本发明涉及涉及一种含异菌脲和联苯三唑醇的组合物。该组合物以异菌脲和联苯三唑醇为活性成分,通过优化异菌脲和联苯三唑醇的质量比,最终选取异菌脲和联苯三唑醇的质量比为5∶1。本发明的组合物减轻了现有植物病原菌分别对异菌脲和联苯三唑醇的潜在抗药性风险;将异菌脲和联苯三唑醇组合后,二者之间具有明显的协同作用,同时又减少了用药量,从而使该组合物可以应用于防治油菜菌核病。

技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体涉及一种含异菌脲和联苯三唑醇的组合物。
背景技术
异菌脲(iprodione)是二甲酰亚胺类高效广谱触杀型保护性杀菌剂,同时具有一定的治疗作用,也可通过根部吸收起内吸作用。可有效防治对苯并咪唑类内吸杀菌剂有抗性的真菌。适用于瓜类、番茄、辣椒、茄子、园林花卉、草坪等多种蔬菜及观赏植物等。主要防治对象为由葡萄孢菌、珍珠菌、交链孢菌、核盘菌等引起的病害。如灰霉病、早疫病、黑斑病、菌核病等。
联苯三唑醇(Bitertanol)是一种三唑类类杀菌剂,其化学结构中均含有1,2,4-三唑基团,具有杀菌谱广、活性高、杀菌速度快、持效期长、内吸传异强等特点,兼具保护、治疗、铲除和熏蒸作用。其作用机理是通过抑制P450酶(CYP51)抑制羊毛甾醇向麦角甾醇的转化,破坏病原菌细胞膜功能,最终导致细胞死亡,对担子菌、子囊菌和半知菌等大多数真菌性病害均有效,广泛应用于小麦、水稻、玉米、花生、以及多种蔬菜和水果作物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种对油菜菌核病具有防治作用、以异菌脲和联苯三唑醇为主要活性物质的组合物,减轻了现有病原菌对异菌脲和联苯三唑醇的潜在抗药性风险,研究结果表明异菌脲和联苯三唑醇的组合具有明显的协同作用。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施达到:
一种含异菌脲和联苯三唑醇的组合物,该组合物以异菌脲和联苯三唑醇为活性成分,其质量比为1∶10~10∶1;异菌脲和联苯三唑醇的质量比最优选为5∶1。
本发明的组合物减轻了现有植物病原菌分别对异菌脲和联苯三唑醇的潜在抗药性风险;将异菌脲和联苯三唑醇组合后,二者之间具有明显的协同作用,同时又减少了用药量,从而使该组合物可以应用于防治油菜菌核病。
