As shown in fig. 2, the conveyor 3 transports the chinese medicinal materials to the corresponding positions. Cutter unit 1 and support 2 move down and cut, and closing device 4 contacts the chinese-medicinal material earlier, compresses tightly it, and spring 11 provides the cushioning effect, prevents to crush the chinese-medicinal material. The cutter set 1 passes through the cutter slot 41 to cut the medicinal materials into slices. The distance between the cutters 10 can be adjusted according to the pharmaceutical requirements of the medicinal materials, and the slicing and cutting thickness of the medicinal materials can be controlled. The cutter set 1 is combined by a plurality of cutters 10, a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine slices can be obtained by one-time downward cutting action of the cutter set 1, the cutting efficiency is improved, the control on the distance between the cutters 10 can be realized by rotating the adjusting device 6, and the operation is simple.

Claims (9)

1. A traditional Chinese medicine slicing mechanism is characterized by comprising a cutter set (1), a support (2) and a pressing assembly (4), wherein a transmission device (3) is arranged under the pressing assembly (4), the cutter set (1) is provided with a plurality of cutters (10) which are arranged in parallel, the cutters (10) are in sliding connection with the support (2), the pressing assembly (4) is provided with a shell (40), the shell (40) is a rectangular box body with an opening at the bottom, cutter grooves (41) are arranged in the shell (40), the cutters (10) are sleeved with the shell (40) and the cutter grooves (41) and penetrate through the cutter grooves, the middle of the cutter set (1) is elastically connected with the top of the shell (40), cross-hinged telescopic swing rods (5) are connected between the cutters (10), and connecting ends of the telescopic swing rods (5) are respectively hinged with two ends of the surfaces of the backs of adjacent cutters (10), the cross hinged part of the telescopic swing rod (5) is connected with an adjusting device.

The slicing mechanism for traditional Chinese medicine according to claim 1, wherein a sliding block (11) is arranged on the top end surface of the cutter (10), the sliding block (11) is slidably connected with the bracket (2), a limiting block (12) is arranged on the side surface of the cutter (10), the limiting block (12) is arranged above the shell (40), and a spring (13) is fixedly connected between the limiting block (12) and the shell (40).

The traditional Chinese medicine slicing mechanism according to claim 2, wherein a strip-shaped abdicating hole (400) is formed in the top of the housing (40), the abdicating hole (400) is sleeved with the cutter (10), two side walls of the inner wall of the housing (40) perpendicular to the side surfaces of the cutter (10) are provided with guide sliding grooves (401), the guide sliding grooves (401) are communicated with two side walls of the housing (40) parallel to the cutter (10), the cutter groove (41) is a strip-shaped groove, the upper surface and the lower surface of the cutter groove (41) are communicated, the cutter groove (41) is sleeved with the cutter (10), a guide plate (410) is arranged on the contact end surface of the cutter groove (41) and the guide sliding groove (401), and the guide plate (410) is embedded into the guide sliding groove (401) and is slidably connected with the guide sliding groove (.

The slicing mechanism for traditional Chinese medicine according to claim 3, wherein two side surfaces of one end of the cutter groove (41) close to the bottom of the shell (40) are respectively provided with a pressing plate (42), and the upper and lower surfaces of the pressing plate (42) between the adjacent cutter grooves (41) are overlapped.

The traditional Chinese medicine slicing mechanism according to claim 5, wherein the adjusting device (6) comprises a connecting component (60) and a fixed gear (61), the connecting component (60) is a long rod-shaped structure, the upper portion of the connecting component (60) is provided with a knob (600), the middle portion of the connecting component (60) is provided with a rotating gear (601), the lower portion of the connecting component is provided with a connecting shaft (603), the upper end surface of the rotating gear (601) is fixedly connected with the knob (600), the lower end surface of the rotating gear is fixedly connected with the connecting shaft (603), the connecting shaft (603) is embedded into the sleeve (510) and rotatably connected with the sleeve (510), the end of the connecting shaft (603) close to the rotating gear (601) is provided with a pin block (602), the pin block (602) is a bar-shaped block, the pin block (602) is embedded into the through hole (500), a gap is arranged between the upper surface of the pin block (602) and the lower surface, and a buffer block (604) is sleeved between the rotary fluted disc (601) and the pin block (602).
