wherein A is the acceleration of the box body 1 with action change, L is the change distance of the box body 1 with action change, and T is the time taken by the box body 1 with the action change distance L;
when A is larger than or equal to a, the action change speed of the box body is high, the phenomenon of toppling or falling is possible, the fixed assembly releases the buffer assembly, and the buffer assembly buffers the box body 1 to a certain extent;
when A < a, the speed of change of the motion of the box is slow, the box may be moved or transported artificially, the fixed component does not release the buffer component, and a represents a set acceleration threshold of the instantaneous movement of the box 1.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, placing a packaged display screen, a keyboard and a mouse in a box body 1, selecting a first adjusting partition plate 502 and a second adjusting partition plate 503 to be inserted in the positions of an adjusting clamping groove 501 according to the size of the package of the display screen, the keyboard and the mouse, enabling the first adjusting partition plate 502 and the second adjusting partition plate 503 to be tightly attached to the side wall of the package box of the display screen, the keyboard and the mouse, completing primary fixing of the package box at the moment, then inserting a positioning column 19 at the bottom end of a box cover 2 into a positioning hole 16, inserting a wrench into a rotating head 21, rotating the rotating head 21 by 180 degrees, enabling a limiting groove 20 at the bottom end of the positioning column 19 to be mutually clamped with a limiting block 18 in the positioning hole 16, enabling the box cover 2 to be completely fixed and firm, then injecting gas into an air bag 12 through an air inlet 13, enabling the air bag 12 to expand, filling gaps in the box body 1, enabling the package box body to be completely fixed in the box body 1, and at the moment, enabling the box body 1 to be moved and transported by using a transporting handle 15;
when the box body 1 falls or falls, the distance sensor 7 measures the distance variation of the side surface of the box body 1, meanwhile, the PLC 9 records the time of the distance variation, calculates the moving acceleration of the side surface of the box body 1 to judge whether the box body 1 falls or falls, when the phenomenon occurs, the PLC 9 sends a signal to the electromagnet 401 to enable the electromagnet 401 to generate a magnetic force which is mutually attracted with the permanent magnet 402 and close to one end of the permanent magnet 402, so that the sliding block 403 slides to enable the fixed clamping block 405 to slide out of the fixed groove 304 to complete the release of the buffer component, the memory buffer plate 302 recovers to the original shape under the action of the elastic memory rod 305 to enable the memory buffer plate 302 to buffer the box body 1, the damage to the display screen of the inner package caused by severe collision when the box body 1 drops or topples over is avoided, meanwhile, the anti-collision rubber block 306 can play a certain role in the memory buffer plate 302, when the anti-collision rubber block 306 is damaged, the anti-collision rubber block can be disassembled and replaced by the aid of the first installation rod 3062 and the second installation rod 3063, when the anti-collision rubber block is not required to be buffered by the aid of the buffer assembly, the memory buffer plate 302 is collected into the storage groove 301, meanwhile, the limiting clamping block 407 is shifted, the PLC controller 9 controls the electromagnet 401 to generate acting force in the direction opposite to that of the permanent magnet 402, the fixing clamping block 405 is clamped into the fixing groove 304 again, the fixing groove 304 is fixed again, and the box body is convenient to buffer again when an accident happens next time.
