In some embodiments, an air supply pipe is connected to the slitting roller 11, and a plurality of first vent holes 12 are distributed on the slitting roller 11 for the passage of air. the slitting roller is arranged at one end above the first conveyor belt and is used for slitting the dough sheet into strips;
the guide part comprises a box body, and the box body is provided with an inclined surface;
the cutting part is arranged above the inclined surface and is used for cutting off the fine dried noodles;
the second conveyor belt is arranged below the box body;
the sliding rod is arranged on one side of the second conveyor belt, and is provided with scale marks;
the two sliding blocks are connected to the sliding rod in a sliding mode;
the first infrared sensor and the second infrared sensor are respectively arranged on the two sliding blocks, and the distance between the first infrared sensor and the second infrared sensor is greater than the length of the fine dried noodles to be cut;
the first conveyor belt, the second conveyor belt, the cutting part, the first infrared sensor and the second infrared sensor are all electrically connected with the controller.
