If the longitude and latitude coordinates of the target enterprise are not on the management boundary line of the target area, the enterprise can be judged to be outside the management boundary and not belong to the jurisdiction range of the target area.
Based on the introduction, in the jurisdictional enterprise statistical method provided by the embodiment, the affiliation determination of the enterprise in the area is converted into the point-to-surface position relationship determination by taking longitude and latitude as a bridge, so that the implementation mode of enterprise management is simplified; if the ray generated by taking the longitude and latitude coordinates of the target enterprise as the end point has even number of intersection points with the management address range, the position relation between the longitude and latitude coordinates of the target enterprise and the management boundary line of the target area is further judged, the accuracy of division of enterprise affiliation can be improved, the enterprise is rapidly and accurately collected, and therefore efficient management of the enterprise under the jurisdiction of the area is achieved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of a jurisdictional enterprise statistics apparatus provided in this embodiment; the device mainly includes: an area determination unit 110, an enterprise determination unit 120, a map division unit 130, an intersection determination unit 140, a boundary determination unit 150, a first determination unit 160, and a second determination unit 170. The administrative enterprise statistics device provided in this embodiment can be compared with the administrative enterprise statistics method.
The area determining unit 110 is mainly configured to determine a target area to which an enterprise to be counted belongs and a management address range of the target area;
the enterprise determining unit 120 is mainly configured to determine an enterprise associated with the target area as a target enterprise, and determine longitude and latitude coordinates of the target enterprise;
the map dividing unit 130 is mainly configured to generate a ray with longitude and latitude coordinates as an endpoint in a map including a target area;
the intersection determination unit 140 is mainly used for determining the number of intersections between the ray and the management address range in the map;
the boundary judgment unit 150 is mainly used for judging whether the longitude and latitude coordinates of the target enterprise are on the management boundary line of the target area when the number of the intersection points is an even number; if the management boundary line is on, triggering a first determination unit 160, and if the management boundary line is not on, triggering a second determination unit 170;
the first determination unit 160 is mainly used for determining the affiliation of the target enterprise according to a preset affiliation rule;
the second determination unit 170 is mainly used to determine that the target enterprise is not within the management address range of the target area.
The embodiment provides a jurisdictional enterprise statistics device, which mainly comprises: a memory and a processor.
Wherein, the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor is configured to implement the steps of the method for statistics of the jurisdictional enterprise as described in the above embodiments when executing the program, and specifically, refer to the description of the method for statistics of the jurisdictional enterprise.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of a jurisdictional enterprise statistics device provided in this embodiment is provided, which may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (CPUs) 322 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 332, where the memory 332 stores one or more computer applications 342 or data 344. Memory 332 may be, among other things, transient or persistent storage. The program stored in memory 332 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a sequence of instructions operating on a data processing device. Still further, the central processor 322 may be configured to communicate with the memory 332 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 330 on the policing enterprise statistics apparatus 301.
The jurisdictional enterprise statistics apparatus 301 may also include one or more power supplies 326, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 350, one or more input-output interfaces 358, and/or one or more operating systems 341, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, and the like.
The steps in the administration enterprise statistics method described in fig. 1 above may be implemented by the structure of the administration enterprise statistics apparatus described in this embodiment.
The present embodiment discloses a readable storage medium, on which a program is stored, and the program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the jurisdictional enterprise statistical method described in the foregoing embodiment, which may be referred to in the foregoing embodiment for describing the jurisdictional enterprise statistical method.
The readable storage medium may be a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various readable storage media capable of storing program codes.
The embodiments are described in a progressive manner in the specification, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. The device disclosed by the embodiment corresponds to the method disclosed by the embodiment, so that the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the method part for description.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied directly in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
The jurisdictional enterprise statistics method, apparatus, device and readable storage medium provided by the present application are described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present application are explained herein using specific examples, which are provided only to help understand the method and the core idea of the present application. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make several improvements and modifications to the present application without departing from the principle of the present application, and such improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A jurisdictional enterprise statistics method, comprising:
determining a target area to which an enterprise to be counted belongs and a management address range of the target area;
determining enterprises associated with the target area as target enterprises, and determining longitude and latitude coordinates of the target enterprises;
generating a ray by taking the longitude and latitude coordinates as an end point in a map comprising the target area;
determining the number of intersections of the ray and the management address range in the map;
if the number of the intersection points is an even number, judging whether the longitude and latitude coordinates of the target enterprise are on a management boundary line of the target area;
if the target enterprise is on the management boundary line, judging the affiliation of the target enterprise according to a preset affiliation rule;
and if the target enterprise is not on the management boundary line, judging that the target enterprise is not in the management address range of the target area.
2. The jurisdictional enterprise statistics method of claim 1 wherein said determining a business associated with said target area as a target business and determining latitude and longitude coordinates of said target business comprises:
crawling address information of each enterprise in a network;
determining enterprises with the address information in the preset range of the target area as target enterprises;
and converting the actual office address of the target enterprise into longitude and latitude information as the longitude and latitude coordinates.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein crawling address information for businesses in the network comprises:
crawling government registration addresses of enterprises, addresses in recruitment information and addresses in website propaganda information;
setting high-to-low priority for the address in the website propaganda information, the address in the recruitment information and the registration address;
and acquiring corresponding address information as the address information of the target enterprise according to the order of high-to-low priority.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the target area to which the enterprise to be counted belongs and the management address range of the target area comprises:
determining a target area to which an enterprise to be counted belongs;
and receiving the imported management address range data as the management address range of the target area.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the target area to which the enterprise to be counted belongs and the management address range of the target area comprises:
determining a target area to which an enterprise to be counted belongs;
receiving the imported vertex position information of the target area;
and calling a Graham-Scan algorithm to draw the region range according to the vertex position information and the vertex sequence, and taking the drawing result as the management address range of the target region.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the target enterprise's affiliation according to the predetermined affiliation rules comprises:
judging whether the management address range comprises a neighboring street outside the target area;
if yes, judging that the target enterprise is not in the management address range of the target area;
and if not, judging that the target enterprise is in the management address range of the target area.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the target enterprise's affiliation according to the predetermined affiliation rules comprises:
receiving the designation of the target enterprise attribution by a user;
if the user specifies that the target enterprise is in the management address range of the target area, judging that the target enterprise is in the management address range of the target area;
and if the user specifies that the target enterprise is not in the management address range of the target area, judging that the target enterprise is not in the management address range of the target area.
8. A jurisdictional enterprise statistics apparatus, comprising:
the area determining unit is used for determining a target area to which the enterprise to be counted belongs and a management address range of the target area;
the enterprise determining unit is used for determining an enterprise associated with the target area as a target enterprise and determining longitude and latitude coordinates of the target enterprise;
the map dividing unit is used for generating a ray by taking the longitude and latitude coordinates as an end point in a map comprising the target area;
an intersection determination unit configured to determine the number of intersections of the ray with the management address range in the map;
the boundary judgment unit is used for judging whether the longitude and latitude coordinates of the target enterprise are on the management boundary line of the target area when the number of the intersection points is an even number; if the management boundary line is on, triggering a first judging unit, and if the management boundary line is not on, triggering a second judging unit;
the first judging unit is used for judging the attribution of the target enterprise according to a preset attribution rule;
the second determination unit is configured to determine that the target enterprise is not within the management address range of the target area.
9. A jurisdictional enterprise statistics apparatus, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the steps of the jurisdictional enterprise statistics method of any one of claims 1-7 when executing the computer program.
10. A readable storage medium, characterized in that the readable storage medium has stored thereon a program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the jurisdictional enterprise statistics method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
