When the internet of things equipment downloading the upgrade package in an indirect downloading mode acquires a plurality of network addresses from the server, the internet of things equipment can select one network address from the network addresses to download the upgrade package, or simultaneously download the upgrade package through a plurality of internet of things equipment corresponding to the network addresses, so that the downloading speed is improved.
In one embodiment, the obtaining, by the server, the network address of the target internet of things device and sending the network address to the other internet of things devices includes: acquiring a network address set corresponding to target Internet of things equipment; sorting the network addresses in the network address set; when upgrading requests sent by part of the other Internet of things equipment are received in sequence at different time, sequentially selecting network addresses from the network address set according to the sequence number; and sending the selected network address to the corresponding part of the Internet of things equipment.
The server can appoint one internet of things device to provide download service for other internet of things devices with certain preset number. When the same target internet of things device provides downloading service for other internet of things devices with the preset number, the server designates the next target internet of things device to provide the downloading service according to the sequence so as to avoid the phenomenon that the same internet of things device provides the downloading service for more other internet of things devices at the same time to cause the network of the target internet of things device to be congested or cause the target internet of things device to crash. For example, if the server receives download requests sent by 10 pieces of internet-of-things equipment in sequence, the server may send the network address of the same target internet-of-things equipment to the 10 pieces of internet-of-things equipment, and when an 11 th download request is received, the server sends the network address of the next target internet-of-things equipment according to the sequence of the network addresses.
In one embodiment, after all the internet of things devices are downloaded, the server sends a deletion instruction for deleting the upgrade package to the internet of things devices, so that the internet of things devices delete the downloaded upgrade package according to the deletion instruction.
The server enables the downloaded Internet of things equipment to store the upgrade package before all the Internet of things equipment finishes downloading, and the downloaded Internet of things equipment can provide downloading service for other Internet of things equipment. When all the internet of things equipment is downloaded, the server enables the internet of things equipment to delete the upgrade package, and storage space of the internet of things equipment can be saved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the method for upgrading the communication module in the internet of things device includes the following steps:
s302, the server receives an upgrading request sent by the target Internet of things equipment.
S304, responding to the upgrading request, the server sends an upgrading packet to the target Internet of things equipment, so that the target Internet of things equipment upgrades the built-in communication module according to the upgrading packet.
S306, when the upgrade package is sent to the target Internet of things equipment, the network address of the target Internet of things equipment is obtained.
S308, when an upgrading request sent by other Internet of things equipment is received, determining a downloading mode of the Internet of things equipment for downloading the upgrading package.
S310, when the downloading mode of other Internet of things equipment is a direct downloading mode, the server sends a direct downloading instruction to the equipment so that the equipment can directly download the upgrade package through the server.
And S312, when the downloading mode of other Internet of things equipment is an indirect downloading mode, the server sends an indirect downloading instruction containing a network address to the other Internet of things equipment, wherein the network address is selected from a network address set corresponding to the target Internet of things equipment.
And S314, receiving the network address sent by the downloaded Internet of things equipment, and adding the network address to a network address set corresponding to the target Internet of things equipment.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the method for upgrading the communication module in the internet of things device includes the following steps:
s402, the server receives an upgrading request sent by the Internet of things equipment requesting to download the upgrading package.
S404, the server extracts the corresponding equipment identification of the Internet of things equipment from the upgrading request.
S406, the server determines a downloading mode of the corresponding Internet of things equipment for downloading the upgrade package according to the equipment identifier; the downloading mode comprises a direct downloading mode and an indirect downloading mode.
S408, the server sends the downloading mode to the Internet of things equipment so that the Internet of things equipment can download the upgrading package according to the downloading mode and upgrade the built-in communication module.
S410, the server receives a downloading completion instruction sent by the downloaded Internet of things equipment, and acquires a network address of the corresponding Internet of things equipment according to the downloading completion instruction.
And S412, when an upgrade request sent by other Internet of things equipment which does not download the upgrade package and has an indirect download mode is received, the server sends a network address corresponding to the downloaded Internet of things equipment to the Internet of things equipment, so that the Internet of things equipment downloads the upgrade package according to the network address and upgrades the built-in communication module.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-4 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-4 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, an upgrading apparatus for a communication module in an internet of things device is provided, including: a receiving module 502, a sending module 504, and an obtaining module 506, wherein:
a receiving module 502, configured to receive an upgrade request sent by a target internet of things device;
the sending module 504 is configured to send an upgrade package to the target internet of things device in response to the upgrade request, so that the target internet of things device upgrades the built-in communication module according to the upgrade package;
the obtaining module 506 is configured to obtain a network address of the target internet of things device and send the network address to other internet of things devices when the upgrade package is sent to the target internet of things device, so that the other internet of things devices download the upgrade package from the target internet of things device according to the network address to upgrade the built-in communication module.
In the above embodiment, the server sends the upgrade package to the target internet of things device after receiving the upgrade request sent by the target internet of things device. When the upgrade package is sent to the target Internet of things equipment, the server acquires the network address of the target Internet of things equipment and sends the network address to other Internet of things equipment, so that the other Internet of things equipment downloads the upgrade package from the target Internet of things equipment according to the network address for upgrading. Therefore, when the internet of things equipment is upgraded, part of target internet of things equipment in all the internet of things equipment directly obtains the upgrade package from the server for upgrading, and other internet of things equipment downloads the upgrade package through the target internet of things equipment which has downloaded the upgrade package for upgrading. The Internet of things equipment downloads the upgrade package through the server and other Internet of things equipment which are downloaded, and the downloading efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus further comprises:
a determining module 508, configured to determine a downloading manner for downloading the upgrade package by other internet of things devices; the downloading mode comprises an indirect downloading mode, and the indirect downloading mode represents that the upgrading package is downloaded from the target Internet of things equipment; the other internet of things devices comprise a first internet of things device;
a sending module 504, further configured to:
when the downloading mode of the first Internet of things equipment is an indirect downloading mode, generating an indirect downloading mode instruction carrying a network address according to the indirect downloading mode, and sending the indirect downloading mode instruction to target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded in the first Internet of things equipment so that the target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded downloads an upgrading packet from the target Internet of things equipment according to the network address to upgrade a built-in communication module;
when the target to-be-upgraded Internet of things equipment finishes downloading the upgrade package, the target to-be-upgraded Internet of things equipment is identified as the target Internet of things equipment so that other to-be-upgraded Internet of things equipment in the first Internet of things equipment can download the upgrade package until the first Internet of things equipment finishes upgrading.
In one embodiment, the downloading mode further comprises a direct downloading mode, wherein the direct downloading mode represents that the upgrade package is directly downloaded from the server; the other Internet of things equipment also comprises second Internet of things equipment; the device still includes:
a generating module 510, configured to generate a direct downloading mode instruction according to a direct downloading mode;
the sending module 504 is further configured to send a direct downloading mode instruction to the second networked device, so that the second networked device downloads the upgrade package from the server according to the direct downloading mode instruction.
In one embodiment, the determining module 508 is further configured to:
determining a selection ratio;
and determining the downloading mode of part of the other Internet of things equipment as an indirect downloading mode according to the selected proportion.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the receiving module 502 is further configured to receive a download completion instruction sent by the target to-be-upgraded internet of things device; the downloading completion instruction is sent when the target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded finishes downloading the upgrade package;
the extracting module 512 is configured to extract a network address of the corresponding target internet of things device to be upgraded from the download completion instruction;
an adding module 514, configured to add the network address of the target to-be-upgraded internet-of-things device to the network address set corresponding to the target internet-of-things device; the network address set provides network addresses to generate indirect download mode instructions carrying the network addresses.
In one embodiment, the obtaining module 506 is further configured to:
acquiring a network address set corresponding to target Internet of things equipment;
sorting the network addresses in the network address set;
when upgrading requests sent by part of the other Internet of things equipment are received in sequence at different time, sequentially selecting network addresses from the network address set according to the sequence number;
and sending the selected network address to the corresponding part of the Internet of things equipment.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the sending module 504 is further configured to send a deletion instruction for deleting the upgrade package to the internet of things device after all the internet of things devices are completely downloaded, so that the internet of things device deletes the downloaded upgrade package according to the deletion instruction.
For specific limitations of the upgrading device of the communication module in the internet of things device, refer to the above limitations on the upgrading method of the communication module in the internet of things device, and are not described herein again. All modules in the upgrading device of the communication module in the internet of things equipment can be completely or partially realized through software, hardware and a combination of the software and the hardware. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer equipment is used for storing the upgrading data of the communication module in the Internet of things equipment. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by the processor to realize the upgrading method of the communication module in the Internet of things equipment.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 7 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: receiving an upgrading request sent by target Internet of things equipment; responding to the upgrading request, and sending an upgrading packet to the target Internet of things equipment so that the target Internet of things equipment is upgraded according to the upgrading packet; when the upgrade package is sent to the target Internet of things equipment, the network address of the target Internet of things equipment is obtained, and the network address is sent to other Internet of things equipment, so that the other Internet of things equipment can download the upgrade package from the target Internet of things equipment according to the network address for upgrading.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: determining a downloading mode of other Internet of things equipment for downloading the upgrade package; the downloading mode comprises an indirect downloading mode, and the indirect downloading mode represents that the upgrading package is downloaded from the target Internet of things equipment; the other internet of things devices comprise a first internet of things device; sending the network address to other internet of things devices includes: when the downloading mode of the first Internet of things equipment is an indirect downloading mode, generating an indirect downloading mode instruction carrying a network address according to the indirect downloading mode, and sending the indirect downloading mode instruction to target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded in the first Internet of things equipment so that the target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded downloads an upgrading packet from the target Internet of things equipment according to the network address to upgrade a built-in communication module; when the target to-be-upgraded Internet of things equipment finishes downloading the upgrade package, the target to-be-upgraded Internet of things equipment is identified as the target Internet of things equipment so that other to-be-upgraded Internet of things equipment in the first Internet of things equipment can download the upgrade package until the first Internet of things equipment finishes upgrading.
In one embodiment, the downloading mode further comprises a direct downloading mode, wherein the direct downloading mode represents that the upgrade package is directly downloaded from the server; the other Internet of things equipment also comprises second Internet of things equipment; the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: generating a direct downloading mode instruction according to the direct downloading mode; and sending a direct downloading mode instruction to the second networking equipment so that the second networking equipment downloads the upgrade package from the server according to the direct downloading mode instruction.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: determining a selection ratio; and determining the downloading mode of part of the other Internet of things equipment as an indirect downloading mode according to the selected proportion.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: receiving a downloading completion instruction sent by target equipment of the Internet of things to be upgraded; the downloading completion instruction is sent when the target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded finishes downloading the upgrade package; extracting a network address of the corresponding target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded from the downloading completion instruction; adding the network address of the target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded to a network address set corresponding to the target Internet of things equipment; the network address set provides network addresses to generate indirect download mode instructions carrying the network addresses.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: acquiring a network address set corresponding to target Internet of things equipment; sorting the network addresses in the network address set; when upgrading requests sent by part of the other Internet of things equipment are received in sequence at different time, sequentially selecting network addresses from the network address set according to the sequence number; and sending the selected network address to the corresponding part of the Internet of things equipment.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: and after all the Internet of things equipment finishes downloading, sending a deleting instruction for deleting the upgrade package to the Internet of things equipment so that the Internet of things equipment deletes the downloaded upgrade package according to the deleting instruction.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: receiving an upgrading request sent by target Internet of things equipment; responding to the upgrading request, and sending an upgrading packet to the target Internet of things equipment so that the target Internet of things equipment is upgraded according to the upgrading packet; when the upgrade package is sent to the target Internet of things equipment, the network address of the target Internet of things equipment is obtained, and the network address is sent to other Internet of things equipment, so that the other Internet of things equipment can download the upgrade package from the target Internet of things equipment according to the network address for upgrading.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: determining a downloading mode of other Internet of things equipment for downloading the upgrade package; the downloading mode comprises an indirect downloading mode, and the indirect downloading mode represents that the upgrading package is downloaded from the target Internet of things equipment; the other internet of things devices comprise a first internet of things device; sending the network address to other internet of things devices includes: when the downloading mode of the first Internet of things equipment is an indirect downloading mode, generating an indirect downloading mode instruction carrying a network address according to the indirect downloading mode, and sending the indirect downloading mode instruction to target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded in the first Internet of things equipment so that the target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded downloads an upgrading packet from the target Internet of things equipment according to the network address to upgrade a built-in communication module; when the target to-be-upgraded Internet of things equipment finishes downloading the upgrade package, the target to-be-upgraded Internet of things equipment is identified as the target Internet of things equipment so that other to-be-upgraded Internet of things equipment in the first Internet of things equipment can download the upgrade package until the first Internet of things equipment finishes upgrading.
In one embodiment, the downloading mode further comprises a direct downloading mode, wherein the direct downloading mode represents that the upgrade package is directly downloaded from the server; the other Internet of things equipment also comprises second Internet of things equipment; the computer program when executed by the processor further realizes the steps of: generating a direct downloading mode instruction according to the direct downloading mode; and sending a direct downloading mode instruction to the second networking equipment so that the second networking equipment downloads the upgrade package from the server according to the direct downloading mode instruction.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: determining a selection ratio; and determining the downloading mode of part of the other Internet of things equipment as an indirect downloading mode according to the selected proportion.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: and after all the Internet of things equipment finishes downloading, sending a deleting instruction for deleting the upgrade package to the Internet of things equipment so that the Internet of things equipment deletes the downloaded upgrade package according to the deleting instruction.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. receiving an upgrading request sent by target Internet of things equipment;
responding to the upgrading request, and sending an upgrading packet to the target Internet of things equipment so that the target Internet of things equipment upgrades a built-in communication module according to the upgrading packet;
when the upgrading packet is sent to the target Internet of things equipment, the network address of the target Internet of things equipment is obtained, and the network address is sent to other Internet of things equipment, so that the other Internet of things equipment downloads the upgrading packet from the target Internet of things equipment according to the network address to upgrade the built-in communication module.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining a downloading mode of the other Internet of things equipment for downloading the upgrade package; the downloading mode comprises an indirect downloading mode, and the indirect downloading mode represents that the upgrading package is downloaded from the target Internet of things equipment; the other Internet of things devices comprise a first Internet of things device;
the sending the network address to other internet of things devices comprises:
when the downloading mode of the first Internet of things equipment is the indirect downloading mode, generating an indirect downloading mode instruction carrying the network address according to the indirect downloading mode, and sending the indirect downloading mode instruction to target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded in the first Internet of things equipment so that the target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded downloads the upgrading package from the target Internet of things equipment according to the network address to upgrade a built-in communication module;
when the target to-be-upgraded Internet of things equipment finishes downloading the upgrade package, the target to-be-upgraded Internet of things equipment is identified as target Internet of things equipment so that other to-be-upgraded Internet of things equipment in the first Internet of things equipment can download the upgrade package until the first Internet of things equipment finishes upgrading.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the downloading manner further comprises a direct downloading manner, and the direct downloading manner represents that the upgrade package is directly downloaded from a server; the other Internet of things equipment also comprises second Internet of things equipment; the method further comprises the following steps:
generating a direct downloading mode instruction according to the direct downloading mode;
and sending the direct downloading mode instruction to the second networking equipment so that the second networking equipment downloads the upgrade package from the server according to the direct downloading mode instruction.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining a downloading manner in which the upgrade package is downloaded by the other internet of things devices comprises:
determining a selection ratio;
and determining the downloading mode of part of the other Internet of things equipment as the indirect downloading mode according to the selection ratio.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
receiving a downloading completion instruction sent by the target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded; the downloading completion instruction is sent by the target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded when the upgrading packet is downloaded;
extracting a network address of the corresponding target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded from the downloading completion instruction;
adding the network address of the target Internet of things equipment to be upgraded to a network address set corresponding to the target Internet of things equipment; the network address set provides a network address to generate an indirect download mode instruction carrying the network address.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the network address of the target internet of things device and sending the network address to other internet of things devices comprises:
acquiring a network address set corresponding to the target Internet of things equipment;
sorting the network addresses in the network address set;
when upgrading requests sent by part of the other Internet of things equipment are received in sequence at different time, sequentially selecting network addresses from the network address set according to the sequence number;
and sending the selected network address to the corresponding part of the Internet of things equipment.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after all the Internet of things equipment finishes downloading, sending a deleting instruction for deleting the upgrading package to the Internet of things equipment so that the Internet of things equipment deletes the downloaded upgrading package according to the deleting instruction.
