In this embodiment, the pressure measuring container 2 is further provided with a water inlet pipe 24 and a water outlet pipe 25, and the water outlet pipe 25 is located below the water inlet pipe 24. It should be noted that, the case 1 is provided with the PLC control unit 12, and the pressure gas and the preset time in the fourth step are both adjusted by the PLC control unit 12. The embodiment can determine the injected air pressure according to the pressure measuring containers 2 with different sizes so as to meet the requirement of IP 67-level waterproof grade, and can also realize the purpose of testing different waterproof grade requirements by controlling the size of the injected air pressure.
In this embodiment, a detection layer for detecting whether moisture is contained is provided on a side of the mobile phone profile block facing the mobile phone protective case. The material of the detection layer is any one of anhydrous copper sulfate, anhydrous cobalt chloride or sodium peroxide. Anhydrous copper sulfate, anhydrous cobalt chloride or sodium peroxide are all solids at normal times. Wherein, the anhydrous copper sulfate is white and blue when meeting water; the anhydrous cobalt chloride is originally dark blue and is pink when meeting water; the sodium peroxide is light yellow and white when meeting water. The mobile phone profile block is additionally provided with a detection layer, and whether the mobile phone protection shell is waterproof or not can be judged more visually by judging the color change of the detection layer.

step three, putting the product frame (3) into the pressure measuring container (2) filled with water;
step four, starting the case (1), injecting preset pressure gas into the pressure measuring container (2), keeping for a preset time, and taking out the product frame (3);
and fifthly, disassembling the testing assembly and checking whether water enters the inside of the mobile phone shape block.
7. The testing method of the waterproof testing device for the mobile phone shell according to claim 6, wherein a PLC control unit (12) is arranged on the case (1), and the pressure gas preset in the fourth step and the preset time are both adjusted through the PLC control unit (12).
8. The method for testing the waterproof testing device of the mobile phone shell according to claim 6, wherein a detection layer for detecting whether moisture is contained is arranged on one side, facing the mobile phone protection shell, of the mobile phone profiling block.
9. The method for testing the waterproof test device of the handset case according to claim 8, wherein the material of the detection layer is any one of anhydrous copper sulfate, anhydrous cobalt chloride or sodium peroxide.
