In the present embodiment, specifically, the flushing tank 12 is disposed at the lower part of the right side of the partition plate 2; a valve is inserted in the middle of the upper end of the discharge pipe 10 and the right side of the upper end of the replacement pipe 11 in a threaded manner; the lower end of the washing tank 1 is glued with a silica gel pad.

Principle of operation
In the invention, when the material is prevented from being washed, the washing tank 1 is fixed at a proper position, then an external power supply is connected by using an external lead, a proper amount of washing liquid is added into the left side of the washing tank 1, then the adjusting bolt 64 is loosened, the inverted L-shaped lifting rod 65 is grasped to lift the supporting roller 63 to move upwards, then the material to be washed is wound around the outer wall of the lower end of the supporting roller 63, then the inverted L-shaped lifting rod 65 is pressed downwards, the supporting roller 63 and the material are pushed to be immersed into the washing liquid, the adjusting bolt 64 is screwed down, the adjustment work in the work is convenient, then the material is wound around the equipment in sequence, a proper amount of washing liquid is added into the washing tank 12, then the textile material penetrates through the inside of the U-shaped washing pipe 85, the washing liquid is conveyed to the U-shaped washing pipe 85 when the washing pump 17 works, and then the textile material is, during the washing process, the washing liquid drives impurities to fall on the washing tank 12 through the gradient of the material to finish the washing work of the material, the collecting tank 71 is moved leftwards and rightwards in the process that the washing liquid falls on the washing tank 12, the collecting tank 71 is moved to a proper position at the upper end of the washing tank 12, then the washing liquid passes through the inside of the collecting tank 71, the washing liquid is filtered through the screening net 73 in the process of passing through the collecting tank 71, the impurities carried during the washing are prevented from blocking equipment to influence the washing quality of the textile material, after the textile material is washed, the textile material passes through the rotating frames 93, the wing-shaped bolts 92 are loosened according to the work requirement, the second fixing block 91 and the rotating frames 93 are rotated, the angle of the rotating frames 93 is adjusted, the textile material is dried through the heat generated during the work of the drying pipe 94, and then the textile material is wound on the outer wall of the device 19, and (5) carrying out the winding work of the textile material, and further finishing the washing work of the textile material.

Claims (10)
1. A washing device for safety protection textile materials comprises a washing tank (1), a partition plate (2), a support frame (3), a guiding and conveying roller (4), adjusting holes (5), a locking guiding and conveying soaking roller structure (6), a filtering cleaning box structure (7), an adjustable washing pipe structure (8), a rotatable drying frame structure (9), a discharge pipe (10), a replacement pipe (11), a washing tank (12), a first support plate (13), a U-shaped frame (14), a material roller (15), a fixed roller (16), a washing pump (17), a water suction pipe (18) and a winding device (19), wherein the partition plate (2) is in bolted connection with the middle position on the left side of the inner wall of the washing tank (1); the supporting frame (3) is sequentially connected to the upper end of the washing tank (1) through bolts from left to right; the guide rollers (4) are respectively connected to the middle position inside the upper side of the support frame (3) in a shaft manner; the adjusting holes (5) are respectively formed in the left side of the front surface and the left side of the rear surface of the washing tank (1); the discharge pipe (10) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the lower part of the left side of the washing tank (1) and is communicated with the washing tank; the left side of the replacement pipe (11) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the lower part of the right side of the flushing tank (12) and is communicated with the flushing tank; the right side of the replacement pipe (11) penetrates through the middle position of the lower part of the right side of the washing tank (1); the flushing tank (12) is connected to the middle position of the bottom end in the flushing tank (1) through bolts; the right side of the first supporting plate (13) is connected to the upper part of the left side of the washing tank (1) through a bolt; the U-shaped frame (14) is connected to the left side of the upper end of the first supporting plate (13) through bolts; the material roller (15) is arranged between the U-shaped frames (14); the fixed rollers (16) are respectively coupled at the middle positions of the upper part of the middle position of the inner wall of the washing tank (1) and the middle position of the upper part of the right side of the inside of the washing tank; the flushing pump (17) is connected to the middle position of the right side of the upper end of the flushing tank (12) through a bolt; the upper end of the water suction pipe (18) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the lower end of the washing pump (17) and is inserted in the middle position of the right side in the washing tank (1); the winding device (19) is connected to the upper part of the left side of the washing tank (1) through a bolt; the device is characterized in that the locking, guiding and soaking roller structure (6) in the washing device for the safety protection textile material is arranged on the left side in the washing tank (1); the filterable cleaning box structure (7) is arranged in the middle of the left side of the upper end of the flushing box (12); the adjustable flushing pipe structure (8) is arranged at the upper end of the flushing pump (17); the rotatable drying rack structure (9) is arranged at the upper part of the right side of the inner wall of the washing tank (1); the locking, guiding and conveying soaking roller structure (6) comprises a second supporting plate (61), an inserting rod (62), a supporting roller (63), an adjusting bolt (64) and an inverted L-shaped lifting rod (65), wherein two ends of the inserting rod (62) are respectively inserted in the middle of the inner part of the lower side of the second supporting plate (61); the supporting roller (63) is coupled in the middle of the outer wall of the insertion rod (62) in a shaft manner; the adjusting bolt (64) is respectively in threaded connection with the middle position of the upper part of the front surface and the middle position of the upper part of the rear surface of the second supporting plate (61); the lower end of the inverted L-shaped lifting rod (65) is welded at the middle position of the upper end of the second supporting plate (61).

A safety-protecting textile material washing unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein said filterable cleaning box structure (7) comprises a collection box (71), a water outlet (72), a screening mesh (73), a connecting plate (74) and an inverted U-shaped lifting rod (75), said water outlet (72) being provided at a lower intermediate position of said collection box (71); the screening net (73) is connected to the middle position of the inner wall of the water outlet hole (72) through screws; the connecting plates (74) are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the upper end of the collecting box (71) through bolts; the lower end of the inverted U-shaped lifting rod (75) is connected to the middle position of the upper end of the connecting plate (74) through a bolt.

The safety textile material washing unit of claim 1, wherein the adjustable washing pipe structure (8) comprises an inverted L-shaped fixed pipe (81), a first fixed block (82), a fixed hole (83), a manual valve (84) and a U-shaped washing pipe (85), wherein the upper end of the inverted L-shaped fixed pipe (81) penetrates through the middle position of the upper inner side of the first fixed block (82); the fixing holes (83) are respectively formed in the left side and the right side of the lower part of the first fixing block (82); the manual valve (84) is inserted in the middle of the left side of the upper end of the inverted L-shaped fixed pipe (81) in a threaded manner; the U-shaped flushing pipe (85) is connected to the left side of the upper part of the rear surface of the inverted L-shaped fixed pipe (81) through a pipeline.

The washing device for the safety protection textile material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotatable drying rack structure (9) comprises a second fixed block (91), a wing bolt (92), a rotating rack (93), a drying pipe (94) and a rotating rod (95), the wing bolt (92) is in threaded connection with the middle position of the front surface of the second fixed block (91); the lower end of the rotating frame (93) is connected to the middle position of the upper end of the second fixing block (91) through a bolt; the drying pipes (94) are sequentially inserted into the inner wall of the rotating frame (93) from top to bottom; the lower end of the rotating rod (95) is connected to the middle position of the upper end of the rotating frame (93) through a bolt.

A device for washing a safety textile material as claimed in claim 1, wherein said washing tank (12) is arranged in the lower right side of the partition plate (2); a valve is inserted in the middle position of the upper end of the discharge pipe (10) and the right side of the upper end of the replacement pipe (11) in a threaded manner; the lower end of the washing tank (1) is connected with a silica gel pad in an adhesive mode.
6. A safety textile material washing unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein said support rollers (63) are arranged at a lower intermediate position between the second support plates (61); the outer wall of the upper end of the inverted L-shaped lifting rod (65) is sleeved with a silica gel sleeve.

A safety textile material washing unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein said second support plate (61) is inserted in the washing tank (1) on the left of the front surface inner wall and on the left of the rear surface inner wall, respectively; the adjusting bolts (64) respectively penetrate through the adjusting holes (5) in a sliding manner; the inverted L-shaped lifting rod (65) penetrates through the adjusting holes (5) in a sliding mode respectively.
8. A safety shield textile material washing unit as claimed in claim 2, wherein said screening mesh (73) is a stainless steel mesh; the collection box (71) adopts a stainless steel box with an opening arranged at the upper end.
9. A safety textile material washing unit as claimed in claim 2, wherein said collection chamber (71) is slidably received in the washing chamber (12) at a central position on the left side thereof; the connecting plates (74) are respectively arranged at the upper end of the flushing tank (12).

The washing device for the safety protection textile material as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first fixing block (82) is a rectangular stainless steel block with a plug hole at the middle position of the upper end; the manual valve (84) is arranged on the left side of the first fixed block (82); the U-shaped flushing pipe (85) is a stainless steel pipe, the rear end of which is provided with a plugging cap, and the inner wall of which is provided with a flushing hole.
