Fig. 1 schematically shows a flow chart of a control method for a water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a control method for a water heater, including the steps of:
step 101, obtaining the outlet water temperature of the water heater.
And 102, adjusting the current fire subsection of the water heater according to a preset temperature curve so as to adjust the outlet water temperature.
The preset temperature curve refers to the state change of the ideal system state obtained by technicians through a large amount of experimental data to set corresponding feedforward system parameters, so that the output temperature can be close to the set temperature at the fastest speed. The ideal state change of the system can be set according to a curve through fixed parameters, and the change parameters are as follows: the input is water temperature, the water way water flow and power of the water heater, and the output is water temperature. Setting a feedforward parameter, adjusting the final output water temperature by adjusting the heating power, wherein the feedforward parameter is used for adjusting the heating power through the water flow and the target outlet water temperature.
The water heater can obtain the outlet water temperature of the water heater through the temperature sensor. The current firepower subsection of the water heater can be adjusted according to the preset temperature curve of the water heater, and the water outlet temperature of the water heater can be adjusted by adjusting the firepower subsection.
In one embodiment, adjusting the current fire segment of the water heater according to the preset temperature profile comprises: determining a preset temperature value corresponding to the temperature of water on a preset temperature curve; and adjusting the current firepower subsection of the water heater according to the outlet water temperature and the preset temperature value so as to adjust the outlet water temperature to the preset temperature value in the shortest time.
The water heater is set with a preset outlet water temperature, and the value of the preset outlet water temperature corresponding to the preset temperature curve is a preset temperature value of the water heater. After the water heater obtains the current water outlet temperature through the temperature sensor, the current preset temperature value corresponding to the current water outlet temperature on the preset temperature curve of the water heater is determined, and the current firepower segmentation of the water heater can be adjusted according to the water outlet temperature and the corresponding preset temperature value, so that the current water outlet temperature can be adjusted to the preset water outlet temperature in the shortest time.
And 103, determining whether the control mode of the water heater reaches a switching condition according to the adjusted outlet water temperature.
And 104, switching the control mode of the water heater to a constant temperature control mode under the condition that the control mode is determined to reach the switching condition.
The water heater adjusts the water outlet temperature by adjusting the firepower section of the water heater through the preset temperature curve, and the water heater can adjust the water outlet temperature to the preset temperature value in the shortest time according to the preset temperature curve. And the water heater processor determines whether the control mode of the water heater reaches a switching condition according to the adjusted outlet water temperature.
In one embodiment, the control method further comprises obtaining the starting time of the water heater; the switching condition comprises that the regulated outlet water temperature is in a preset interval range, and the starting-up time is greater than a first time threshold value; the preset interval range is from the difference value between the preset set temperature and the first preset value to the sum of the preset set temperature and the first preset value.

Specifically, if the water outlet temperature preset by the user is 40 ℃, the water outlet temperature adjusted by the water heater is 36-44 ℃, and the starting time is more than 12S. At this time, the control mode of the water heater is judged to reach the switching condition.

Specifically, if the outlet water temperature preset by the user is 40 ℃, the outlet water temperature adjusted by the water heater is greater than 44 ℃, and the startup time is greater than 3S. At this time, the control mode of the water heater is judged to reach the switching condition. The processor switches the control mode of the water heater into the power-on over-control mode.
In one embodiment, the control method further comprises: after the control mode of the water heater is switched to the power-on excessive control mode, the control mode of the water heater is switched to the constant-temperature control mode after the preset delay time.

The control method further comprises the following steps: and under the condition that the control mode is determined to reach the switching condition, switching the control mode of the water heater into the power-on excessive control mode. After the control mode of the water heater is switched to the power-on transition control mode, the control mode of the water heater is switched to the constant temperature control mode after the preset delay time length.
