim 1, wherein the alcohol is sprayed on the surface of the LED product by a spraying device.
5. The method for removing the residual adhesive on the film of the LED display product based on the surface film pasting process of claim 1, wherein the surface of the residual adhesive on the film of the LED display product is soaked in alcohol for 10s and then repeatedly rubbed with an elastic plastic hook surface magic tape to remove the adhesive.
6. The method for removing the residual glue of the thin film of the LED display product based on the surface film pasting process according to claim 1, wherein after the glue removal by the elastic plastic hook surface magic tape is completed, the surface is cleaned by non-woven fabrics soaked with pure industrial alcohol.
