The invention provides an automatic inclinator installation positioner and its operation method, the apparatus includes: the device comprises a supporting plate (1), a supporting plate (2), a connecting plate (3), an adjusting screw (5), a step flange (6), a guide rod (7), a screw rod (8), a hand wheel (9), a caster (11) and a frame (13); the bottom of the frame (13) is provided with a caster (11), the top of the frame (13) is provided with a positioning hole for the screw rod (8) to pass through, and the positioning hole is provided with a hand wheel (9); the screw rod (8) is fixedly connected with the connecting plate (3), and the screw rod (8) axially moves to drive the connecting plate (3) to lift when the hand wheel (9) rotates; the top surface of the connecting plate (3) is connected with the supporting plate (2) through an adjusting screw (5); the top surface of the supporting plate (2) is provided with at least one supporting plate (1) for placing an automatic inclinator. Technical Field

Background
The automatic helicopter inclinator is assembled during assembly of a helicopter body, mainly combines manual carrying and hoisting operation, and is small in installation and operation space, low in working efficiency and high in labor intensity.

The invention provides an automatic inclinator installation positioner, including: the device comprises a supporting plate 1, a supporting plate 2, a connecting plate 3, an adjusting screw 5, a step flange 6, a guide rod 7, a screw rod 8, a hand wheel 9, a caster 11, a frame 13 and a jack 14;
the bottom of the frame 13 is provided with the caster 11 and the jack 14, the top of the frame 13 is provided with a positioning hole for the screw rod 8 to pass through, and the hand wheel 9 is arranged at the positioning hole;
one end of the screw rod 8 is in threaded connection with the hand wheel 9, the other end of the screw rod 8 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 3 through a step flange 6, and the screw rod 8 axially moves to drive the connecting plate 3 to lift when the hand wheel 9 rotates;
the top surface of the connecting plate 3 is connected with the supporting plate 2 through the adjusting screw 5;
the top surface of the supporting plate 2 is provided with at least one supporting plate 1 for placing an automatic inclinator.

The invention provides an automatic inclinator mounting and positioning device and a use method thereof, which have the advantages of accurate positioning, simple structure and convenient mounting, the replacement of the supporting block 2 and the supporting plate 3 can meet the mounting and adjusting requirements of automatic inclinators with different specifications, and the mounting process is safe and reliable, high in stability and convenient to adjust through experimental demonstration.

Detailed Description
The following explains the mounting and positioning device of the automatic recliner and the use method thereof in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides an automatic recliner mounting and positioning device including: the device comprises a supporting plate 1, a supporting plate 2, a connecting plate 3, a cylindrical pressing block 4, an adjusting screw 5, a step flange 6, a guide rod 7, a screw rod 8, a hand wheel 9, a hand wheel seat 10, a caster 11, a guide sleeve 12, a frame 13 and a jack 14;
wherein, the upper part of one end of the supporting plate 1 is provided with a non-metal supporting block of a gap matched with the automatic inclinator, and the lower part of the other end is provided with a backing plate which is connected by a bolt.
The upper part of the supporting plate 2 is welded with a lower backing plate of the supporting block 1 in a positioning manner, and the lower part of the supporting plate is welded with the excircle of the cylindrical pressing block 4 in a positioning manner.
The center of the connecting plate 3 is provided with three positioning holes, and the step flange 6 is arranged at the positioning holes
The connecting plate 3 is provided with a threaded hole which is in threaded connection with a middle screw rod of the adjusting screw 5.
The cylindrical pressing block 4 is provided with a threaded hole and an annular groove, a threaded ejector rod at the end part of the adjusting screw 5 penetrates through the threaded hole and the annular groove, and the cylindrical pressing block is connected through a threaded connection structure and screwed into an inner groove of the pressing block to ensure that the ejector rod is rotated and cannot be separated.
One end of the adjusting screw 5 is a hemispherical surface, the middle part is a screw rod, and the other end is a bolt head.
The step flange 6 is connected with the screw rod 8 at a positioning hole in the middle of the connecting plate 3 in a matching way, and the step flange 6 is connected with the guide rod 7 at positioning holes on two sides of the connecting plate 3 in a matching way.
One end of the guide rod 7 is matched and assembled with the inner hole of the step flange 6, and the other end of the guide rod is a polished rod cylinder.
One end of the screw rod 8 is matched and assembled with the inner hole of the step flange 6, and the other end of the screw rod is a threaded screw rod.
The middle of the hand wheel 9 is provided with a nut, the nut is connected with the screw rod 8 in a thread fit mode, the outer side of the hand wheel 9 is provided with a steel pipe bending circular ring, and the lower portion of the nut of the hand wheel 9 is provided with an annular groove which is matched with a notch groove of the hand wheel seat 10 in an embedding mode.
The hand wheel seat 10 is a stepped cylindrical sleeve, and a half-edge notch is formed in the upper step and matched with an annular groove in the lower portion of a nut of the hand wheel 9. The middle hole is in clearance fit with the excircle of the screw rod 8.
The caster 11 is arranged at the bottom of the frame 13 and is fixedly mounted with the frame 9 through bolts.
The guide sleeve 12 is a bilateral symmetry piece, is welded at the mounting plate mounting hole at the upper part of the frame 13, and penetrates through the guide rod 7 to play a guiding role.
The frame 13 is welded by steel pipes to form a frame, the upper seat plate is provided with a mounting hole, the guide sleeve 12 and the hand wheel seat 10 are correspondingly mounted, the parallel requirements of the inner hole of the guide sleeve 12 and the inner hole of the hand wheel seat 10 are met by adopting welding connection, and the jacks 14 are mounted on four sides of the frame 13 and are welded and fixed.
Further, the lifting of the screw rod 8 is realized by adjusting the hand wheel 9; and the positioning round table of the guide rod 7 guides in the lifting process of the screw rod 8.
The caster 11 and the frame 9 are fixed by bolts, and the jack 14 is connected with the frame 13 by welding. The guide sleeve 12 is a step excircle, and a cylindrical through hole is arranged inside the guide sleeve.
The automatic inclinator mounting and positioning device is accurate in positioning, simple in structure and convenient to mount, the mounting and adjusting requirements of automatic inclinators of different specifications can be met by replacing the support block 2 and the support plate 3, and the mounting process is safe and reliable, high in stability and convenient to adjust through experimental demonstration.
The use method of the automatic inclinator installation positioner provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
step one, a screw rod of a mounting device is lowered to the lowest position, and an automatic inclinator is placed on the upper portion of a supporting plate 1;
secondly, moving the frame through the trundles 11, enabling the upper part of the automatic inclinator to correspond to the center of the mounting position, and then jacking up the automatic inclinator by using the jack 14 to fix the position;
thirdly, the hand wheel 9 is rotated and lifted greatly, and the automatic inclinator is lifted to a preset position through the expansion of the screw rod 8 and the guide of the guide rod;
fine adjustment is carried out on four adjusting screws 5 at the positions of threaded holes in the connecting plate 3 so as to position the space posture of the automatic inclinator;
and fifthly, after the positioning and mounting work of the automatic inclinator is finished, loosening along the opposite step, taking out the positioning device, and putting each part back to the initial position.

1. An automatic recliner mounting and positioning device, comprising: the device comprises a supporting plate (1), a supporting plate (2), a connecting plate (3), an adjusting screw (5), a step flange (6), a guide rod (7), a screw rod (8), a hand wheel (9), a caster (11) and a frame (13);
the bottom of the frame (13) is provided with the caster (11), the top of the frame (13) is provided with a positioning hole for the screw rod (8) to pass through, and the positioning hole is provided with the hand wheel (9);
one end of the screw rod (8) is in threaded connection with the hand wheel (9), the other end of the screw rod (8) is fixedly connected with the connecting plate (3) through a step flange (6), and the screw rod (8) axially moves to drive the connecting plate (3) to lift when the hand wheel (9) rotates;
the top surface of the connecting plate (3) is connected with the supporting plate (2) through the adjusting screw (5);
the top surface of the supporting plate (2) is provided with at least one supporting plate (1) for placing an automatic inclinator.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: a cylindrical briquette (4);
the lower backing plate of each supporting block (1) is welded on the top surface of the supporting plate (2),
the bottom surface of the supporting plate (2) is welded with the cylindrical pressing block (4), and a threaded hole and an annular groove are formed in the cylindrical pressing block (4); the threaded mandril at the end part of the adjusting screw (5) is screwed into the annular groove through the threaded hole and can rotate in the annular groove;
the adjusting screw (5) is in threaded connection with the connecting plate (3).
3. The apparatus of claim 2, further comprising: two guide rods (7);
the top of the frame (13) and the connecting plate (3) are also provided with guide holes for the guide rods (7) to pass through; the two guide holes and the hole centers of the positioning holes are on the same straight line;
the two guide rods (7) are respectively and fixedly connected with the connecting plate (3) through a step flange (6); the two guide rods (7) are polished rods.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, further comprising: two guide sleeves (12);
the two guide sleeves (12) are welded at two guide holes at the top of the frame (13), and the two guide rods (7) are respectively penetrated through the two guide sleeves (12) and slide in the two guide sleeves (12).
5. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the hand wheel (9) comprises a nut, a connecting rod and a ring arranged in the middle; the nut is connected with the circular ring through at least one connecting rod;

the lower part of the nut of the hand wheel (9) is provided with an annular groove;
