Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to examples of embodiments shown in the drawings to which the invention is attached.
The first embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 1 to 4, an insulating sleeve head for fixing a live overhead conductor end in live working of a 10kV distribution network comprises three parts, namely a hard insulating sleeve 1, an insulating presser 2 and an insulating bolt 3. The hard insulating sleeve 1 is provided with a sleeve hole 4 for inserting a line head of an overhead conductor, the insulating press 2 is movably arranged in the sleeve hole 4 and can be matched with the hard insulating sleeve 1 to press the line head of the overhead conductor, and the insulating bolt 3 is respectively connected with the hard insulating sleeve 1 and the insulating press 2 and is used for driving the insulating press 2 to move in the sleeve hole 4.
As shown in fig. 5 to 9, the hard insulating sleeve 1 has a sleeve hole 4 for inserting the end of the overhead conductor, and the sleeve hole 4 is disposed along the length direction of the hard insulating sleeve 1, so that the hard insulating sleeve 1 has an elongated tubular shape, and the length direction of the hard insulating sleeve 1 is disposed along the length direction of the end of the overhead conductor to be fixed. The sectional shape of the hard insulating sleeve 1 and the sectional shape of the sleeve hole 4 are both closed figures formed by two parallel straight line segments and arc line segments respectively arranged at two ends of the straight line segments, the wall thicknesses of all parts of the formed sleeve hole 4 are the same, and the thickness requirement of the hard insulating sleeve 1 is based on that the insulation performance of the parts does not generate breakdown between an inner wall layer and an outer wall layer and the industrial strength which meets the actual requirement is adopted. The middle part of the arc-shaped pipe wall of the hard insulating sleeve 1 is provided with a sleeve screw hole 5 for communicating the inside and the outside of the hard insulating sleeve 1. The end of the sleeve screw hole 5 is defined as the upper end of the hard insulating sleeve 1, and the opposite end is defined as the lower end of the hard insulating sleeve 1.
On the local inner wall of sleeve hole 4, that is, on the inner wall of the upper end, on both sides of sleeve screw hole 5, a plurality of sleeve creepage saw teeth 6 for increasing creepage distance are arranged along the length direction. The inner wall of the partial inner wall of the sleeve hole 4 contacting with the overhead conductor wire head, namely the inner wall of the lower end, is provided with a sleeve tooth mouth 7 for increasing friction force.
The depth of the sleeve hole 4, namely the vertical distance from the mouth of the sleeve hole 4 at one end of the sleeve in the length direction to the bottom of the sleeve hole 4, needs to be greater than the sum of the length of the exposed wire core in the overhead conductor wire head and the set length allowance. After the outer skin of the head part of the overhead conductor is stripped, the length of the exposed wire core is generally about 100mm, the distance from the exposed wire core to the outside of the hard insulating sleeve 1 is generally required to be more than 150mm, and the design consideration is that the depth of the sleeve hole 4 has a certain allowance, so the depth D of the sleeve hole 4Depth of hole>DLength of insulated wire core+150 mm. The depth of the sleeve hole 4 can be designed to be 300mm, and the specific selection is set according to actual requirements.
The inner diameter of the sleeve hole 4 needs to be slightly larger than the diameter of the overhead conductor wire head, namely DInner diameter>DOuter diameter of wireFor example, for the existing JKLYJ-240 wire, the outer diameter of the wire is 32mm, the inner diameter of the sleeve hole 4 is 40mm, and the wire can be designed according to actual requirements, so that the wire with each wire diameter can be placed in the hard insulating sleeve 1.
As shown in fig. 10 to 14, the insulating presser 2 is in the form of a strip, and the length direction thereof is arranged along the length direction of the overhead conductor stub. The insulating press 2 is arranged in parallel in the sleeve hole 4 of the hard insulating sleeve 1 and can move along the distribution direction of the upper end and the lower end of the hard insulating sleeve 1. The cross-sectional shape of the insulating presser 2 is arcuate, and generally semicircular. The middle part of the arc surface of the insulating presser 2 is provided with a presser screw hole 8 corresponding to the sleeve screw hole 5. The thickness of the insulating presser 2 is based on the working strength which does not cause breakdown between the upper layer and the lower layer of the insulating performance of the component and meets the actual requirement.
On the outer surface of the arc-shaped surface of the insulating presser 2, a plurality of insulating presser 2 creepage sawteeth for increasing creepage distance are arranged along the length direction. And the outer surface of the insulating presser 2 contacting with the overhead conductor wire end, that is, the plane bottom surface of the insulating presser 2, is provided with a presser tooth mouth 10 for increasing friction force.
On the sections of the hard insulating sleeve 1 and the insulating press 2, the aperture of the inner wall of the sleeve hole 4 is larger than the outer diameter of the insulating press 2, for example, the difference is 10mm, so that the sleeve creepage distance sawtooth 6 and the press creepage distance sawtooth 9 can be respectively designed on the inner wall of the sleeve hole 4 and the outer surface of the insulating press 2, as shown in fig. 9 and fig. 14, respectively, the conductive creepage distance is increased by reasonably designing the number and the tooth height of the sleeve creepage distance sawtooth 6 and the press creepage distance sawtooth 9, and for the hard insulating sleeve 1, the sum of the nearest wire diameters from a1 point to a2 point is required to be larger than 15cm in the same vertical section; for the insulating presser 2, the sum of the nearest line diameters from the point B1 to the point B2 is required to be more than 15cm in the same vertical section.
As shown in fig. 15, the radial dimension of the insulating bolt 3 is matched with the dimensions of the sleeve screw hole 5 and the presser screw hole 8, the middle part of the insulating bolt 3 is in threaded connection with the sleeve screw hole 5, one end of the insulating bolt 3 is in threaded connection with the presser screw hole 8, and the screw head of the insulating bolt 3 is located outside the hard insulating sleeve 1. The length of the insulating bolt 3 is based on the fact that the insulating performance of the part is not subjected to head-to-screw rod bottom breakdown, and the requirements of working strength and screwing depth meeting actual requirements are met. The insulating bolt 3 is also provided with scale marks for indicating the relative position between the insulating bolt and the insulating presser 2. When the bolt is rotated outwards, if the scale mark is seen, the user is warned that the insulating presser 2 and the connected screw rod are about to be separated.
Hard insulating materials such as epoxy resin are used as insulating materials of all parts of the insulating sleeve head, and the insulating property meets the requirement of 10kV live working guide rule specification.
The insulating sleeve head needs to be matched with an insulating blanket for use, and the specific use mode is as follows: the rotary insulating bolt 3 drives the insulating presser 2 to move upwards, so that an accommodating space is formed between the lower surface of the insulating presser 2 and the middle part and the lower end of the sleeve hole 4, the head of the overhead conductor is inserted into the accommodating space along the length direction of the hard insulating sleeve 1 and the insulating presser 2, then the rotary insulating bolt 3 rotates reversely to drive the insulating presser 2 to move downwards to realize self-tightening, and the insulating presser 2 compresses and fixes the head of the overhead conductor. The tooth mouths designed at the contact positions of the bottom of the insulating presser 2 and the bottom of the inner surface of the hard insulating sleeve 1 and the head of the overhead conductor can increase friction, and the frictional resistance is increased after the screwed insulating presser 2, the head of the overhead conductor and the tooth mouths are accepted, so that the conductor is prevented from falling off. Each insulating part ensures that the live wire in the sleeve is not punctured, and the sufficient size of the sleeve and the creepage distance of each sawtooth prevent the current leakage of the wire. And finally, wrapping an insulating blanket outside the insulating sleeve head on which the overhead conductor wire head is fixed. The hard sleeve head can prevent the insulating sleeve from being scratched by the sharp edge of the wire, thereby effectively protecting the insulating blanket. When the insulating blanket is wrapped outside the insulating sleeve head, the non-cylindrical sleeve head can be matched with the insulating clamp to be wrapped and clamped, and the insulating blanket is prevented from falling off. Therefore, the insulating sleeve head is matched with the insulating blanket for use, and the insulating protection effect can be effectively improved.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
