Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides an integrated double-heat-supply circulating system which comprises a heating system and a heat exchange system. The heating system comprises a modular heating combination, the modular heating combination is connected with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, the water inlet pipe is connected with a water replenishing pipe, and the water outlet pipe is communicated with the floor heating water distributor. The heat exchange system comprises a heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is provided with a first water inlet, a second water inlet, a first water outlet and a second water outlet, a domestic water return pipeline is connected with the first water inlet, a domestic water outlet pipeline is connected with the first water outlet, a return pipeline of the floor heating water collector is communicated with the second water inlet through a three-way valve, and the second water outlet is communicated with a water outlet pipe through a pipeline.
The intelligent switching of the three-way valve realizes the cooperative work of the heating system and the heat exchange system, integrates two functions of floor heating and domestic water heating, and greatly improves the living convenience; meanwhile, the volume is small, and the fully-hidden installation occupies small space; water and electricity separation, little pipeline circulation loss and greatly reduced installation and use cost.
Furthermore, the modularized heating combination consists of a plurality of heating bodies, the heating bodies are made of aluminum alloy materials and are of hollow structures, and heating plates are fixed on the outer walls of the heating bodies.
Furthermore, each heating body is independently provided with a temperature control sensor which is electrically connected with the heating plate.
Furthermore, the floor heating water distributor and the floor heating water collector are arranged at intervals with the expansion water tank through the water distributor mounting plate, and the floor heating water distributor is connected with a plurality of floor heating water delivery pipes.
Furthermore, the heat exchanger is a plate heat exchanger and is fixed in the concealed casing through a plate exchange positioning plate.
Furthermore, a heating circulating pump is arranged between the domestic water return pipeline and the heat exchanger.
Furthermore, the three-way valve is an electronic three-way valve, a temperature control sensor is arranged in the three-way valve, and the three-way valve is communicated with a water inlet pipe.
Furthermore, a check valve is arranged on the water inlet pipe, and a host circulating pump is arranged between the three-way valve and the check valve.
Further, the water flow is unidirectionally flowed to the modular heating combination by the main machine circulating pump.
Furthermore, the device also comprises an electric control system, wherein the electric control system, the heating system and the heat exchange system are installed in the installation shell in a partitioning manner.

Detailed Description
The following disclosure provides many different embodiments or examples for implementing different features of the invention. To simplify the disclosure of the present invention, the components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. Of course, they are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an integrated dual heat supply cycle system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a heating system and a heat exchange system. The heating system and the heat exchange system are integrated in one device, so that the device cost and the installation cost are greatly reduced.
The heating system comprises a modularized heating assembly 1, the modularized heating assembly 1 is composed of a plurality of heating bodies 15, each heating body 15 is arranged side by side, copper pipes are connected through the heating bodies 15 from top to bottom and connected in parallel, the lower heating body 15 is connected with the copper pipes and conveys low-temperature water to the heating bodies 15, and after the heating bodies 15 are heated, water flows from the upper heating body 15 to be connected with the copper pipes and flows out.
The heating body 15 is made of aluminum alloy material and is of a hollow structure, and a copper pipe or other pipelines with better heat-conducting property are arranged in the middle of the heating body 15 in a penetrating mode. The outer wall of the heating body 15 is provided with a clamping groove, and the heating plate 16 is clamped in the clamping groove in a sliding manner and fixed through screws. Each heating body 15 is separately provided with a temperature control sensor 17, and the temperature control sensor 17 is electrically connected with the heating plate 16. The temperature control sensor 17 is used for limiting temperature, and when the heat emitted by the heating body 15 is too large, the temperature control sensor 17 controls the heating plate 16 to reduce the heat productivity so as to accurately heat the water flow passing through the heating body 15.
The invention uses thick film heating technology, which has high heating efficiency, small occupied volume and convenient installation. Meanwhile, each heating plate 16 on each heating body 15 can be replaced independently, so that the maintenance cost in case of failure is reduced.
The modular heating combination 1 is connected with a water inlet pipe 2 and a water outlet pipe 3, the water inlet pipe 2 is connected with a lower heating body connecting copper pipe 29, and the water outlet pipe 3 is connected with an upper heating body connecting copper pipe 30. The water inlet pipe 2 is connected with a water replenishing pipe 4, a water replenishing joint 26 is arranged on the water replenishing pipe 4, and the water replenishing joint is positioned on the side face of the shell.
The water outlet pipe 3 is communicated with a ground heating water separator 5. The floor heating water separator 5 is a long straight pipeline, a plurality of pipelines are connected in parallel on the long straight pipeline, and hot water is conveyed to floor heating in different areas.
The heat exchange system comprises a heat exchanger 6, the heat exchanger 6 is a plate heat exchanger 6, and is fixed in a concealed casing 20 through a plate exchange positioning plate 19. The heat exchanger 6 is provided with a first water inlet 7, a second water inlet 8, a first water outlet 9 and a second water outlet 10, a domestic water return pipeline 11 is connected with the first water inlet 7, a domestic water outlet pipeline 12 is connected with the first water outlet 9, a return pipeline of the floor heating water collector 13 is communicated with the second water inlet 8 through a three-way valve 14, and the second water outlet 10 is communicated with the water outlet pipe 3 through a pipeline. The domestic water return pipeline 11 is provided with a return water joint 28, the domestic water outlet pipeline 12 is provided with a water outlet joint 27, and the return water joint 28, the water outlet joint 27 and the water supplementing joint 26 are the same and are positioned on the side surface of the shell.
A heating circulating pump 21 is arranged between the domestic water return pipeline 11 and the heat exchanger 6. The heating circulation pump 21 pressurizes the water flow to increase the flow rate of the water flow, thereby improving the use efficiency of the water flow.
The floor heating water separator 5 and the floor heating water collector 13 are arranged at intervals with the expansion water tank 25 through the water separator mounting plate 18, so that the maintenance is convenient. The three-way valve 14 is an electronic three-way valve 14, is internally provided with a temperature control sensor 17 and is communicated with the water inlet pipe 2. A check valve 22 is provided on the water inlet pipe 2, and a main body circulation pump 23 is provided between the three-way valve 14 and the check valve 22. The water flow is unidirectional to the modular heating assembly 1 by the main machine circulation pump 23.
So, rivers for the energy storage water tank heating flow into heat exchanger 6 through domestic water return pipe 11, when ground warms up the return water temperature higher, flow into heat exchanger 6 through three-way valve 14, pass through heat exchanger 6 and give the rivers of opposite side with the heat. The heated water flows out of the domestic water outlet pipeline 12 through the first water outlet 9 and continues to heat the energy storage water tank; the ground heating backwater flows out through a second water outlet 10 of the heat exchanger 6, enters the water outlet pipe 3 and continues to supply heat to the ground heating.
If the temperature of the ground heating backwater is low, after passing through the three-way valve 14, the three-way valve 14 controls the water to flow through the host circulating pump 23, flow back to the modular heating assembly 1, be reheated and heated, then enter the water outlet pipe 3, be conveyed to the ground heating water separator 5, and be circulated in sequence.
The integrated double-heat-supply circulating system also comprises an electric control system 24, wherein the electric control system 24, the heating system and the heat exchange system are installed in the installation shell in a partitioning manner.
24 partition installation of electrical system has realized the water and electricity separation, and the at utmost has reduced the potential safety hazard, has improved the safety in utilization of two heat supply circulation system of integral type.
According to the invention, the heating system and the heat exchange system work cooperatively through intelligent switching of the three-way valve 14, two functions of floor heating and domestic water heating are integrated, and the living convenience degree is greatly improved; meanwhile, the volume is small, and the fully-hidden installation occupies small space; water and electricity separation, little pipeline circulation loss and greatly reduced installation and use cost.
While embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
