Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a support frame, in particular to an angle adjusting frame.
Background
In recent years, electronic products such as televisions and computers have been introduced for use in vehicles as well as stationary type electronic products due to the tendency of miniaturization and weight reduction. In order to facilitate a user to use the electronic product on a vehicle, generally, the electronic product is fixed by the angle-adjustable supporting frame, and the electronic product is adjusted to a position and an angle required by the user by the angle-adjustable supporting frame.
However, since the vehicle is subject to vibration from uneven road surface during driving, the angle-adjustable support frame will have a serious challenge in terms of reliability. For example, the current angle-adjustable supporting frame may be subject to vibration generated by the vehicle running, which may cause the electronic product to hang down. Therefore, the user must readjust the angle of the electronic product to conform to the desired viewing angle again. Although the torque value of the support frame pivoting is increased to effectively avoid the electronic product from being hung, the user can also have a larger torque value and is more laborious in operation. Therefore, how to consider the reliability and the operation hand feeling of the supporting frame is one of the problems to be solved by research and development personnel.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an angle adjusting frame, which is used for considering both the reliability and the operation hand feeling of a supporting frame.
The angle adjusting bracket disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is suitable for fixing an electronic product. The angle adjusting frame comprises a base and an assembling frame. The assembly frame comprises a first frame body, a second frame body, an assembly frame positioning piece and an assembly frame resetting piece. The first frame body is detachably arranged on the base and is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves communicated with each other. The second frame body is pivoted on the first frame body and used for fixing the electronic product. The assembly frame positioning piece is slidably arranged on the second frame body. The assembly frame positioning part comprises an operation section, a release section and a positioning section which are sequentially connected. The size of the release section of the assembly rack positioning piece is smaller than that of the positioning section of the assembly rack positioning piece, and the size of the positioning section of the assembly rack positioning piece is matched with that of the positioning grooves of the first rack body. The assembly frame resetting piece is clamped between the assembly frame positioning piece and the second frame body so as to drive the positioning section of the assembly frame positioning piece to reset and select one positioning groove positioned in the first frame body to fix the angle relation between the second frame body and the first frame body, and when the assembly frame positioning piece is stressed to enable the release section of the assembly frame positioning piece to be positioned in the positioning groove of the first frame body, the second frame body can rotate relative to the first frame body to adjust the angle.
According to the angle adjusting frame of the embodiment, the elastic force of the assembly frame resetting piece drives the positioning section of the assembly frame positioning piece to reset and select one positioning groove positioned in the first frame body so as to fix the angle relation between the second frame body and the first frame body, and when the assembly frame positioning piece is stressed to enable the release section of the assembly frame positioning piece to be positioned in the positioning groove of the first frame body, the second frame body can rotate relative to the first frame body to adjust the angle. Therefore, the second frame body can be prevented from deviating from the original preset position under the influence of external force on the premise of maintaining the pivoting hand feeling of the assembly frame pivoting piece.
The above description of the present invention and the following description of the embodiments are provided to illustrate and explain the spirit and principles of the present invention and to provide further explanation of the invention as claimed in the appended claims.

Moreover, since the second frame 220 and the first frame 210 are engaged with each other by the assembling frame positioning element 240 and the positioning slot 211 of the first frame 210, even if the second frame 220 is affected by an unexpected external force, the second frame 220 can be prevented from being unexpectedly displaced, such as a drooping situation, according to the fixing effect of the assembling frame positioning element 240 and the positioning slot 211.
Next, as shown in fig. 10 and fig. 11, when the angle of the electronic product 20 needs to be adjusted, the user can press the base positioning element 140 (applying an external force F) to move the positioning section 143 of the base positioning element 140 along the direction c and separate from the positioning slot 111 of the fixing frame 110, and the releasing section 142 of the base positioning element 140 is located in the positioning slot 111 of the fixing frame 110. In this way, since the positioning section 143 of the base positioning element 140 and the fixed frame 110 do not interfere with each other, the movable frame 120 can rotate relative to the fixed frame 110.
Next, as shown in fig. 12, the user pulls the electronic product 20 to rotate the electronic product 20 along the direction d to adjust to a desired angle, and then opens the base positioning element 140. At this time, the base positioning element 140 is driven by the base resetting element 150 to be reset, and the positioning section 143 of the base positioning element 140 is engaged with the other positioning groove 111 of the fixed frame 110 to fix the position relationship between the movable frame 120 and the fixed frame 110.
Moreover, since the movable frame 120 and the fixed frame 110 are engaged with each other by the base positioning element 140 and the positioning slot 111 of the fixed frame 110, the movable frame 120 can be prevented from being undesirably displaced according to the fixing effect of the base positioning element 140 and the positioning slot 111 even if the movable frame 120 is affected by an unexpected external force.
Moreover, the elastic force of the base reset piece drives the positioning section of the base positioning piece to reset and selects one positioning groove positioned in the fixed frame body to fix the angle relation between the movable frame body and the fixed frame body, and when the base positioning piece is stressed to enable the release section of the base positioning piece to be positioned in the positioning groove of the fixed frame body, the movable frame body can rotate relative to the fixed frame body to adjust the angle. Therefore, the movable frame body can be prevented from deviating from the original preset position under the influence of external force on the premise of maintaining the pivoting hand feeling of the base pivoting piece.
In addition, the first support body of equipment frame is counterpointed in advance through the activity support body of gliding mode and base, and rethread locking part is fixed first support body and activity support body, will promote the equipment convenience between the first support body of equipment frame and the activity support body of base.
