Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts of the figures may include a plurality of sub-steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, the order of their execution not necessarily being sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the other steps or stages.

Claims (6)
1. A method for determining a target user, comprising:
determining at least one first application user based on public data of a third party application platform, wherein the public data comprises application user names, application user profiles and fan numbers;
determining a plurality of second application users associated with the first application user based on at least one of the first application users;
acquiring information released by each second application user on the third party application platform;
determining at least one target user based on information issued by each second application user on the third party application platform;
determining at least one target user based on the information issued by each second application user on the third party application platform comprises the following steps:
screening and determining information conforming to a target theme based on information issued by each second application user on the third party application platform;
Determining a user corresponding to the information meeting the target theme as a target user;
The step of screening and determining the information meeting the target theme based on the information issued by each second application user on the third party application platform comprises the following steps:
determining the subject of the information published on the third-party application platform through an LDA topic model based on the information published on the third-party application platform by each second application user;
determining information conforming to a target theme based on the determined theme of the information issued at the third party application platform; the information published on the third party application platform comprises at least one item of published text, comment text, forwarding text and praise text;
and screening and determining information published on the third-party application platform according with a target theme based on the information published on the third-party application platform by each second application user, wherein the method comprises the following steps of:
Screening and determining comment texts conforming to a target theme based on the comment texts of the first application users within a first threshold time period of each second application user;
the determining the user corresponding to the information meeting the target theme as the target user comprises the following steps:
Determining users corresponding to comment texts meeting the target theme as candidate users;
acquiring information which accords with a target theme and is issued by the third party application platform within a second preset time period of the candidate user;
determining a score for the candidate user based on information conforming to a target topic and a predetermined rule;
and determining the candidate user as a target user when the score of the candidate user meets a preset threshold score.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises:
Determining push content for the target user and recommending the push content to the target user.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the target topic is a financial topic.
4. A target user determining apparatus, comprising:
The first determining module is used for determining at least one first application user based on the public data of the third party application platform, wherein the public data comprises application user names, application user profiles and fan numbers;
A second determining module for determining a plurality of second application users associated with the first application user based on at least one of the first application users;
The acquisition module is used for acquiring information released by each second application user on the third-party application platform;
The third determining module is used for determining at least one target user based on information issued by each second application user on the third-party application platform;
determining at least one target user based on the information issued by each second application user on the third party application platform comprises the following steps:
screening and determining information conforming to a target theme based on information issued by each second application user on the third party application platform;
Determining a user corresponding to the information meeting the target theme as a target user;
The step of screening and determining the information meeting the target theme based on the information issued by each second application user on the third party application platform comprises the following steps:
determining the subject of the information published on the third-party application platform through an LDA topic model based on the information published on the third-party application platform by each second application user;
determining information conforming to a target theme based on the determined theme of the information issued at the third party application platform; the information published on the third party application platform comprises at least one item of published text, comment text, forwarding text and praise text;

the determining the user corresponding to the information meeting the target theme as the target user comprises the following steps:
Determining users corresponding to comment texts meeting the target theme as candidate users;
acquiring information which accords with a target theme and is issued by the third party application platform within a second preset time period of the candidate user;
determining a score for the candidate user based on information conforming to a target topic and a predetermined rule;
and determining the candidate user as a target user when the score of the candidate user meets a preset threshold score.
5. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
A memory;
one or more applications, wherein the one or more applications are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more applications configured to: a target user determining method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
6. A computer readable storage medium for storing computer instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the target user determination method of any one of the preceding claims 1 to 3.
