The invention has the following beneficial effects:

(2) according to the invention, the solder replenishing device capable of being adjusted and rotated up and down is arranged above the bearing plate, so that a welder can conveniently operate a welding gun by one hand and weld a circuit board by operating the solder replenishing device by the other hand, and the welding efficiency is improved.
(3) According to the invention, the smoke cleaning plate is arranged above the solder supplementing device, the magnifying glass clamped on the smoke cleaning plate is used for ensuring the accuracy of the operation during welding, and meanwhile, the smoke suction pipe on the smoke cleaning plate is used for sucking away smoke generated during welding, so that the quality of a welding working environment is improved, and the smoke is prevented from influencing the health of a welder.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

the upper surface of the base 1 is provided with a fixed rod 101; the bearing plate 2, the solder supplementing device 3 and the smoke cleaning plate 4 are sequentially arranged on the fixed rod 101 from bottom to top;
the bearing plate 2 is of a hollow structure; a left clamping plate 6, a right clamping plate 7 and a lower clamping plate 8 are movably arranged in the bearing plate 2; a limiting column 201 and a movable gear 202 are fixedly installed inside the bearing plate 2, the limiting column 201 and the movable gear 202 are both located on the central line of the bearing plate 2, the limiting column 201 is fixed, and the movable gear 202 can rotate;
one end of the left splint 6 is provided with a left limiting plate 601; the other end of the left clamping plate 6 is respectively provided with an upper toothed plate 602 and a lower supporting plate 603; one end of the right clamping plate 7 is provided with a right limiting plate 701; the other end of the right clamping plate 7 is respectively provided with a lower toothed plate 702 and an upper supporting plate 703; the left limiting plate 601 and the right limiting plate 701 play a role in clamping the circuit board;

the smoke removing plate 4 is a U-shaped plate; a magnifier 401 is movably arranged in the U-shaped plate 4; the smoke cleaning plate 4 is provided with four smoke absorbing pipes 402.
Wherein, a screw hole 102 is arranged on the fixed rod 101; the screw hole 102 is positioned between the base 1 and the bearing plate 2; a screw rod 5 is arranged in the screw hole 102; one end of the screw 5 is fixed on the lower limiting plate 801; the other end of the screw 5 is provided with a handle 501, and the handle 501 is rotated to rotate the screw 5 to control the front and back movement of the lower clamping plate 8.

Wherein, a smoke exhaust fan is installed in the smoke exhaust pipe 402; the upper end of the smoke suction pipe 402 is connected with a suction fan through a pipeline.

clamping the circuit board:
place the circuit board on the bearing board, rotate the handle and make the screw rod drive the lower plate and move down, because the last waist type downthehole side of lower plate is provided with the rack, so the lower plate can drive the loose gear rotation of meshing at the in-process that moves down, and loose gear's rotation can drive left splint and the inboard synchronous movement of right splint, until the circuit board enters into between left splint, right splint and the lower plate to enter the clamping state, this is that the welder can carry out welding operation to the circuit board.
Welding the circuit board:
a solder supplementing device capable of being adjusted and rotated up and down is arranged above the supporting plate, so that a welder can conveniently operate a welding gun by one hand, and the circuit board is welded by operating the solder supplementing device by the other hand.
Disassembling the circuit board:
