Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the working principle of the intelligent cleaning system for the vehicle for building construction of the invention is as follows:
when the building mud head vehicle is required to be cleaned, a driver drives the building mud head vehicle to a bearing frame 1 and runs along the length direction of the bearing frame 1; in the running process of the construction mud head vehicle, the elastic buffer mechanism promotes the spray bars 2-1 of the first spraying devices 2 to be higher than the bearing surface of the bearing blocks 6, so that the wheels of the construction mud head vehicle are contacted with the spray bars 2-1 and elastically press down the spray bars 2-1, at the moment, the pressure sensor arranged on the spray bars 2-1 detects the pressure and transmits the detection information to the control system, and the control system controls the operation of a plurality of groups of first spraying devices 2 adjacent to the first spraying devices 2, so that the vertical spraying sections of the spray bars 2-1 in the first spraying devices 2 spray water towards the side surfaces of the construction mud head vehicle, and the horizontal spraying sections spray water upwards towards the wheels and the chassis, thereby cleaning the construction mud head vehicle. Because the construction mud head vehicle continuously runs forwards on the bearing frame 1, when the downward pressure of the spray rod 2-1 on the vehicle wheels disappears, the elastic buffer mechanism drives the spray rod 2-1 to reset, namely, the spray rod 2-1 moves upwards to a position where the spray rod 2-1 is higher than the bearing surface of the bearing block 6, and as the downward pressure of the spray rod 2-1 disappears, the pressure sensor transmits detection information to a control system, and the control system controls a plurality of groups of first spraying devices 2 adjacent to the first spraying devices 2 to stop spraying water. In the actual process, because the multiple groups of first spraying devices 2 are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the bearing frame 1, the first spraying devices 2 adjacent to two groups of first spraying devices 2 still need to work after the downward pressure exerted by the spray bars 2-1 in a certain group of first spraying devices 2 disappears, and the control modes can be flexibly selected according to the actual situation, for example, the multiple groups of first spraying devices 2 adjacent to the previous group of first spraying devices 2 can be firstly closed, and then the multiple groups of first spraying devices 2 adjacent to the next group of first spraying devices 2 can be started according to the actual position of the next group of first spraying devices 2.
The cleaned water is collected in a first cleaning tank 7-1 at the bottom of the cleaning device, flows along the tank bottom obliquely arranged in the first cleaning tank 7-1, and enters a second cleaning tank 7-2, impurities such as soil in the water are precipitated downwards in the second cleaning tank 7-2, and clean water (relative to the water in the first cleaning tank 7-1) flows into a third cleaning tank 7-3. In this way, the fresh water in the third cleaning tank 7-3 can be reused, thereby saving water.
Through the arrangement, the intelligent cleaning system for the building construction vehicle can enable the building mud head vehicle to clean the two side surfaces, the chassis and the wheels of the building mud head vehicle in the running process, and enable other building mud head vehicles not to wait for cleaning of the previous building mud head vehicle, so that cleaning efficiency is greatly improved. In addition, in the cleaning process of the building mud head vehicle, the intelligent vehicle cleaning system for building construction can realize dynamic cleaning of the building mud head vehicle, namely when the building mud head vehicle runs to each position of the bearing frame 1, a plurality of groups of first spraying devices 2 corresponding to the position work, so that the cleaning of the building mud head vehicle is realized, and the first spraying devices 2 at other positions do not work, thus the purpose of saving water is achieved, and the vehicle cleaning cost is reduced.
The foregoing is illustrative of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting thereof, but rather as various changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which may be made therein without departing from the spirit and principles of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
