Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a connecting structure and a connecting method of clothes, in particular to a connecting structure and a connecting method of an elastic belt and cloth.
Background
The shoulder straps of the bra are connected with the cups and waistlines of the underwear through the elastic straps and the cloth, the two methods are generally adopted in the prior art, one method is to adopt a sewing method for connection, although the sewing is firm and reliable, obvious sewing marks exist at the sewing positions, and the wearing comfort is reduced when the sewing marks are attached to the skin. The other method is laminating by adopting viscose or ultrasonic welding, although the method has no seam mark and can improve the wearing comfort, the connection parts of the inner layer and the outer layer are aligned, so that the connection parts are easy to crack and the reliability is not high.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a connecting structure and a connecting method of an elastic belt and cloth.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a seamless connection structure of an elastic belt and cloth comprises the elastic belt, upper cloth, lower cloth and reinforcing plates coated with hot melt adhesive on two sides; one end of the elastic belt is of a branched structure consisting of an upper layer belt and a lower layer belt, and the upper layer belt is longer than the lower layer belt; the edge of the upper layer cloth is shorter than that of the lower layer cloth; the upper layer belt is connected with the upper layer cloth in an ultrasonic welding mode, and the lower layer belt is connected with the lower layer cloth in an ultrasonic welding mode; the reinforcing sheet is hot-pressed between the upper layer belt, the upper layer cloth and the lower layer belt and the lower layer cloth.
A seamless connection method of an elastic belt and cloth comprises the following steps:
the elastic band is cut in a staggered way: the method comprises the following steps of (1) weaving a layered part with an upper layer belt and a lower layer belt at a set distance during the elastic belt weaving; shearing along the layered part in a staggered way to enable one end of the elastic belt to form a branched structure consisting of an upper layer belt and a lower layer belt, wherein the upper layer belt is longer than the lower layer belt.
Cutting double-layer cloth in a staggered manner: and cutting the cloth along the edge of the cloth in a staggered manner to ensure that the edge of the upper layer cloth is shorter than that of the lower layer cloth.
Layered welding: and aligning and ultrasonically welding the upper layer belt and the upper layer cloth to form an upper layer connecting part, and aligning and ultrasonically welding the lower layer belt and the lower layer cloth to form a lower layer connecting part.
Hot-pressing reinforcement: and a reinforcing sheet with hot melt adhesive coated on both sides is inserted between the upper-layer connecting part and the lower-layer connecting part and then is subjected to hot pressing, so that the upper-layer connecting part, the reinforcing sheet and the lower-layer connecting part are connected into a layer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adopts a staggered cutting mode to ensure that the welding position of the upper layer and the welding position of the lower layer are staggered, and simultaneously, the reinforcing sheet is added between the upper layer and the lower layer for hot pressing to ensure that the upper layer and the lower layer are connected into a layer, thereby having the advantage of no seam mark caused by only adopting viscose pressing or adopting ultrasonic welding in the prior art, having no elasticity or slight elasticity at the welding pressing position, not breaking at the welding pressing position, having firm reliability of sewing connection, and being widely applicable to bras, underpants, orthopedic clothes and the like.
Drawings
The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a seamless connection structure of an elastic belt and cloth comprises an elastic belt 1, an upper layer cloth 2, a lower layer cloth 3 and reinforcing sheets 4 coated with hot melt adhesive on two sides; one end of the elastic belt 1 is of a branched structure consisting of an upper belt 5 and a lower belt 6, and the tail end of the upper belt 5 is longer than the lower belt 6; the edge of the upper layer cloth 2 is shorter than the lower layer cloth 3; the upper layer belt 5 is connected with the upper layer cloth 2 in an ultrasonic welding mode, and the lower layer belt 6 is connected with the lower layer cloth 3 in an ultrasonic welding mode; the reinforcing sheet 4 is hot-pressed between the upper layer belt, the upper layer cloth and the lower layer belt, the lower layer cloth.
A seamless connection method of an elastic belt and cloth comprises the following steps:
the elastic band is cut in a staggered way: the layered part with an upper layer belt and a lower layer belt is made at the set distance of the time interval when the elastic belt is made (the making method is the same as the prior art, and no special requirement is made); shearing along the layered part in a staggered way to enable one end of the elastic belt to form a Y-shaped branched structure consisting of an upper layer belt and a lower layer belt, wherein the tail end of the upper layer belt is longer than the tail end of the lower layer belt.
Cutting double-layer cloth in a staggered manner: the cloth is cut along the edge of the cloth (which can be terylene, chinlon, composite material, chemical fiber and other materials suitable for ultrasonic welding) in a staggered way, so that the edge of the upper layer cloth is shorter than the lower layer cloth, the staggered distance of the upper layer cloth and the lower layer cloth is the same as or close to that of the upper layer belt and the lower layer belt, and the aim is to ensure that the upper layer cloth and the lower layer cloth can be just butted without generating too much coincidence. It should be noted that the upper and lower parts are opposite to each other, and for convenience of description, the upper and lower concepts are adopted in the present embodiment, and those skilled in the art can understand that the end of the upper layer tape may be shorter than the end of the lower layer tape, and the edge of the upper layer cloth may be longer than the edge of the lower layer cloth, and the offset connection may also be realized.
Layered welding: the upper layer belt and the upper layer cloth are aligned and ultrasonically welded to form an upper layer connecting part (the end surfaces are tightly attached or slightly overlapped during welding), and the lower layer belt and the lower layer cloth are aligned and ultrasonically welded to form a lower layer connecting part (ultrasonic welding is the same as the prior art and has no special requirement).
Hot-pressing reinforcement: the method comprises the steps of inserting reinforcing pieces (the reinforcing pieces can be made of net-shaped yarns, PA, TPU, PUR and the like or mixed hot melt adhesives thereof, and are made of inelastic or micro-elastic materials) with hot melt adhesives coated on two sides between an upper connecting part and a lower connecting part, and then carrying out hot pressing (the hot pressing is the same as the prior art, has no special requirements, can be local point-shaped gluing or can be whole-surface gluing), so that the upper connecting part, the reinforcing pieces and the lower connecting part are connected into a layer, the welding pressing part has no elasticity or micro-elasticity, and the welding pressing part cannot be broken.
The invention adopts a staggered cutting mode to ensure that the welding position of the upper layer and the welding position of the lower layer are staggered, and simultaneously, the reinforcing sheet is added between the upper layer and the lower layer for hot pressing to ensure that the upper layer and the lower layer are connected into a layer, thereby not only having the seamless mark advantage of only adopting viscose for pressing or adopting ultrasonic welding in the prior art, but also having firm reliability of sewing connection, and being widely applicable to bras, underpants, orthopedic clothes and the like.
The above embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make equivalent modifications and variations without departing from the overall concept of the present invention.
