Background
The display interactive terminal is usually connected with other production equipment, monitors the running state of the equipment in real time, and displays the running state obtained through monitoring to a user through a display. Further, after receiving the electrical equipment fault information, the portable device 3 prompts a user to check the fault information content in a vibration or buzzer ringing mode.
The intelligent display interactive terminal is further provided with a portable device 3 and a wireless communication module 4 on the basis of the first embodiment, when the processor 1 judges that the current electrical equipment is abnormal in operation through the operation information, namely when the electrical equipment fails, the processor 1 sends electrical equipment failure information to the portable device 3 through the wireless communication module 4, so that a user can check and process the failure in time.

further, when the judgment result is that a fault occurs, the display displays in a fault information prompt box mode.
S33: and when the judgment result is that the current electrical equipment fails in operation, sending the electrical equipment failure information to external portable equipment so as to prompt a user to check the failure information content in a vibration or buzzer ringing mode after the portable equipment receives the electrical equipment failure information.
The working principle of the intelligent display interaction method described in this embodiment is the same as that of the intelligent display interaction terminal described in any of the above embodiments, and details are not repeated here.
The intelligent display interaction method can judge whether the current electrical equipment is normal according to the acquired operation information of the electrical equipment, display a fault information prompt frame through the display when the electrical equipment has a fault, and can send the fault information to the portable equipment at a user side in time; the intelligent display interaction method can facilitate users to timely master the running state of the electrical equipment, facilitate users to timely find equipment faults, and is beneficial to reducing loss caused by the equipment faults and improving the working efficiency.

As shown in fig. 4, an interactive system according to this embodiment includes:
the intelligent display interactive terminal 5 as described in fig. 1 or fig. 2, and the electrical appliance 6;
when the intelligent display interaction terminal 5 comprises the portable device 3, the intelligent display interaction terminal 5 interacts with the electrical device 6 by using the intelligent display interaction method as shown in fig. 3.
The invention also provides a controller for executing the intelligent display interaction method shown in the figure 3.

and when the operation information is successfully matched with one fault data in the equipment fault information list, judging that the current electrical equipment is in fault during operation.
4. The intelligent display interaction terminal of claim 3, further comprising:
a portable device and a wireless communication module;
the portable equipment establishes wireless communication connection with the processor through the wireless communication module;
and the processor sends the fault information of the electrical equipment to the portable equipment through the wireless communication module.
5. The intelligent display interactive terminal of claim 4, wherein after receiving the fault information of the electrical equipment, the portable equipment prompts a user to view the fault information content in a vibration or buzzer manner.
6. An intelligent display interaction method, comprising:
acquiring operation information of electrical equipment connected with the terminal, and judging whether the current electrical equipment is normally operated or not according to the operation information;
and displaying the judgment result and the operation information of the electrical equipment.
7. The intelligent display interaction method according to claim 6, wherein the determining whether the current electrical device is operating normally according to the operation information comprises:
comparing the operation information with an equipment fault information list;
and when the operation information is successfully matched with one fault data in the equipment fault information list, judging that the current electrical equipment is in fault during operation.

The intelligent display interaction method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein when the judgment result is that the current electrical equipment has a fault in operation, the fault information of the electrical equipment is sent to an external portable device, so that the portable device prompts a user to view the fault information content in a vibration or buzzer manner after receiving the fault information of the electrical equipment.
