The tobacco stem consists of a phloem, a xylem and a core part from outside to inside. The xylem and medulla are loose and easy to expand. the stem separating mechanism comprises a stem separating groove and a high-toughness leather tobacco stem screening unit, wherein the stem separating groove is provided with a high-toughness leather tobacco stem discharging port, a stem inlet, a first liquid inlet and a low-toughness leather tobacco stem discharging channel, the high-toughness leather tobacco stem discharging port is positioned at the bottom of the stem separating groove, inlets of the stem inlet, the first liquid inlet and the low-toughness leather tobacco stem discharging channel are all positioned above the high-toughness leather tobacco stem discharging port, the stem inlet and the inlet of the low-toughness leather tobacco stem discharging channel are oppositely arranged, and the high-toughness leather tobacco stem screening unit is positioned below the high-toughness leather tobacco stem discharging port so as to separate the high-toughness leather tobacco stems discharged from the high-toughness leather tobacco stem discharging port from a stem selecting liquid;
the stem selecting liquid supply mechanism is used for supplying stem selecting liquid into the stem separating groove from the first liquid inlet;
the stem discharging mechanism comprises a stem washing and soaking groove, a low-tough-skin tobacco stem transmission unit and a low-tough-skin tobacco stem screening unit, wherein a stem liquid mixing inlet and a low-tough-skin tobacco stem discharging port are formed in the stem washing and soaking groove, the stem liquid mixing inlet is communicated with an outlet of a low-tough-skin tobacco stem discharging channel so as to input low-tough-skin tobacco stems and stem selecting liquid discharged from the outlet of the low-tough-skin tobacco stem discharging channel into the stem washing and soaking groove, the low-tough-skin tobacco stem transmission unit is located in the stem washing and soaking groove, and the low-tough-skin tobacco stem screening unit is opposite to the low-tough-skin tobacco stem discharging port so as to separate the low-tough-skin tobacco stems and the stem selecting liquid discharged from the low-tough-skin tobacco stem discharging port.

The tobacco stem sorting device according to claim 1, wherein the stem inlet and the first liquid inlet are located on the same side of the stem splitting groove, and the inlet of the low-bast tobacco stem discharging channel is located on the other side of the stem splitting groove opposite to the side where the stem inlet and the first liquid inlet are located.
3. The tobacco stem sorting device according to claim 2, wherein the inlet openings of the inlet openings, the first liquid inlet opening and the low-tough-skin tobacco stem discharging channel are gradually decreased in height relative to the bottom of the stem separating groove.

The tobacco stem sorting device according to claim 2, wherein a guiding surface is arranged at the bottom of the stem splitting groove, the guiding surface is configured to guide the high-toughness-skin tobacco stems located at the bottom of the side of the stem splitting groove where the stem inlet and the first liquid inlet are arranged to the side of the stem splitting groove where the inlet of the low-toughness-skin tobacco stem discharging channel is arranged, and the high-toughness-skin tobacco stem discharging port is located at the guiding end of the guiding surface.
5. The tobacco stem sorting device according to claim 1, wherein the stem separating mechanism further comprises a vibration unit, the vibration unit is mounted on the outer wall of the stem separating groove, and the vibration unit corresponds to the bottom of the stem separating groove.

The tobacco stem sorting device according to claim 1, wherein the stem separating mechanism further comprises a stem selecting liquid disturbing unit, the stem selecting liquid disturbing unit comprises a flow gathering plate, and a plurality of flow gathering ports are arranged on the flow gathering plate;
a second liquid inlet is also formed in the stem separating groove;
the stem selecting liquid supply mechanism is also arranged to supply stem selecting liquid from the second liquid inlet to the flow gathering plate, so that the stem selecting liquid supplied from the second liquid inlet to the flow gathering plate is discharged from the flow gathering port, and thus the stem selecting liquid in the stem dividing groove is disturbed.

The tobacco stem sorting device according to claim 6, wherein the second liquid inlet and the first liquid inlet are located on the same side of the stem splitting groove, the second liquid inlet is located on one side of the bottom of the stem splitting groove, and the high-toughness cabo stem discharging port is located on the other side, opposite to the side where the second liquid inlet is located, of the bottom of the stem splitting groove.
8. The tobacco stem sorting device according to claim 1, wherein a liquid outlet is further arranged on the high-tough-skin tobacco stem screening unit;
and a third liquid inlet is formed in the stem washing and leaching groove and connected with the liquid outlet, so that the stem selecting liquid separated by the high-toughness cabo stem screening unit enters the stem washing and leaching groove from the third liquid inlet.

The tobacco stem sorting device according to claim 1, wherein the stem sorting liquid supply mechanism comprises a stem sorting liquid tank and a stem sorting liquid driving unit, and the stem sorting liquid driving unit is configured to drive the stem sorting liquid in the stem sorting liquid tank.
10. A tobacco stem sorting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step (1): soaking the tobacco stems by using a stem selection liquid to disperse the high-toughness-skin tobacco stems and the low-toughness-skin tobacco stems at different heights of the stem selection liquid;
step (2): separating the high-toughness skin tobacco stems at the lower part;
and (3): and (4) carrying out stem washing operation and stem soaking operation on the low-tenacity-skin tobacco stems.
