The invention discloses an assembly and gas protection device for welding a thin-walled pipe and a header angle, which comprises a main pipe and a plug arranged in one end of the main pipe; the main pipe is sleeved with two bent limiting blocks, the limiting blocks are respectively provided with a fastening bolt, the main pipe between the two limiting blocks is connected with more than one branch pipe, the branch pipes are respectively provided with a blind hole communicated with the main pipe, the outer circles of the branch pipes are respectively provided with an annular groove, each annular groove is internally provided with an elastic ring, a plurality of radial air holes are respectively arranged in the branch pipes at the inner side of the elastic ring, and the outer circles of the branch pipes at the inner sides of all the air holes are respectively provided with a conical section; the invention has the advantages of small using workload, high assembly efficiency and accurate assembly, avoids the influence of misalignment and inner wall weld oxidation on the weld quality and the fatigue life, and can save argon gas.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an assembly and gas protection device for welding a thin-walled pipe and a header angle.
Background
In the field of photo-thermal heat absorbers, a large number of structures for welding the two ends of the thin-walled tube with the corner of the header exist, the working conditions of the welding seams are severe, and the requirements on fatigue performance, corrosion resistance, strength and the like are high. During manufacturing of the welding line, the assembly completely depends on manual comparison, workers think that the welding line is aligned by experience and then spot welding is carried out, manual tungsten electrode argon arc welding is adopted for spot welding and subsequent welding, argon is introduced into the header in the welding process, in order to achieve a good protection effect, pipe holes of all headers need to be sealed, the workload is large, the efficiency is low, the argon is introduced into the header, the gas protection effect is poor for welding of austenite materials, the welding line on the inner wall is always oxidized to a certain degree, the strength and the corrosion resistance of the welding line are reduced, a large amount of argon needs to be continuously introduced, and a large argon waste phenomenon exists; in addition, the alignment work is time-consuming, the assembly efficiency is low, and certain misalignment often exists, so that the welding quality is affected, and the fatigue life of a welding seam is shortened.

The invention aims to provide an assembly and gas protection device for welding a thin-walled tube and a header angle, aiming at the defects of the prior art, and the assembly and gas protection device has the advantages of small using workload, high assembly efficiency and accurate assembly, not only avoids the influence of misalignment and inner wall weld joint oxidation on the weld joint quality and the fatigue life, but also can save argon.
In order to achieve the aim, the thin-wall pipe and header angle welding assembly and gas protection device comprises a main pipe and a plug arranged in one end of the main pipe; the method is characterized in that: the main pipe is sleeved with two bent limiting blocks, the limiting blocks are respectively provided with a fastening bolt, the main pipe between the two limiting blocks is connected with more than one branch pipe, the branch pipes are respectively provided with a blind hole communicated with the main pipe, the outer circles of the branch pipes are respectively provided with an annular groove, each annular groove is internally provided with an elastic ring, a plurality of radial air holes are respectively arranged in the branch pipes at the inner side of the elastic ring, and the outer circles of the branch pipes at the inner sides of all the air holes are respectively provided with a conical section;
when the device is used, the branch pipe penetrates into a pipe hole of the header, the whole device is fixed on the header by virtue of a fastening bolt and a limiting block, then the thin-walled pipe is sleeved on the branch pipe, the assembly and alignment are realized by virtue of the centering action of the conical section and the elastic ring, then argon is introduced into one end of the main pipe, and protective gas is directly sent to the back of a welding seam for welding; the device only needs to seal one end of the main pipe through the plug, does not need to seal the pipe holes of all the headers, and realizes assembly alignment by virtue of the centering action of the conical section and the elastic ring, so that the device not only has the advantages of small using workload, high assembly efficiency and accurate assembly, but also avoids misalignment, and in addition, protective gas is directly sent to the back of a welding seam, thereby preventing the welding seam quality and fatigue life from being influenced by the oxidation of the welding seam on the inner wall, and saving argon;
as a further improvement of the invention, more than one connecting pipe is fixedly connected to the main pipe, and the branch pipes are connected with the connecting pipes through threads; the replacement of the branch pipe is convenient, and the device is suitable for thin-wall pipes with different inner diameters;
as a further improvement of the invention, the elastic ring is bonded in the ring groove and is a high-temperature resistant elastic ring; the elastic ring can be prevented from falling off, and can bear high temperature in a short time without changing the performance, so that the service life is prolonged;
in conclusion, the invention has the advantages of small using workload, high assembly efficiency and accurate assembly, avoids the influence of misalignment and inner wall weld joint oxidation on the weld joint quality and the fatigue life, and can save argon gas.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the assembling and gas protecting device for welding the thin-walled tube and the header angle of the embodiment includes a main tube 1, and a plug 3 disposed in one end of the main tube by a thread; the main pipe 1 is sleeved with two bent limiting blocks 4, the limiting blocks 4 are respectively provided with a fastening bolt 5 through threads, the main pipe 1 between the two limiting blocks 4 is fixedly connected with a connecting pipe 6, the connecting pipe 6 is connected with a branch pipe 2 through threads, the branch pipe 2 is provided with a blind hole communicated with the main pipe 1, the outer circle of the branch pipe 2 is provided with an annular groove, high-temperature resistant elastic rings 7 are respectively arranged in the annular groove through bonding, a plurality of radial air holes 8 are respectively arranged in the branch pipe 2 at the inner sides of the high-temperature resistant elastic rings 7, and the outer circles of the branch pipes at the inner sides of all the air holes 8 are respectively;
when the device is used, the main pipe 1 penetrates through an inner hole of the header 10, the branch pipes 2 penetrate into pipe holes of the header 10, the main pipe 1 and the branch pipes 2 are lifted by turning the two fastening bolts 5 until the conical sections 9 are clamped into the pipe holes of the header 10, the extension length of the branch pipes 2 is controlled, the accurate positioning of the device is realized, the whole device is fixed on the header 10, then the thin-walled pipes 11 are sleeved on the branch pipes 2, the assembly and alignment are realized by centering action of the conical sections 9 and the high-temperature resistant elastic rings 7, then argon is introduced into one end of the main pipe 1, and protective gas is directly sent to the back of welding seams of the thin-walled pipes 11 for welding; the device only needs to seal one end of the main pipe through the plug 3, does not need to seal the pipe holes of all the header boxes 10, and realizes assembly alignment by centering of the conical section 9 and the high-temperature resistant elastic ring 7, so that the device not only has the advantages of small use workload, high assembly efficiency and accurate assembly, but also avoids edge dislocation, and in addition, protective gas is directly sent to the back of a welding seam, thereby preventing the welding seam quality such as the welding seam strength and the corrosion resistance and the like from being influenced by the oxidation of the welding seam on the inner wall, and only argon is introduced into the welded thin-walled pipe 11, the conical section 9 and the high-temperature resistant elastic ring 7 can block the argon, reduce the leakage and save the argon; the branch pipes 2 connected through threads are convenient to replace and are suitable for thin-wall pipes 11 with different inner diameters; the high-temperature resistant elastic ring 7 can bear high temperature in a short time without changing the performance, and the service life is prolonged;
the invention is not limited to the above embodiment, for example, a plurality of connecting pipes 6 and branch pipes 2 can be provided, and a plurality of thin-wall pipes can be welded at the same time; the plug can also adopt other structures such as an expansion plug and the like.
