The invention relates to a hook-shaped pressing device with controllable pressure, which comprises a pressing hook, a spring assembly, a lock sleeve and a lock pin, wherein the pressing hook is arranged on the spring assembly; the front part of the pressure hook is of a hook-shaped structure and is used for pressing a workpiece from the front side; the rear part of the pressure hook is a polished rod, a first lock hole is formed in the polished rod, the lock sleeve is sleeved on the polished rod, a second lock hole is formed in the lock sleeve, and the lock pin penetrates through the first lock hole and the second lock hole to lock the lock sleeve and the polished rod into a whole; the spring assembly comprises a plurality of springs, and each spring can be sleeved on the polished rod; one end of a spring sleeved on the polished rod is propped against the lock sleeve for limiting, and the other end of the spring is pressed against the workpiece from the back. When the positioning and pressing device is used for positioning and pressing a product, the operation is simple and convenient, the pressing operation can be completed by lifting and placing the product, and springs with corresponding specifications can be selected through calculation to achieve the control of pressing force, so that the pressing force requirement of the product is met, and the product is accurately positioned and pressed.
