In a preferred embodiment, after the film sticking device sucks the film, the camera device installed on the film sticking device takes the boundary between the film and the background as a viewing area, shoots a film sticking image, collects a diagonal intersection point along the film sticking image as a first center, then obtains any point on the diagonal of the film sticking image as a first collection starting point, and obtains and records a first distance from the first collection starting point to the first center; the film sticking device makes a radial line which is parallel to the boundary of the film covering image from a first acquisition starting point clockwise or anticlockwise until the radial line intersects with a diagonal line of the film covering image to form a first acquisition inflection point, when the radial line returns to the first acquisition starting point, each first acquisition starting point and the first acquisition inflection point are sequentially connected to form a first rectangular frame, and the film sticking device acquires and records the length from a first center to the boundary.
In a preferred embodiment, the camera device installed on the film sticking device takes the boundary between the white screen interface and the tool base as a viewing area to shoot a terminal image, the intersection point of diagonal lines of the terminal image collected by the film sticking device is taken as a second center, and a point on the diagonal line of the film covering image, which is far away from the second center and is a first distance, is taken as a second collection starting point; and when the ray returns to the second acquisition starting point, the film sticking device is sequentially connected with each second acquisition starting point and the second acquisition inflection point to form a second rectangular frame, and the length from the second center to the boundary is obtained and recorded.
In a preferred embodiment, the film sticking device aligns the first center and the second center according to the lengths from the first center and the second center to the boundary respectively, and sticks the frame edges of the first rectangular frame and the second rectangular frame to align the first rectangular frame and the second rectangular frame; the film laminating device is used for stably laminating films in the projection direction of the intelligent terminal.
The smart terminal may be implemented in various forms. For example, the terminal described in the present invention may include an intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone, a smart phone, a notebook computer, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a navigation device, etc., and a fixed terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, etc. In the following, it is assumed that the terminal is a smart terminal. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the configuration according to the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to a fixed type terminal in addition to elements particularly used for moving purposes.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, and not by way of limitation, and that those skilled in the art can make modifications and variations of the embodiments described above without departing from the spirit of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. The intelligent terminal film pasting positioning method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
controlling an intelligent terminal to be filmed to be placed on a tool base, and controlling a display interface of the intelligent terminal to be a white screen interface;
a film sticking device sucks a film, shoots the film to form a film covering image, and calibrates a first center of the film and a position of a first rectangular frame comprising the first center in the film covering image;
the film sticking device takes the boundary between the white screen interface and the tool base as a viewing area, shoots the intelligent terminal to form a terminal image, and marks a second center of the terminal image and the position of a second rectangular frame comprising the second center in the terminal image;
the film sticking device is aligned with the first center, the second center, the first rectangular frame and the second rectangular frame and then stabilizes the position of the film;
the film pasting device controls the film pasting to be arranged on the intelligent terminal.
2. The intelligent terminal film pasting positioning method of claim 1,
the method comprises the following steps of controlling an intelligent terminal to be subjected to film pasting to be placed on a tool base, and controlling a display interface of the intelligent terminal to be a white screen interface, wherein the step comprises the following steps:
installing an application program in an intelligent terminal;
placing an intelligent terminal to be filmed on a tool base, and clamping the intelligent terminal in the tool base for stability;
and activating the application program, controlling a display interface of the intelligent terminal to be a white screen interface, and adjusting the authority of the bright and white screen event in the intelligent terminal to be the highest level.
3. The intelligent terminal film pasting positioning method of claim 1,
the film sticking device sucks a film, shoots the film to form a film image, and calibrates a first center of the film and a position of a first rectangular frame including the first center in the film image, wherein the position comprises the following steps:
the film sticking device sucks a film;
the camera equipment arranged on the film sticking device takes the boundary between the film and the background as a viewing area to shoot a film sticking image;
the film sticking device acquires the film covering image from the camera equipment and acquires a diagonal intersection point along the film covering image as a first center;
the film sticking device acquires any point on a diagonal line of the film coating image as a first acquisition starting point, and acquires and records a first distance from the first acquisition starting point to the first center;
taking a ray parallel to the boundary of the film covering image from the first acquisition starting point clockwise or anticlockwise until the ray intersects with a diagonal line of the film covering image to form a first acquisition inflection point;
repeating the steps until the ray returns to the first acquisition starting point, and sequentially connecting each first acquisition starting point and each first acquisition inflection point to form the first rectangular frame;
and acquiring and recording the length from the first center to the boundary.
4. The intelligent terminal film sticking and positioning method according to claim 3,
the film sticking device takes the boundary of the white screen interface and the tool base as a viewing area, shoots the intelligent terminal to form a terminal image, and marks the second center of the terminal image and the position of a second rectangular frame comprising the second center in the terminal image, wherein the step comprises the following steps:
the camera equipment arranged on the film sticking device takes the boundary between the white screen interface and the tool base as a viewing area to shoot a terminal image;
the film sticking device acquires the terminal image from the camera equipment and acquires a diagonal intersection point along the terminal image as a second center;
the film sticking device acquires a point on the diagonal line of the film sticking image, wherein the distance between the point and the second center is a first distance, and the point is a second acquisition starting point;
taking rays parallel to the boundary of the terminal image from the second acquisition starting point clockwise or anticlockwise until the rays intersect with the diagonal line of the terminal image to form a second acquisition inflection point;
repeating the steps until the ray returns to the second acquisition starting point, and sequentially connecting each second acquisition starting point and each second acquisition inflection point to form the second rectangular frame;
and acquiring and recording the length from the second center to the boundary.
5. The intelligent terminal film sticking and positioning method according to claim 4,
the step of stabilizing the position of the film after the film sticking device aligns the first center, the second center and the first rectangular frame and the second rectangular frame comprises the following steps:
the film sticking device aligns the first center and the second center according to the lengths from the first center to the second center to the boundary respectively;
the film sticking device sticks to the frame edges of the first rectangular frame and the second rectangular frame so as to align the first rectangular frame and the second rectangular frame;
the film sticking device stabilizes the film in the projection direction of the intelligent terminal.
6. An intelligent terminal film pasting positioning system comprises an intelligent terminal to be pasted with a film, a tool base for fixing the intelligent terminal and a film pasting device for grabbing a film, and is characterized in that,
the display interface of the intelligent terminal is a white screen interface;
the film sticking device shoots the film to form a film covering image, the first center of the film covering in the film covering image and the position of a first rectangular frame comprising the first center in the film covering image are calibrated, the boundary between the white screen interface and the tool base is used as a viewing area, the intelligent terminal is shot to form a terminal image, and the second center of the terminal image and the position of a second rectangular frame comprising the second center in the terminal image are calibrated;
the film pasting device is aligned with the first center, the second center, the first rectangular frame and the second rectangular frame and then stabilizes the position of the film pasting, and controls the film pasting to be arranged on the intelligent terminal.
7. The intelligent terminal film sticking and positioning system according to claim 6,
the intelligent terminal is internally provided with an application program, the application program is clamped in the tool base and is stabilized to receive an activation instruction, the application program is activated based on the activation instruction, the display interface of the intelligent terminal is controlled to be a white screen interface, and the authority of the bright and white screen event in the intelligent terminal is adjusted to be the highest level.
8. The intelligent terminal film sticking and positioning system according to claim 6,
after the film laminating device absorbs the laminating film, shooting a laminating film image by using the boundary of the laminating film and the background as a view area by a camera device installed on the film laminating device, acquiring a diagonal intersection point along the laminating film image as a first center, acquiring any point on the diagonal of the laminating film image as a first acquisition starting point, and acquiring and recording a first distance from the first acquisition starting point to the first center;
the film sticking device makes rays which are parallel to the boundary of the film covering image from the first collection starting point clockwise or anticlockwise until the rays intersect with the diagonal line of the film covering image to form a first collection inflection point, when the rays return to the first collection starting point, each first collection starting point and each first collection inflection point are sequentially connected to form the first rectangular frame, and the film sticking device acquires and records the length from the first center to the boundary.

shooting a terminal image by using the camera equipment arranged on the film sticking device and the boundary of the white screen interface and the tool base as a viewing area, wherein the intersection point of diagonal lines of the film sticking device, which is collected along the terminal image, is a second center, and a point, which is on the diagonal line of the film sticking image and is a first distance away from the second center, is obtained as a second collection starting point;
the film sticking device makes rays which are parallel to the boundary of the terminal image from the second acquisition starting point clockwise or anticlockwise until the rays intersect with the diagonal line of the terminal image to form a second acquisition inflection point, and when the rays return to the second acquisition starting point, the film sticking device sequentially connects each second acquisition starting point and the second acquisition inflection point to form a second rectangular frame, and the length from the second center to the boundary is obtained and recorded.
