No matter power transmission, power transformation and power distribution are all operated aloft, and safety accidents can occur when any tool falls during the operation aloft, so that casualties and electric facilities are damaged. Even if the periphery is in an unmanned state, the risk of casualties does not exist, and the fallen tools still need to be picked up again, so that the labor intensity and the operation time of operators are increased invisibly, the operation safety factor of the operators is reduced, time and labor are wasted, and the working efficiency is influenced.

The shell is provided with a rope outlet;

the winding device is arranged in the shell and is used for winding the connecting rope; the winding device comprises a winding drum which is rotatably arranged in a shell and a reset piece which is used for driving the winding drum to rotate reversely, and the connecting rope is wound on the winding drum.
The anti-falling device is arranged on the waistband and is connected with the tool through the connecting rope, so that the tool can be effectively prevented from falling off the hand when an operator works high above the ground, and the safety of ground personnel, equipment and tools is protected; and set up the reel, convolute connecting the rope, after the instrument used, reset a drive reel and resume initial position, tighten up connecting the rope automatically to hang the instrument on the waistband, conveniently take, improve work efficiency.

The connecting rope is provided with an anti-collision block, and the anti-collision block is positioned on the outer side of the shell; an anti-abrasion sleeve is arranged at the rope outlet and is in clamping fit with the rope outlet; the connecting rope is provided with an anti-collision block, the anti-collision block is positioned on the outer side of the shell, and the anti-collision block is arranged to play a role in anti-collision and prevent the connecting rope from colliding and being damaged with the shell when the connecting rope retracts into the shell; the rope outlet is provided with an anti-abrasion sleeve to prevent the connecting rope from being abraded with the rope outlet in the motion process.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1-9, a tool falling preventing device for high-altitude operation comprises a shell 4, a connecting piece 2 is arranged on the outer side of the shell 4, the connecting piece 2 and the shell 4 are detachably connected through a screw, a gap 3 is formed between the connecting piece 2 and the shell 4, a waistband penetrates through the gap 3 and is hung on the waistband, the surface of the shell 4 is arched outwards to form a plurality of reinforcing convex ribs 5, and the reinforcing convex ribs 5 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the shell 4. In more detail, a winding device 6 for winding the connecting rope 9 is arranged in the shell 4, and a rope outlet 7 is further formed in the shell 4. In more detail, the reset piece baffle 603 is provided with a second opening 613, the central shaft 602 penetrates out of the accommodating cavity 621 through the second opening 613, one end of the central shaft 602 is fixedly connected with the circular shaft seat 412, the other end of the central shaft 602 is inserted into the fixing shaft 411, the housing 4 comprises a first housing 401 and a second housing 402, the fixing shaft 411 is fixedly connected with the first housing 401, and the circular shaft seat 412 is fixedly connected with the second housing 402. One end of the central shaft 602 is fixedly connected with the first housing 401 through a fixed shaft 411; the other end is fixedly connected with the second housing 402 through a circular shaft seat 412.
In more detail, a first reinforcing ring 403 is arranged on one side of the first shell 401 facing the winding drum, and is used for improving the strength of the first shell 401; a plurality of first connecting bars 404 connected with the first shell 401 are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the first reinforcing ring 403; an annular pressing block 405 is further arranged on one side surface, facing the winding drum, of the first shell 401, and after the first shell 401 and the second shell 402 are connected, the first shell 401 abuts against one side of a reset piece baffle 603 to prevent the reset piece baffle 603 from axially shifting along the winding drum 601; a second reinforcing ring 406 is arranged on one side of the second shell 402 facing the winding drum and used for improving the strength of the second shell 402; a plurality of second connecting strips 407 connected with the second housing 402 are disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the second reinforcing ring.
In further detail, the reset piece baffle 603 is provided with a clamping groove 623, the second opening 613 is located at the bottom of the clamping groove 623, the fixing shaft 411 is surrounded by a circular clamping block 421, the periphery of the fixing shaft 411 at the bottom of the first shell 401 is protruded upwards to form a clamping block 421, and the clamping block 421 is in clamping association with the clamping groove 623. The connection mode of joint is simple, makes things convenient for the dismouting of a baffle 603 that resets and first casing 4.
In a detailed description, the outer sleeve of the circular shaft base 412 is provided with a connecting rope pressing plate 8, a notch 641 is formed in a connecting rope baffle 611 close to one side of the second shell 402, the winding drum 601 is provided with a plugging channel 651 used for being plugged with the circular shaft base 412, a groove is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the plugging channel 651, the first opening 631 is communicated with the plugging channel 651, one end of a connecting rope 9 is fixed to the outer side of the plugging channel 651 and located in the groove, and the connecting rope is prevented from being separated from the plugging channel.
In more detail, the connecting rope pressing plate 8 is square, and the connecting rope pressing plate 8 is provided with a through hole 81, a fastening hole 82 and a positioning hole 83; the through hole 81 is arranged in the middle of the connecting rope pressing plate 8 and is associated with the plugging channel 651; two fastening holes 82 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the through hole 81 and used for fixing the connecting rope baffle 611; the two positioning holes 83 are respectively arranged at one side of the two fastening holes.
In more detail, the winding drum 601 is provided with two mounting seats 612 for mounting the connecting rope pressing plate 8 on one side facing the connecting rope baffle 611, the two mounting seats 612 are cylindrical bosses and symmetrically arranged on one side of the winding drum 601, a threaded hole 6121 is arranged along the axis of the mounting seat 612, and a fastening screw passes through the fastening hole 82 to be connected with the threaded hole 6121, so that the fixing of the connecting rope pressing plate 8 is completed; two reinforcing ribs 614 are symmetrically arranged on the circumferential surface of the mounting seat 612, and the reinforcing ribs 614 are fixedly connected with the winding drum 603, so that the strength of the mounting seat 612 is increased. The reinforcing rib 614 is provided with a positioning column 615 for positioning the connecting rope pressing plate 8, the position of the positioning column 615 is opposite to the positioning hole 83, and the positioning column can be inserted into the positioning hole 83 to limit the connecting rope pressing plate 8.
One end of the connecting rope 9 is fixed on the outer side of the inserting channel 651, then the connecting rope penetrates into the connecting rope baffle 611 from the notch 641, and the connecting rope is wound on the surface of the winding drum 601 and finally penetrates out from the rope outlet 7. Two ends of the connecting rope 9 are provided with ferrules 901, one ferrule 901 is sleeved on the surface of the inserting channel 651, the other ferrule 901 is used for sheathing a tool, an anti-collision block 902 is further arranged on the side of the ferrule 901, the anti-collision block 902 has an anti-collision effect, and the anti-collision block 902 can be made of flexible materials. The connecting rope pressing plate 8 prevents the ferrule 901 sleeved on the surface of the plugging channel 651 from falling out.
The connection cord holding plate 8 prevents the end of the connection cord 9 that has passed out through the notch 641 from coming off.
