a working cavity (9) is arranged below the derusting groove (2) in the derusting cleaning box (1), a water pump (10) and a vacuum pump (11) are arranged in the working cavity (9), the vacuumizing tube (4) is communicated with the air exhaust end of the vacuum pump (11), and the water inlet tube (5) is communicated with the water outlet end of the water pump (10);

The reduced-pressure boiling type rust removing and cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the outer wall of the derusting cleaning box (1) is transversely provided with a brush wheel (15), the brush wheel (15) comprises a rotating shaft (16), a rotating disc (17) and bristles (18), one end of the rotating shaft (16) is coaxially connected with a motor in the derusting cleaning box (1), the other end of the rotating shaft is coaxially connected with one side of the rotating disc (17), and the bristles (18) are arranged on the other side of the rotating disc (17).

The reduced-pressure boiling type rust removing and cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the upper side of the derusting cleaning box (1) is rotatably connected with a cover plate (19) used for sealing the derusting groove (2), a sealing gasket (20) is arranged on the lower plate surface of the cover plate (19), and a pulling handle (21) is arranged on the upper plate surface of the cover plate (19).

10. A rust removing and cleaning method for the reduced pressure boiling type rust removing and cleaning apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, placing an object to be derusted in the derusting tank (2), and then adding a deruster and cleaning water into the derusting tank (2);
s2, heating the cleaning water in the derusting tank (2) by using a heating device (7);
s3, vacuumizing the derusting groove (2) by using a vacuum pump (11) so as to form negative pressure in the derusting groove (2);
s4, returning air to the derusting tank (2) by using the air return pipe (3) to enable the interior of the derusting tank (2) to be restored to a normal pressure state;
s5, repeating the steps S3 and S4 for a plurality of times;
and S6, discharging the cleaning water after the rust removal by using a drain pipe (8), and then injecting the cleaning water again to rinse the object to be derusted in the rust removal groove (2).
