The invention can realize interconnection and intercommunication and automatic classification and collection of various types of data.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of big data, in particular to a management platform based on big data.
Background
With the progress of human society and the development of scientific technology, the amount of data appearing in environmental protection, education, public safety, urban service, industrial and commercial activities, and the like, is increasing. In the process of constructing the smart city, advanced technologies and means are required to sense, analyze and integrate various key information of a city operation core system so as to realize city smart management and operation.
At present, because the data types are complex, the data processing of a computer only stops at the simple processing of the data, and the effective classification management of the data cannot be realized.

According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the data information is acquired according to the time sequence, so that the statistical characteristics and the development rules of the data are conveniently found, and meanwhile, the data are conveniently classified at the later stage; the invention provides a uniform service interface through the application system supporting module, so that different enterprise units are integrated across system platforms, interconnection and information interaction of each data center are realized, and data sharing is finally realized; the invention realizes automatic summarization and analysis and rapid and high-precision classification of various types of data information through the data management module; the invention ensures the safe and effective operation of the big data management platform through the operation and maintenance management module.
Preferably, in the above big data based management platform, a data security module is further included; the data security module is used for managing a login interface and authority distribution of a user and providing a multi-level security operation environment.
Preferably, in the above big data-based management platform, the data security module includes a login module, a rights management module, and an information security module;
the login module is used for authenticating login information of the user by adopting Kerberos;
the authority management module is used for endowing corresponding authorities to different users according to the login information of the users;
the information security module is used for dividing the management platform into a plurality of security levels of network security, host security, virtualization security, application security and data security according to the levels and providing a secure cloud environment for the security management and the process of the supporting facilities.
Preferably, in the above big data based management platform, the application system support module includes a service platform module and a cloud infrastructure module;
the service platform module is used for providing a standard service model and an access entrance and providing uniform data and application service for upper-layer application;
the cloud infrastructure module is used for providing a unified management logic, performing virtualization processing on various hardware resources according to the unified management logic, and dynamically adjusting the scale of distribution of various hardware resources along with the load change of the management platform.
Preferably, in the above big data-based management platform, the data management module includes a database module, a data analysis module, and a data classification module;
the database module is used for storing standard data information of various classification labels;
the data analysis module is used for analyzing and comparing the similarity between the data information acquired by the data acquisition module and the standard data information and generating an analysis result;
and the data classification module is used for determining the type of the data information acquired by the data acquisition module according to the analysis result.

Preferably, in the above management platform based on big data, the management platform further includes a real-time flow calculation module, configured to develop a flow calculation task using SQL, be compatible with offline SQL, and analyze access data of a user in real time, and display flow changes and user distribution conditions.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a management platform based on big data, including:
the data acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring various types of data information according to a time sequence;
the application system supporting module 2 is used for aggregating the dispersed and heterogeneous data information of different types and realizing the seamless access and integration of the data information of different types across a database and a system platform through a uniform service interface;
the data management module 3 is used for carrying out consistency definition, management and classification on the subjects, dimensions and indexes of various types of data information according to a data map, a data dictionary and data blooding margins;
and the operation and maintenance management module 4 is used for monitoring and optimizing the running states of the data acquisition module, the application system support module and the data management module.
According to the method, data information is collected according to the time sequence, so that the statistical characteristics and the development rule of the data are convenient to find out, and meanwhile, the data are convenient to classify at the later stage; the invention provides a uniform service interface through the application system supporting module 2, so that different enterprise units are integrated across system platforms, interconnection and information interaction of each data center are realized, and data sharing is finally realized; the invention realizes automatic summarization and analysis and rapid and high-precision classification of various types of data information through the data management module 3; the invention ensures the safe and effective operation of the big data management platform through the operation and maintenance management module 4.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, further comprises a data security module 5; the data security module 5 is connected with the operation and maintenance management module 4; the operation and maintenance management module 4 monitors and optimizes the operation state of the data security module 5. The data security module 5 is used for managing a login interface and authority distribution of a user and providing a multi-level secure operating environment.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the data security module 5 includes a login module 501, a rights management module 502, and an information security module 503;
the login module 501 is configured to authenticate login information of a user by using Kerberos;
the authority management module 502 is used for giving corresponding authorities to different users according to the login information of the users;
the information security module 503 is configured to divide the management platform into multiple security levels, i.e., network security, host security, virtualization security, application security, and data security, according to the hierarchy, and provide a secure cloud environment for security management and processes of supporting facilities. Each security level of the invention comprises a design principle of security isolation, credibility, controllability, auditability and recoverability, and management methods of configuration management, user and security reinforcement, security audit, vulnerability management and the like.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the application system support module 2 includes a service platform module 201 and a cloud infrastructure module 202;
the service platform module 201 is used for providing a standard service model and an access entrance, and providing uniform data and application service for upper-layer application;
the cloud infrastructure module 202 is configured to provide a unified management logic, perform virtualization processing on various hardware resources according to the unified management logic, and dynamically adjust the scale of allocation of various hardware resources according to load changes of the management platform.
The invention realizes network infrastructure and multi-level service function through the service platform module 201, can eliminate 'information isolated island' caused by mutual isolation between different systems, realizes interconnection and intercommunication between different service application system data, and finally realizes data sharing. The cloud infrastructure module 202 is used for virtualizing hardware resources by deploying virtualization software on the servers, so that one physical server can bear the work of a plurality of servers, an infrastructure service layer with complete functions, open standards and convenient integration is provided for users by upwards providing service capabilities of physical machines, virtual hosts, virtual storage, virtual networks and the like, the scale of resource allocation is dynamically changed along with the load change of an application system, the capacity expansion requirement of the application system is quickly adapted, and the elastic resource allocation capability is realized.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, data management module 3 includes a database module 301, a data analysis module 302, and a data classification module 303;
the database module 301 is used for storing standard data information of various classification labels;
the data analysis module 302 is configured to analyze and compare similarity between the data information acquired by the data acquisition module 1 and the standard data information, and generate an analysis result;
the data classification module 303 is configured to determine the type of the data information acquired by the data acquisition module 1 according to the analysis result.
Specifically, the data analysis module 302 includes a similarity extraction module 3021 and a result generation module 3022;
the similarity extraction module 3021 is configured to extract a similarity factor between the data information acquired by the data acquisition module 1 and the standard data information;
the result generating module 3022 is configured to determine the similarity between the data information acquired by the data acquiring module 1 and the standard data information according to the number of the similarity factors, and generate an analysis result according to the similarity.
The present invention can be applied to weather, equipment maintenance, grain yield, and medical diagnosis, and grain yield assessment and equipment maintenance will be exemplified below.
When the data information acquired by the data acquisition module 1 is the grain yield of a region in each province in recent years, the classification labels stored in the database module 301 are the data information of the standard time sequence data sequences under high yield, medium yield and low yield, and the acquired grain yield of the corresponding region is respectively subjected to similarity measurement with the data information of the standard time sequence data sequences under high yield, medium yield and low yield, so that the classification of the grain yield of the current acquired region is realized, and a basis is provided for grain statistical evaluation.

The real-time stream calculation module 6 has the characteristics of high availability, high throughput, low delay, accurate calculation and the like, a user can debug and submit SQL development stream type calculation tasks on the big data management platform, the investment in the aspects of development, operation and maintenance and the like is saved for the user, and the user is helped to concentrate on solving the stream calculation requirements of the product.

and the operation and maintenance management module is used for monitoring and optimizing the running states of the data acquisition module, the application system support module and the data management module.
2. The big data based management platform according to claim 1, further comprising a data security module; the data security module is used for managing a login interface and authority distribution of a user and providing a multi-level security operation environment.
