Detailed Description
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the present application, the following description will make clear and complete descriptions of the technical solutions according to the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Currently, when an NFC electronic device (such as an NFC mobile phone) is used as a card to simulate the traffic consumption transaction process, because NFC is close-range non-contact wireless communication, and because of environmental reasons such as a user operating position, or signals of a gate and a mobile phone, there is a certain probability that the transaction process will be interrupted. When the transaction is interrupted, the NFC electronic device is in a card simulation state, so that error information cannot be received or fed back to the application layer, and therefore when a user cannot enter the station, the reason is not clear, how to process the response is not clear, and the user experience is poor.
Aiming at the problems, the inventor provides the information prompting method, the information prompting device, the electronic equipment and the storage medium, which are provided by the embodiment of the application, so that abnormal prompts can be provided for the user to swipe the card, the user can timely respond, and further the user experience is improved. The specific information presenting method is described in detail in the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an exemplary system architecture of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture 10 may include: an electronic device 100 and a card reader device 200. The electronic device 100 may include, but is not limited to, a terminal device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a wearable device, etc., where the electronic device 100 has NFC function, that is, near field communication can be supported, and at least one analog card is configured in the electronic device 100. The card reader 200 is a terminal device capable of reading analog card information in the electronic device 100 based on NFC technology, and the card reader 200 has various types of access control devices, bus card swiping devices, and the like according to specific scenes. It should be understood that the number of electronic devices and card reading devices in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number or type of electronic devices or card reading devices, as may be desired.
The information prompting method provided by the application can be executed by the electronic device 100, and the application scenario can include, but is not limited to: the application is not limited to the method of swiping a bus card when taking a bus, swiping an access control card when opening a door, swiping an attendance card when going to and from work, swiping a silver card when paying, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating an information prompting method according to an embodiment of the application. In a specific embodiment, the information presenting method is applied to an information presenting apparatus 400 as shown in fig. 9 and an electronic device 100 (fig. 10) configured with the information presenting apparatus 400. The specific flow of the present embodiment will be described below by taking an electronic device as an example, and it will be understood that the electronic device applied in the present embodiment may be the electronic device described above, which is not limited herein. The following details about the flow shown in fig. 2, the information prompting method specifically may include the following steps:
step S110: and acquiring the use data of the analog card when the near field communication signal of the card reading device is detected.
The card reading device is terminal equipment for reading analog card information in the electronic equipment, and the card reading device has diversity according to different application scenes. The electronic device and the card reading device can be mutually close to realize data exchange between the electronic device and the card reading device. Specifically, in the communication process of NFC, the card reading device may be used as a master device to send a near field communication signal, and after the electronic device is used as a slave device to respond to the near field communication signal, the card reading device reads information of a corresponding analog card in the electronic device, so as to implement a card swiping operation. For example, in a scene of swiping a bus card, the bus card swiping device can send a bus card detection signal, and after the smart phone responds to the detection signal, the process of reading the information of the bus card by the subsequent bus card swiping device is carried out; or in the scene of paying by swiping the Unionpay card, the card reading device initiates a signal of a payment request, and the terminal device responds to the signal and then carries out the process of reading the analog card information by the follow-up card reading device, and the like. The electronic device may select a radio frequency magnetic field emitted by the card reading device, or a radio frequency magnetic field generated by itself to perform a communication process with the card reading device, which is not particularly limited in the present application.
The analog card is a virtual card configured in the electronic device and having the same function as the physical card, and may include multiple types, such as an entrance guard card, a bus card, a subway card, a Unionpay card, or an attendance card, where a user may implement a corresponding function by close contact between the electronic device and the card reading device, such as swiping the entrance guard card to open a door, swiping the bus card to get in a bus, swiping the subway card to get in a subway, swiping the Unionpay card, swiping the attendance card, and so on.
In some embodiments, the electronic device may be configured with a card package, which may be an area for storing an analog card for performing the NFC communication process, and may be one area divided from a memory space of the electronic device alone or may be a sub-area divided from a memory space of an electronic wallet of the electronic device. In some embodiments, one or more analog cards may be included in the card package, and the one or more analog cards may be in an active state, or only one analog card may be in an active state, which is not limited herein. The activation state refers to a state in which data transmission between the analog card and the readable device can be performed, and only when the analog card is in the activation state, the card reading device can read information of the analog card so as to complete corresponding functions.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment can acquire the use data of the analog card when detecting the near field communication signal of the card reading equipment. The usage data may be data related to the analog card generated when the electronic device performs near field communication with the card reading device through the configured analog card, and may be various types of data such as a card swiping time of the analog card, a card swiping duration of the analog card, an instruction event of the card reading device for reading and writing the analog card, and the like, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the near field communication signal of the card reader device may be considered to be detected by the electronic device when the electronic device detects a field strength detection event. Wherein the field strength detection event may be any one of a field strength detection on event and a field strength detection off event. The field intensity detection opening event can be defined by any system, and the field intensity detection opening event can be identified by the card reading equipment. For example, it may be defined by android system, and the detection of the field on event of the card reading device can be identified as: com. A field strength detection off event may refer to any system definition that can identify detection of a reader field strength or detection of no field strength event (lost field strength, off field strength). For example, it may be defined by android system, and the detection of the field-off event of the card reading device can be identified as: com.
Step S120: and matching the use data with a plurality of preset conditions.
At present, when data interaction between the electronic device and the card reading device is interrupted, the electronic device cannot receive or feed back error information to an application layer, so that a user cannot know card swiping abnormality in time, and the abnormality caused by the abnormality is not clear. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, an abnormality judgment mechanism can be added in the process of informing the interactive data to the application layer by the simulation card, so that a user can be prompted to use the abnormal simulation card in time, and further, the follow-up coping operation can be conveniently carried out in time.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, a plurality of corresponding preset conditions may be set in advance according to a plurality of interaction interruption scenarios existing in the near field communication between the electronic device and the card reading device through the analog card. The preset conditions corresponding to different interaction interruption scenarios may be different. The preset condition can be understood as a condition that at least usage data generated by the analog card in a near field communication process needs to be met when an interaction interruption scene occurs, so that when the usage data acquired by the electronic device meets the preset condition, the interaction interruption can be considered to occur between the analog card and the card reading device, and a user can be prompted in time that the analog card is abnormally used. That is, after detecting the near field communication signal of the card reading device, the electronic device may match the acquired usage data of the analog card with the plurality of preset conditions, so as to determine whether to prompt the user of abnormal usage of the analog card according to the matching result.
In some embodiments, when the usage data includes a plurality of types of data, a corresponding preset condition may be set according to each type of data, respectively. Thus, when the usage data is matched with a plurality of preset conditions, the corresponding usage data can be matched with the preset conditions. It is thus possible to determine in particular what type of usage data anomalies are, and thus what kind of interaction interruption scenario has occurred.
Step S130: and when the usage data is matched with a target condition in the plurality of preset conditions, generating prompt information corresponding to the target condition.
In the embodiment of the application, when the usage data is matched with the target condition in the plurality of preset conditions, the interaction between the current analog card and the card reading device is considered to be interrupted, and at the moment, prompt information corresponding to the target condition can be generated to prompt a user to simulate abnormal usage of the card. The target condition may be any one of the above-mentioned plurality of preset conditions.
It can be understood that, since the plurality of preset conditions are set according to the plurality of interaction interruption scenarios, as long as the usage data of the currently acquired analog card meets any one of the plurality of preset conditions, the user can be considered to be the interactive terminal, and thus the abnormal prompt can be triggered to be fed back to the user, so that the user can know in time, and does not need to keep the card swiping gesture or frequently swipe cards for a long time. In some embodiments, the prompt feedback information corresponding to different preset conditions may be the same or different, and in the embodiments of the present application, the prompt feedback information is not limited, and may be set reasonably according to specific application scenarios.
In some embodiments, when the usage data does not match any of the plurality of preset conditions, it may be considered that no interaction interruption occurs between the current analog card and the card reading device, and no exception prompt may be generated.
In some embodiments, the prompt information generated by the electronic device may be specific abnormal information, where the specific abnormal information may be determined according to the target condition matched with the specific abnormal information, so that the user may accurately find a solution to the problem according to the abnormal information. In other embodiments, the prompt information generated by the electronic device may also include guiding information to guide the user to perform corresponding handling processing. For example, the user is guided to conduct the investigation of related matters such as NFC switch and card setting, and the user is guided to go to a subway customer service center, a subway exit and entrance service cabinet or a bus customer service center for processing.
According to the information prompting method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the near field communication signal of the card reading device is detected, the electronic device obtains the use data generated when the analog card and the card reading device perform near field communication so as to match the use data with a plurality of preset conditions, wherein the plurality of preset conditions can be the use data conditions set according to different interrupt scenes existing when the analog card performs near field communication, and when the use data is matched with any one of the plurality of preset conditions, prompting information corresponding to the conditions can be generated so as to prompt the use abnormality of the analog card. Therefore, the application can give feedback of different card swiping results according to preset conditions set in different interrupt scenes, avoid the situation that card swiping errors are generated but no reaction exists, lead the user to be unable to deal with in time, and improve the user experience.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating an information prompting method according to another embodiment of the application. The information prompting method is applied to the electronic device, and will be described in detail with respect to the flow shown in fig. 3, and the information prompting method specifically includes the following steps:
step S210: and when the near field communication signal of the card reading device is detected, acquiring the communication duration for calling the analog card to perform near field communication.
In some embodiments, the usage data of the analog card may include a communication duration that invokes the analog card for near field communication. The communication duration may be understood as a duration of close contact between the user and the card reading device through the electronic device configured with the analog card. So that the electronic device can determine whether the card swipe time-out according to the communication duration.
In some embodiments, the timing may be started when the user detects the near field communication signal of the card reading device for the first time when the user arrives at the card swiping scene, so that the duration, that is, the communication duration, of the electronic device calling the analog card to perform near field communication may be obtained.
Step S220: and matching the communication duration with a first time-long condition in a plurality of preset conditions.
In some embodiments, the plurality of preset conditions may include a first time-long condition that is satisfied when the electronic device invokes the analog card to perform the near field communication when the interaction interruption scene occurs, that is, when the communication time that the electronic device invokes the analog card to perform the near field communication satisfies the first time-long condition, the interaction interruption scene may be considered to occur.
It can be understood that when the operation position of the user when using the electronic device to swipe the card is not corresponding (e.g. skewed or far away), or the type of the analog card currently in the active state is not corresponding to the card reading device (e.g. swipe the metro gate with the access card), the card reading device cannot interact with the electronic device, so that the card reading device can always try to perform near field communication with the electronic device. Therefore, when the communication duration of the analog card called by the electronic device for near field communication is too long, the data interaction between the electronic device and the card reading device can be considered to be abnormal, and the interaction interruption can be considered to occur. Thus, in some embodiments, the communication duration may be matched with a first time-elongated condition of the plurality of preset conditions, and then, based on a result of the matching, it may be determined whether the analog card is abnormal in use. The first duration condition may be a preset communication duration threshold, may be reasonably set according to a specific application scenario, and may be, for example, 700ms.
Step S230: and when the communication duration is matched with the first time-long condition, generating first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting the analog card to swipe the card overtime.
When the communication duration is matched with the first time long condition, the electronic equipment can be considered to call the analog card to perform near field communication, and at the moment, the data interaction between the electronic equipment and the card reading equipment is likely to be abnormal, so that first prompt information can be generated to prompt a user that the analog card has overtime card swiping. So that the user can check whether the analog card is used in error, whether the position of the analog card close to the card reading device is not corresponding, etc.
In some embodiments, when the communication duration is not matched with the first time-long condition, the electronic device may consider that the communication duration of invoking the analog card to perform near field communication is normal, and may not generate the overtime card swiping prompt information. In some embodiments, when the usage data of the analog card includes other data outside the communication duration, if the other data satisfies any one of the plurality of preset conditions, the prompt information of the condition satisfied by the other data may still be generated.
In some embodiments, it may also be determined by setting a timer to determine whether to swipe the card over time. Specifically, when the user arrives at the card swiping scene, the electronic device starts a timer when detecting the near field communication signal of the card reading device for the first time, and the duration set by the timer can be the communication duration threshold corresponding to the first time long-strip condition, so that if the indication of successful card swiping is not received all the time when the duration set by the timer is reached, the electronic device can be considered to call the analog card to perform the communication duration of near field communication, and the data interaction between the electronic device and the card reading device is abnormal. Thereby generating a first hint information.
In some embodiments, different types of analog cards may also correspond to different first duration conditions. The electronic device may read configuration information of the type of analog card currently used, so as to obtain a first duration condition from the configuration information, thereby performing timeout judgment.
According to the information prompting method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the near field communication signal of the card reading device is detected, the electronic device acquires the communication duration of calling the analog card to perform near field communication so as to match the communication duration with the first time-long condition in a plurality of preset conditions, wherein the plurality of preset conditions can be the use data conditions set according to different interrupt scenes existing when the analog card performs near field communication, and when the use data is matched with the first time-long condition, prompting information corresponding to the first time-long condition can be generated so as to prompt the analog card to swipe the card overtime. Therefore, the application can give feedback of different card swiping results according to preset conditions set in different interrupt scenes, avoid the situation that card swiping errors are generated but no reaction exists, lead the user to be unable to deal with in time, and improve the user experience.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating an information prompting method according to another embodiment of the application. The information prompting method is applied to the electronic device, and will be described in detail with respect to the flow shown in fig. 4, and the information prompting method specifically includes the following steps:
step S310: and when the near field communication signal of the card reading device is detected, acquiring the recent card swiping times of the analog card.
In some embodiments, the usage data of the analog card may include a number of recent swipes of the analog card. The number of recent card swipes can be understood as the number of short-distance contact between the electronic device provided with the analog card and the card reading device, so that the electronic device can determine whether to swipe the card more than once according to the number of recent card swipes.
In some embodiments, the electronic device may record a card swipe when the user arrives at the card swipe scene, and record a card swipe when the user enters the communication signal range of the card reading device by using the electronic device. Thus, the recent card swiping times of the analog card can be obtained.
In some embodiments, the current number of swipes may be determined from a historical swipe record. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, step S310 may include:
Step S311: and acquiring the current time when the near field communication signal of the card reading device is detected.
Step S312: and acquiring card swiping time corresponding to each card swiping record according to the historical card swiping record of the analog card.
Step S313: and acquiring the number of records of which the time difference is smaller than a first threshold value according to the time difference between the current time and the card swiping time, and taking the number of records as the recent card swiping times of the analog card.
In some embodiments, since the user is on arrival in the swipe scenario, if multiple swipes are made using the electronic device, the multiple swipe records generated are typically concentrated on a recent period of time. Therefore, it is possible to determine whether or not the card is swiped a plurality of times in a short time by setting the first threshold corresponding to the recent period of time. The first threshold may be set reasonably according to a specific application scenario, and is not limited herein, and may be, for example, 5 minutes.
In some embodiments, upon detecting a near field communication signal of the card reading device, the electronic device may acquire a current time to determine if there are multiple swipe records before the current time. Specifically, the electronic device may obtain, according to the historical card swipe record of the analog card, a card swipe time corresponding to each card swipe record, so as to determine, according to a time difference between the current time and the card swipe time of each card swipe record, the card swipe record within the first threshold. It will be appreciated that if the time difference between the current time and the card-swiping time is less than the first threshold, the card-swiping record corresponding to the card-swiping time is considered to be generated within the first threshold, that is, generated recently. Therefore, the number of swipe records whose time difference is smaller than the first threshold can be acquired, so that the number of recent swipes can be determined.
Because the card reader can continuously send the near field communication signal to the electronic device if the electronic device is placed in the communication signal range of the card reader for a long time, if the card swiping is judged only according to the detected near field communication signal, the card swiping is likely to be misjudged as multiple card swiping, and the error rate is too high. Thus, in some embodiments, whether the card is effectively swiped may be based on the transmission law of the near field communication signal of the card reading device. Referring to fig. 6, after step S311, the information prompting method of the present application may further include:
step S314: determining a target card swiping time of a card swiping record closest to the current time according to the historical card swiping record of the analog card;
step S315: and when the time difference between the current time and the target card swiping time is larger than a second threshold value, taking the current time as one card swiping record of the analog card, and storing the current time as the card swiping time corresponding to the card swiping record.
Because the electronic device is placed in the communication signal range of the card reading device for a long time, the sending time of the continuously sent near field communication signal is usually in a certain regularity (for example, the near field communication signal is sent once every 100 ms), that is, in a certain time range, so that whether the currently detected near field communication signal is detected by the electronic device in the communication signal range of the card reading device for a long time can be determined according to whether the time difference of acquiring the near field communication signal twice before and after is in the regularity time range, or not far from the regularity time range, or not, or within a specified multiple range of the regularity time range (for example, 3 times of regularity time range, that is, 300 ms). It can be understood that, since the user should count as the second card swipe when re-using the electronic device to enter the communication signal range of the card reading device again, the duration from the time when the electronic device leaves the communication signal range of the card reading device to the time when the electronic device enters the communication signal range of the card reading device again is usually much longer than the above-mentioned regular time range, so that the time difference between the current time and the later time when the near field communication signal is acquired is much longer than the regular time range, which can be regarded as one effective card swipe.
Specifically, the electronic device may acquire the current time each time the near field communication signal of the card reading device is detected, then determine, according to the historical card swiping record of the analog card, a target card swiping time of the card swiping record closest to the current time, that is, a last card swiping time, and then acquire a time difference between the current time and the target card swiping time, so as to determine whether the time difference is greater than a second threshold. Wherein the second threshold may be determined according to the above-mentioned time range of regularity. For example, it may be a specified multiple of the time range of the above regularity, such as 3 times, 5 times, or the like. When the time difference is greater than the second threshold, it can be considered that the user re-uses the electronic device to enter the communication signal range of the card reading device again, so that the current time can be used as one card reading record of the analog card, and the current time can be stored as the card reading time corresponding to the current card reading record. When the time difference is smaller than the second threshold value, the electronic device can be considered to be still in the last card swiping state when the electronic device does not leave the communication signal range of the card reading device. Therefore, the current time may not be recorded as one swipe of the analog card.
Step S320: and matching the recent card swiping times with card swiping times conditions in a plurality of preset conditions.
In some embodiments, the plurality of preset conditions may include a card swiping time condition that is satisfied by a recent card swiping time of the analog card, that is, when the number of times the user swipes the card using the electronic device configured with the analog card recently satisfies the card swiping time condition, it may be considered that the interaction interruption scenario occurs.
It can be appreciated that when the near field communication signal between the electronic device and the card reading device is poor, or the balance in the analog card is insufficient, or the analog card is read, although the user swipes the card multiple times, the card reading device cannot interact with the electronic device. Therefore, when the number of times of swiping a card using an electronic device equipped with an analog card in a short time by a user is excessive, it can be considered that abnormality occurs in data interaction between the electronic device and the card reading device, and it can be considered that interruption of interaction occurs. Thus, in some embodiments, the near-term card swipe count may be matched with a card swipe count condition of a plurality of preset conditions, and then, based on the matching result, it may be determined whether an abnormality in use of the analog card has occurred. The card swiping time condition may be a preset card swiping time threshold, may be set reasonably according to a specific application scenario, and may be 3 times, for example.
Step S330: and when the recent card swiping times are matched with the card swiping times, generating second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the simulated card to swipe for more times.
When the recent card swiping times are matched with the card swiping times, the user can be considered to use the electronic equipment provided with the analog card to swipe the card too much in a short time, and at the moment, the data interaction between the electronic equipment and the card reading equipment is likely to be abnormal, so that first prompt information can be generated to prompt the user that the analog card is swiped for more times. Thus, the user can check whether the signal of the card reading device is bad, whether the balance of the analog card is insufficient, whether the analog card needs to reset the card swiping record, and the like.
In some embodiments, when the recent card swiping times and the card swiping times are not matched, the user can be considered to be normal in the short time of swiping the card by using the electronic device provided with the analog card, and the super card swiping prompt information can be not generated. In some embodiments, when the usage data of the analog card includes other data than the number of recent card swipes, if the other data satisfies any one of the plurality of preset conditions, the prompt information of the condition satisfied by the other data may still be generated. As one way, the abnormality notification may be performed in combination with the communication duration determination mechanism of the foregoing embodiment.
In some embodiments, different types of analog cards may also correspond to different card swipe times conditions. The electronic device can read the configuration information of the currently used analog card type to acquire the card swiping frequency condition from the configuration information, so as to perform super judgment.
According to the information prompting method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the near field communication signal of the card reading device is detected, the electronic device acquires the recent card swiping times of the analog card to match the recent card swiping times with the card swiping times condition in a plurality of preset conditions, wherein the plurality of preset conditions can be use data conditions set according to different interrupt scenes existing when the analog card performs near field communication, and when the recent card swiping times are matched with the card swiping times condition, prompting information corresponding to the conditions can be generated to prompt the analog card to swipe the card more times. Therefore, the application can give feedback of different card swiping results according to preset conditions set in different interrupt scenes, avoid the situation that card swiping errors are generated but no reaction exists, lead the user to be unable to deal with in time, and improve the user experience.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating an information prompting method according to another embodiment of the present application. The information prompting method is applied to the electronic device, and will be described in detail with respect to the flow shown in fig. 7, and the information prompting method specifically includes the following steps:
Step S410: when the near field communication signal of the card reading device is detected, judging whether an operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading device is detected.
In some embodiments, when the near field communication signal of the card reading device is detected, the electronic device may determine whether an operation instruction sent by the card reading device for simulating a card is detected, so as to determine whether the electronic device successfully establishes a near field communication connection with the card reading device. The operation instruction may be a read-write instruction for the analog card. For example, in the android system, the operation instruction event for the analog card may be: android.nfc.action.transmission_detected.
Step S420: and when the operation instruction is detected, acquiring the use data of the analog card.
When the above-described operation instruction is detected, the electronic device may acquire usage data of the analog card to determine whether or not the usage of the analog card is abnormal based on the usage data.
It can be understood that the electronic device cannot successfully establish the near field communication connection with the card reading device due to the fact that the type of the analog card in the current activated state does not correspond to the card reading device or the near field communication signal between the current electronic device and the card reading device is poor, so that the card reading device cannot send an operation instruction for the analog card to the electronic device. Therefore, when the operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading device is detected, the electronic device and the card reading device can be considered to have successfully established the near field communication connection, and when the operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading device is not detected, the electronic device and the card reading device can be considered to have not successfully established the near field communication connection.
It can be understood that when the operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading device is not detected, if the communication duration of the analog card is matched with the first time-long condition, the probability can be high because the type of the analog card in the currently activated state does not correspond to the card reading device, or the near field communication signal between the current electronic device and the card reading device is not good, so that the electronic device and the card reading device do not successfully establish near field communication connection, and further the overtime card swiping can be prompted, and further the user is guided to conduct the NFC switch, card setting and other related matters to check; if the recent card swiping times of the analog card are matched with the card swiping times (the user switches the corresponding card with high probability at the moment), the near field communication signals between the current electronic equipment and the card reading equipment are poor, so that the electronic equipment and the card reading equipment are not successfully connected with each other in a near field communication mode, the super card swiping can be prompted, the user can be guided to conduct NFC switching, card equipment switching, customer service personnel searching and other processing.
When the operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading equipment is detected, the problem that the type of the analog card does not correspond to the card reading equipment can be solved, and the problem that the near field communication signal between the current electronic equipment and the card reading equipment is poor can also be solved. Therefore, when the operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading device is detected, the use data of the analog card can be acquired again, so that other different card swiping anomalies can be determined according to the use data.
Step S430: and matching the use data with a plurality of preset conditions.
Step S440: and when the usage data is matched with a target condition in the plurality of preset conditions, generating prompt information corresponding to the target condition.
In the embodiment of the present application, steps S430 and S440 may refer to the content of the foregoing embodiment, here.
According to the information prompting method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the near field communication signal of the card reading device is detected, the electronic device judges whether an operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading device is detected, when the operation instruction is detected, the use data generated when the analog card and the card reading device perform near field communication are acquired so as to match the use data with a plurality of preset conditions, wherein the plurality of preset conditions can be the use data conditions set according to different interrupt scenes existing when the analog card performs near field communication, and when the use data is matched with any one of the plurality of preset conditions, prompting information corresponding to the conditions can be generated so as to prompt the use of the analog card to be abnormal. Therefore, the application can give feedback of different card swiping results according to preset conditions set in different interrupt scenes, avoid the situation that card swiping errors are generated but no reaction exists, lead the user to be unable to deal with in time, and improve the user experience.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating an information prompting method according to another embodiment of the present application. The information prompting method is applied to the electronic device, and will be described in detail with respect to the flow shown in fig. 8, and the information prompting method specifically includes the following steps:
step S510: when the near field communication signal of the card reading device is detected, judging whether an operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading device is detected.
Step S520: and when the operation instruction is detected, acquiring the operation duration of the analog card.
In some embodiments, the usage data of the analog card may include a duration of operation of the analog card by the card reading device. The operation duration can be understood as the data interaction duration of the electronic device and the card reading device. So that the electronic device can determine whether the analog card is unusable according to the operation duration.
In some embodiments, the electronic device may start timing when the electronic device detects the operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading device for the first time when the user arrives at the card swiping scene, so that the card reading device operates the analog card for a long time.
It can be understood that when detecting the operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading device, the electronic device can monitor the operation result of the card reading device on the analog card, so as to determine whether the card swiping is successful according to the operation result. When the card swiping success is determined according to the operation result, the card reading equipment finishes the operation of the analog card, and prompt information can not be generated at the moment. If the card swiping success cannot be determined according to the operation result, the electronic device can continuously detect the operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading device and continuously monitor the operation result of the card reading device on the analog card. For long time, monitoring that the card swiping is successful, it can be considered that abnormality occurs in the data interaction process of the electronic device and the card reading device, so that the card reading device continuously operates the analog card, namely the operation duration of the analog card is too long, and prompt information can be generated at the moment to prompt the user that the analog card cannot be used.
Step S530: and matching the operation time length with a second time length condition in a plurality of preset conditions.
In some embodiments, the plurality of preset conditions may include a second duration condition that is satisfied by the duration of operation of the card reading device on the analog card when the interaction interruption scenario occurs, that is, when the duration of operation of the card reading device on the analog card satisfies the second duration condition, the interaction interruption scenario may be considered to occur.
It will be appreciated that when there is a problem with the card reading device, or when the card reading device cannot normally interact with the electronic device, such as when the analog card has been read, the card reading device will always attempt to read the analog card. Therefore, when the operation duration of the card reading device on the analog card is too long, the data interaction between the electronic device and the card reading device can be considered to be abnormal, and the interaction interruption can be considered to occur. Thus, in some embodiments, the operation duration may be matched with a second duration condition of the plurality of preset conditions, and then, based on the matching result, it may be determined whether the analog card has abnormal use. The second duration condition may be a preset operation duration threshold, may be reasonably set according to a specific application scenario, and may be 400ms, for example.
Step S540: and when the operation time length is matched with the second time length condition, generating third prompt information, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting that the analog card cannot be used.
When the operation duration is matched with the second duration condition, the card reading device can be considered to operate the analog card for too long, and at the moment, the data interaction between the electronic device and the card reading device is likely to be abnormal, so that third prompting information can be generated to prompt a user that the analog card is unresponsive or unusable. So that the user can be guided to the service center process.
In some embodiments, when the operation duration does not match the second duration condition, the card reading device may consider that the operation duration of the analog card is normal, and the analog card has successfully swiped the card, and may not be used to produce the anomaly prompt information.
In some embodiments, it may also be determined by setting a timer if the card is swiped unresponsive. Specifically, when the user arrives at the card swiping scene, the electronic device starts a timer when detecting an operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading device for the first time, and the time length set by the timer can be an operation time length threshold corresponding to the second time length condition, so that if the instruction of successful card swiping is not received until the time length set by the timer is reached, the operation time length of the card reading device on the analog card is overlong, and data interaction between the electronic device and the card reading device is abnormal. So that a first hint may be generated.
In some embodiments, different types of analog cards may also correspond to different second duration conditions. The electronic device can read the configuration information of the currently used analog card type to acquire a second duration condition from the configuration information, so as to judge the abnormal card swiping.
In some embodiments, because the electronic device cannot successfully establish a near field communication connection with the card reader, some usage data of the analog card cannot be obtained more accurately by the electronic device. Therefore, in some embodiments, when the electronic device performs the anomaly judgment through the communication duration and the recent card swiping number in the foregoing embodiments, it may be considered that the user uses the electronic device to enter the communication range and leave the communication range, so that the values of the set first duration condition and the card swiping number condition are larger, so as to ensure accurate triggering of the prompt. When detecting the operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading device, the electronic device can acquire more accurate use data of the analog card because the near field communication connection between the electronic device and the card reading device is successfully established, so that the numerical value of the set second duration condition is usually smaller to realize more accurate abnormality judgment.
In some embodiments, when the card swiping success is detected, the card swiping record can be also clarified, so as to save the memory space.
It should be understood that the manners of determining the abnormality of the card swiping in the foregoing embodiments may be performed independently or in any combination, and the present application is not limited thereto, and only needs to achieve the effect of abnormality indication.
According to the information prompting method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the near field communication signal of the card reading device is detected, the electronic device judges whether an operation instruction of the analog card sent by the card reading device is detected, and the operation time of the card reading device on the analog card is obtained to match the operation time with a second time condition in a plurality of preset conditions, wherein the plurality of preset conditions can be use data conditions set according to different interrupt scenes existing when the analog card performs near field communication, and when the use data is matched with the second time condition, prompting information corresponding to the conditions can be generated to prompt that the analog card cannot be used. Therefore, the application can give feedback of different card swiping results according to preset conditions set in different interrupt scenes, avoid the situation that card swiping errors are generated but no reaction exists, lead the user to be unable to deal with in time, and improve the user experience.
