The reflector module 20 includes at least two secondary reflector sets 35 and at least two primary reflector sets, the at least two secondary reflector sets 35 are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the secondary reflector sets 35, the at least two primary reflector sets are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the secondary reflector sets 35, and the small-caliber ends of the primary reflectors 21 correspond to the large-caliber ends of the secondary reflectors 22 one to one.
The primary reflector 21 and the secondary reflector 22 may be fixedly connected by a snap-fit connection/a screw-fit connection/a scarf-fit connection.

The shape of the large-caliber end of the primary reflector 21 is the same as the shape of the small-caliber end of the secondary reflector 22, and the same size, the light distribution element 23 is located between the primary reflector 21 and the secondary reflector 22, the shape and size of the light distribution element 23 are also substantially the same as the large-aperture end of the primary reflector 21 and the small-aperture end of the secondary reflector 22, the size of the light distribution element 23 may be slightly larger than the size of the large-aperture end of the primary reflector 21 and the small-aperture end of the secondary reflector 22, the anti-glare light source is clamped between the large-caliber end of the primary reflector 21 and the small-caliber end of the secondary reflector 22 or the light distribution element 23 is embedded into one of the large-caliber end of the primary reflector 21 and the small-caliber end of the secondary reflector 22, and the height ratio of the primary reflector 21 to the secondary reflector 22 is 1: 2-1: 4, so that the optimal anti-glare effect is achieved.
The large-aperture end of the secondary reflector 22 can be further provided with a lens to process the light emitted from the large-aperture end of the secondary reflector 22, the large-aperture end of the secondary reflector 22 can be also not provided with a lens, the reflector module 20 is arranged in the housing of the lighting lamp, and the light emitted from the large-aperture end of the secondary reflector 22 is irradiated to the environment through the diffused uniform light and the like of the housing.
The reflector module 20 of the present invention further includes a housing 24, the housing 24 includes a top surface 25 and side surfaces 26 located on two sides of the top surface 25 and extending obliquely, the top surface 25 is disposed at the small-caliber end of the primary reflector 21, the side surfaces 26 extend to the large-caliber end of the secondary reflector 22, and the ends of the side surfaces 26 are fixedly connected to the large-caliber end of the secondary reflector 22. The shell 24 covers the primary reflector 21 and the secondary reflector 22 therein to form the reflector module 20, and the integrity is strong, and the shell 24 may be a profile member, and provides support for the primary reflector 21 and the secondary reflector 22, so that the overall strength of the reflector module 20 is improved.
After the reflectors are arranged in groups, the reflector module 20 is integrally provided with a housing 24, and the housing 24 covers the plurality of primary reflectors 21 and the plurality of secondary reflectors 22. The provision of a housing 24 may improve the strength of the reflector module 20.
The large-caliber end of the secondary reflector 22 is provided with a base which is integrally formed with the secondary reflector 22, and the tail end of the side surface 26 is fixedly connected with the base.
In order to smoothly and stably arrange the light distribution element 23 between the primary reflector 21 and the secondary reflector 22, an inwardly concave notch 27 is formed at the large-caliber end of the primary reflector 21 or the small-caliber end of the secondary reflector 22, the light distribution element 23 is located in the notch 27, one side of the light distribution element 23 abuts against the bottom of the notch, and the other side of the light distribution element 23 is flush with the end face of the large-caliber end of the primary reflector 21 or the small-caliber end of the secondary reflector 22. The light distribution element 23 is thus embedded in the primary reflector 21 or the secondary reflector 22 and is flush with the end surface of the large-diameter end of the primary reflector 21 or the small-diameter end of the secondary reflector 22, and does not affect the fixed connection between the primary reflector 21 and the secondary reflector 22. Meanwhile, the light distribution element 23 is embedded into the primary reflector 21 or the secondary reflector 22, and both sides 26 and the periphery of the light distribution element 23 are limited, so that the light distribution element 23 is stably arranged between the primary reflector 21 and the secondary reflector 22.
The large-caliber end of the primary reflector 21 comprises a first flange 28 extending perpendicular to the axis of the primary reflector 21 and a first bent portion 29 located at the end of the first flange 28 and bent toward the small-caliber end of the secondary reflector 22, the first flange 28 abuts against the end faces of the light distribution element 23 and the small-caliber end of the secondary reflector 22, so that the light distribution element 23 is firmly clamped between the primary reflector 21 and the secondary reflector 22, the first bent portion 29 surrounds the periphery of the small-caliber end of the secondary reflector 22, and the first bent portion 29 can wrap the small-caliber end of the secondary reflector 22, and can provide a guiding effect during installation.
In order to realize the fixed connection between the primary reflector 21 and the secondary reflector 22, in the embodiment, the primary reflector 21 and the secondary reflector 22 are screwed by a fastener, the outer periphery of the small-diameter end of the secondary reflector 22 is provided with a boss 30 protruding outwards, the first flange 28 extends outwards to form a lug 31, and the lug 31 is fixedly connected with the boss 30 by the fastener.
The base may be a second flange 32 extending perpendicular to the axis of the secondary reflector 22, the end of the side surface 26 includes a second bent portion 33 extending parallel to the top surface 25, and the second bent portion 33 is fixedly connected to the second flange 32 by a fastener.
This makes it possible to connect the primary reflector 21 to the secondary reflector 22 by means of the fasteners and to connect the primary reflector 21 and the secondary reflector 22 to the housing 24 by means of the fasteners, thereby connecting the primary reflector 21 and the secondary reflector 22 to the housing 24 as a single body.
The light emitted by the light source enters from the small-caliber end of the primary reflector 21, so the light-emitting module 40 can be arranged above the small-caliber end of the primary reflector 21, the light-emitting body 41 of the light-emitting module 40 faces the small-caliber end of the primary reflector 21, the emitted light can enter the primary reflector 21, the light-emitting body 41 can extend into the small-caliber end of the primary reflector 21 or partially extend into the small-caliber end of the primary reflector 21, the light-emitting module 40 can be fixedly mounted at the small-caliber end of the primary reflector 21 or can be fixedly mounted at the shell 24, preferably, the light-emitting module 40 can be fixedly mounted at the shell 24, and the shell 24 is provided with a fixing structure of the light-emitting module 40.
The fixing structure of the light emitting module 40 disposed on the housing 24 may be a fastener fixing structure, or other fixing structures, preferably, the inside of the side surface 26 is respectively provided with a blocking piece 34 extending relatively, the blocking piece 34 and the top surface 25 of the housing 24 form a space for inserting the light emitting module 40, when the light emitting module 40 is installed, the light emitting module 40 can be inserted into the space from one end, so as to achieve connection, the installation is convenient, and connection fasteners are saved.
The invention further provides an illumination lamp, which comprises a frame body 45, wherein the reflector module 20 for the linear lamp is arranged in the frame body 45, and two ends of the reflector module 20 for the linear lamp are respectively connected with the frame body 45. The further lighting lamp comprises a housing, wherein the housing comprises a frame body 45, the reflector module 20 is arranged in the frame body 45, and two ends of the reflector module 20 are respectively connected with the frame body 45. The lighting fixture further comprises a light-emitting module 40, the light-emitting module 40 can be disposed above the small-caliber end of the primary reflector 21, a light-emitting body 41 of the light-emitting module 40 faces the small-caliber end of the primary reflector 21, emitted light can enter the primary reflector 21, the light-emitting body 41 can extend into the small-caliber end of the primary reflector 21 or partially extend into the small-caliber end of the primary reflector 21, the light-emitting module 40 can be fixedly mounted on the small-caliber end of the primary reflector 21 or can be fixedly mounted on the shell 24, the preferred fixed mounting is on the shell 24, and a fixing structure of the light-emitting module 40 is disposed on the shell 24.
The fixing structure of the light emitting module 40 disposed on the housing 24 may be a fastening member fixing structure, or other fixing structures, preferably, in this embodiment, the inside of the side surface 26 of the housing 24 is respectively provided with a blocking piece 34 extending relatively, the blocking piece 34 and the top surface 25 of the housing 24 form a space for inserting the light emitting module 40, when the light emitting module 40 is installed, the light emitting module 40 can be inserted into the space from one end, so as to achieve connection, and the installation is convenient, and connection fastening members are saved.
Furthermore, the small-diameter end of the primary reflector 21 can also extend into the blocking piece 34 and the top surface 25 of the housing 24 to form a space for inserting the light-emitting module 40, and the light-emitting module 40 abuts against a light source substrate of the light-emitting module 40, and the light-emitting body 41 of the light-emitting module 40 extends into the small-diameter end of the primary reflector 21.
The invention does not limit the type of the lighting lamp, and the lighting lamp can be a down lamp, a spot lamp, a ceiling lamp, a wall lamp or a ceiling lamp and the like. Preferably, the illuminating lamp can be used in classrooms, and by adopting the illuminating lamp, the light distribution can be reasonable, the anti-glare effect can be improved from different angles, so that the anti-glare effect UGR can meet the lighting requirement of the classrooms of the national standard, and each part is assembled into a module, and the shell 24 is arranged outside, so that the integral strength is improved.
As shown in fig. 10 to 13, the present invention provides an illumination fixture, which includes a frame 45, a reflector module 20 and a light emitting module 40, wherein the light emitting module 40 is disposed on the top of the reflector module 20, light emitted from the light emitting module 40 is reflected by the reflector module 20 to improve an anti-glare effect from different angles, so that the anti-glare effect UGR can reach a national standard, two ends of the reflector module 20 are mounted to the frame 45, and two ends of the reflector module 20 are rotatably connected to the frame 45. Reflector module 20 is after installing to framework 45, can be under certain exogenic action, make reflector module 20 rotatory for framework 45, luminous module 40 sets up the top at reflector module 20, luminous module 40 can rotate with reflector module 20 together, the position of the luminous body of luminous module 40 can not change for reflector module 20 at rotatory in-process like this, it is not influenced to guarantee the reflection effect, after the illumination lamps and lanterns are installed, can be when needs adjustment irradiation range like this, rotatory reflector module 20, make reflector module 20 change the direction of shining, thereby adjust the irradiation range of illumination lamps and lanterns. The problem that the illumination intensity is uneven and cannot be adjusted after the illumination lamp is installed is solved, and the anti-dazzle effect of the illumination lamp cannot be influenced during rotation.
The lighting fixture of the present invention may further include a housing, wherein a frame 45 is disposed in the housing, and both ends of the reflector module 20 are rotatably connected to the frame 45.
Both ends of the reflector module 20 are rotatably connected to the frame 45 by a rotating shaft 55. The rotating shaft 55 is disposed along the axis of the reflector module 20, one of the reflector module 20 and the frame 45 is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft 55, and the other of the reflector module 20 and the frame 45 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 55, so that two ends of the reflector module 20 are rotatably connected to the frame 45 through the rotating shaft 55.
The reflector module 20 of the present invention may be linear, i.e. elongated, and the light emitting module 40 is also linear, i.e. elongated, the light emitting module 40 is disposed on the top of the reflector module 20, and two ends of the reflector module 20 along the length direction are rotatably connected to the frame 45, so that when the reflector module 20 is rotated, the reflector module 20 is rotated along the axis thereof, the overall shape of the lighting fixture is not changed too much, and therefore, the reflector module 20 does not interfere with the housing during rotation, which affects the rotation of the reflector module 20, and the housing does not specially reserve the space occupied by the reflector module 20 during rotation.
The reflector module 20 is not freely rotatable with respect to the frame 45, but the reflector module 20 is rotatable with respect to the frame 45 only by a certain external force, a large frictional force may be provided between the end of the reflector module 20 and the frame 45, the reflector module 20 is rotatable with respect to the frame 45 only by overcoming the frictional force, and after the rotation, the reflector module 20 and the frame 45 may be held at the rotated position without being freely restored to the original position after the external force disappears. Or other limiting structures can be adopted, the reflector module 20 can be limited to the normal position when the rotation is not needed, the reflector module 20 is rotated to the set position when the rotation is needed, and then the reflector module 20 is limited to the set position after the rotation is carried out.
The rotatable connection of the two ends of the reflector module 20 and the frame 45 can be realized by the following methods: the two ends of the reflector module 20 can be directly connected to the frame 45, and the reflector module 20 and the frame 45 can rotate relatively under a certain external force after being connected, or the two ends of the reflector module 20 can be connected to the frame 45 through other connectors.
The connection of the two ends of the reflector module 20 to the frame 45 via other connectors is described in detail below: the two ends of the reflector module 20 are respectively provided with a first connecting piece 51, the frame 45 is provided with a second connecting piece 52, the first connecting piece 51 and the second connecting piece 52 are oppositely arranged, and the first connecting piece 51 and the second connecting piece 52 are rotatably connected through a rotating shaft 55.
The first connecting pieces 51 can be fixedly connected to two ends of the reflector module 20, the second connecting pieces 52 can be fixedly connected to the frame 45, the first connecting pieces 51 and the second connecting pieces 52 both extend perpendicular to the axis of the reflector module and are arranged opposite to each other, so that the first connecting pieces 51 are provided with first mounting holes 53, the second connecting pieces 52 are provided with second mounting holes 54, the first mounting holes 53 and the second mounting holes 54 are arranged opposite to each other, and the rotating shaft 55 is connected with the first connecting pieces 51 and the second connecting pieces 52 through the first mounting holes 53 and the second mounting holes 54 respectively.
The first connecting piece 51 and the second connecting piece 52 can rotate relatively, the first connecting piece 51 is fixedly connected to the reflector module 20, when the reflector module 20 is rotated, the reflector module 20 rotates relative to the second connecting piece 52, and the second connecting piece is fixedly connected to the frame 45, so that the reflector module 20 can rotate relative to the frame 45.
However, the first connecting piece 51 is not freely rotatable with respect to the second connecting piece 52, and the first connecting piece 51 can be rotated with respect to the second connecting piece 52 only by a certain external force, the surface of the rotating shaft 55 can be made rough, or the matching relationship between the rotating shaft 55 and the first and second mounting holes 53 and 54 can be adjusted, so that a large friction force is generated between the rotating shaft 55 and the first and second mounting holes 53 and 54, and the first connecting piece 51 can be rotated with respect to the second connecting piece 52 only by overcoming the friction force, and after the rotation, the first connecting piece 51 can be maintained at the rotated position with respect to the second connecting piece 52 after the external force disappears, and the first connecting piece 51 cannot be freely restored to the original position. Or other limiting structures can be adopted, the reflector module 20 can be limited to the normal position when the rotation is not needed, the reflector module 20 is rotated to the set position when the rotation is needed, and then the reflector module 20 is limited to the set position after the rotation is carried out.
In this embodiment, a damping member is disposed between the first connecting piece 51 and the second connecting piece 52, and the damping member is sleeved on the rotating shaft 55. The damping piece is elastic piece 56, sets up third mounting hole 57 on the elastic piece 56, and the elastic piece 56 overlaps through third mounting hole 57 and establishes on pivot 55, and the both sides of elastic piece 56 respectively with first connection piece 51 and second connection piece 52 butt. The damping piece is elastic piece 56 and sets up between first connection piece 51 and second connection piece 52, and first connection piece 51 and second connection piece 52 extrude this elastic piece each other, and frictional force is great, can realize needing certain external force to realize the rotation of reflector module 20, and can keep in this position after rotatory to setting position external force disappearance. The size of the elastic piece 56 can be the same as the size of the first connecting piece 51 and the second connecting piece 52, and the elastic piece 56 with the size of about 20mm × 20mm can be selected as the damping piece in the embodiment.
The first mounting hole 53 and the second mounting hole 54 are internally provided with threads, the rotating shaft 55 is externally provided with threads, the rotating shaft 55 is in threaded connection with the first mounting hole 53 or the second mounting hole 54, the rotating shaft 55 further comprises a head portion 58, and the head portion 58 is abutted against the first connecting piece 51 or the second connecting piece 52. The shaft 55 may be a screw or a bolt to connect the first connecting piece 51 and the second connecting piece 52. In the figure, a thread is arranged in the first mounting hole 53, a thread is arranged outside the rotating shaft 55, the rotating shaft 55 further comprises a head part 58, the rotating shaft 55 is in threaded connection with the first mounting hole 53, and the head part 58 is abutted against the second connecting piece 52.
The first connecting piece 51 is provided with a thickened portion 59 on the side opposite to the second connecting piece 52, and the first mounting hole 53 is provided in the thickened portion 59. The thickened portion 59 can increase the thickness of the second connecting piece 52, facilitate the processing of threads, and ensure that the strength of the second connecting piece 52 is not affected after the first mounting hole 53 is arranged.
The two ends of the reflector module 20 are respectively provided with a first fixing seat 60, the first fixing seat 60 comprises a first fixing part 61, the first fixing part 61 is fixedly connected with the reflector module 20, the first fixing part 61 extends towards the frame body 45 and then is bent to form a first connecting sheet 51, the frame body 45 is provided with a second fixing seat 63, the second fixing seat 63 comprises a second fixing part 63, the second fixing part 63 is fixedly connected with the frame body 45, the second fixing part 63 extends towards the reflector module 20 and then is bent to form a second connecting sheet 52, and the first connecting sheet 51 and the second connecting sheet 52 both extend along the direction perpendicular to the axis of the reflector module 20, so that the first connecting sheet 51 and the second connecting sheet 52 are oppositely arranged, and after the first fixing part and the second fixing sheet are connected through a rotating shaft 55, the reflector module 20 can.
The reflector module 20 includes a housing 24 and a reflector located in the housing 24, and both ends of the housing 24 are fixedly connected to the first fixing portion 61.
The lighting device of the present invention may be any shape lighting device, especially a linear lighting device, and both ends of the reflector module 20 are rotatably connected to the end of the frame 45 through the rotating shaft 55 by the rotating shaft 55.
At least two reflector modules 20 are arranged in the frame 45 side by side and at intervals. Both ends of each reflector module 20 are rotatably connected to the frame 45 through the rotating shaft 55, and each reflector module 20 can rotate around its own axis, thereby changing the irradiation range. When the two reflector modules 20 are arranged in the frame 45 side by side and at an interval, the two reflector modules 20 may be arranged to rotate in opposite directions, i.e., may rotate in a direction in which the light outlet of the reflector module 20 is far away from the center line of the linear lamp. When the plurality of reflector modules 20 are arranged side by side and at intervals in the frame 45, the reflector module 20 located on the center line of the linear lamp can be rotated to both sides or not, and the reflector module 20 located on the side of the center line of the linear lamp can be rotated in a direction in which the light exit of the reflector module 20 is away from the center line of the linear lamp.
The illuminating lamp can be used in classrooms, when the illuminating range of the illuminating lamp needs to be adjusted, the reflector module 20 can be rotated, so that the illuminating direction of the reflector module 20 is changed, the illuminating range of the illuminating lamp is adjusted, meanwhile, the reflector module 20 can reasonably distribute light, the anti-dazzle effect is improved from different angles, and the anti-dazzle effect UGR can meet the illuminating requirement of the classroom of the national standard.
As shown in fig. 5-6, 11-12, the present invention provides a lighting fixture, which comprises a housing 46, a light-emitting module 40, reflector modules 20 and a disinfection and sterilization module 70, wherein the light-emitting module 40 is disposed on the top of the reflector modules 20, at least two reflector modules 20 are disposed in the housing 46 side by side and at intervals, and the disinfection and sterilization module 70 is disposed in a gap between adjacent reflector modules, the disinfection and sterilization module 70 is disposed in the lighting fixture, when disinfection and sterilization are required, the disinfection and sterilization module 70 can be activated to disinfect and sterilize the environment, the lighting fixture integrates disinfection and sterilization functions, a user does not need to purchase disinfection and sterilization equipment separately, light emitted by the light-emitting module 40 is reflected by the reflector modules 20 to improve the anti-glare effect from different angles, so that the anti-glare effect UGR can reach the national regulation standard, the disinfection and sterilization module 70 is disposed in the gap between adjacent reflector modules, the integral volume of the lighting lamp is prevented from being increased, and the integral appearance of the lighting lamp is not influenced while the disinfection function is integrated.
Therefore, the lighting lamp has the lighting function, and simultaneously has the disinfection and sterilization module 70, so that the disinfection and sterilization function is added, when disinfection and sterilization are needed, the disinfection and sterilization module 70 can be started to disinfect and sterilize the environment, the lighting lamp integrates the disinfection and sterilization function, a user does not need to purchase disinfection and sterilization equipment independently, the cost is saved, and the space occupied by the disinfection and sterilization equipment is saved, meanwhile, the disinfection and sterilization module 70 is arranged in the gap between adjacent emitter modules, the increase of the whole volume of the lighting lamp is avoided, the general lighting lamp is arranged on a ceiling or a side wall, the irradiation range is as large as possible, the space area of residence installation is completely covered as far as possible, the disinfection and sterilization module is integrated on the lighting lamp, and disinfection and sterilization can be realized in the largest range of the space area.
The disinfection and sterilization module 70 comprises a fixed shell 71 and a disinfection lamp tube 72, wherein the fixed shell 71 is fixedly connected to the housing 46, and the disinfection lamp tube 72 is arranged in a cavity formed by the fixed shell 71 and the housing 46. The fixed shell 71 can realize the fixed installation of the disinfection lamp tube 72, and can also form a cavity with the housing 46, and the disinfection lamp tube 72 is installed in the cavity, that is, the fixed shell 71 isolates the disinfection lamp tube 72, thereby avoiding the disinfection lamp tube 72 and other structures in the housing 46 from influencing each other.
The fixing shell 71 includes a top surface 73 and side surfaces 74 located at both sides of the top surface 73 and perpendicular to the top surface 73, the top surface 73 abuts against the back plate 47 of the housing 46, the ends of the side surfaces 74 are bent to both sides to form fixing portions 75, and the fixing portions 75 are fixedly connected to the housing 46. In this way, the fixing shell 71 is fixedly connected to the housing 46 through the fixing portion 75, and the top surface 73 of the fixing shell 71 abuts against the back plate 47 of the housing 46, and the back plate 47 also serves to limit the fixing shell 71, so that the fixing shell 71 is stably connected in the housing 46.

The sterilizing lamp 72 and the light-emitting module 40 are controlled separately, and the power of the sterilizing lamp 72 can be switched on only when the sterilization is needed. Preferably, the sterilizing light tube 72 is an ultraviolet light tube.
In the invention, the top surface 73 of the fixed shell 71 is provided with a groove 78, the opening of the groove 78 faces to the back plate 47 of the housing 46, the back plate 47 of the housing 46 is provided with a notch 48 corresponding to the groove 78, and the groove 78 is internally provided with an upper light-emitting module 80. The illuminating lamp can be used in classrooms, can play a role in illumination during the class of students, can start the disinfection and sterilization module to disinfect and sterilize when no person exists in the classrooms, can reasonably distribute light, improves the anti-dazzle effect from different angles, and ensures that the anti-dazzle effect UGR can meet the illuminating requirement of the classrooms of the national standard.

7. A lighting fixture as recited in claim 3, wherein said top surface (73) is provided with a groove (78), said back plate (47) is provided with a notch (48) corresponding to said groove (78), and said groove (78) is provided with a light exit module (80).

The lighting fixture as claimed in claim 7, wherein the light exit module (80) comprises a light emitter (81) and a light source substrate (82) for supporting the light emitter (81), the light source substrate (82) is fixedly connected to the groove (78), and the light emitter (81) is disposed toward the opening (48).

The lighting fixture as recited in claim 8, wherein the upper light-emitting module (80) further comprises a light-emitting lens (83), the light-emitting lens (83) is connected to the light source substrate (82) and covers the light-emitting body (81), and the light-emitting lens (83) is disposed at the notch.

A lighting fixture as recited in claim 9, wherein two sides of the recess (78) extend toward each other to form a first stop (79), the outer side of the light exit lens (83) extends toward two sides to form a second stop (84), the first stop (79) and the second stop (84) abut against each other, and the light exit lens (83) abuts against the light source substrate (82).
