s1, enabling textile cloth to sequentially contact the surfaces of the first guide mechanism (20), the second guide mechanism (21), the third guide mechanism (22) and the heat conducting plate (11) by enabling the textile to enter from the feed inlet (2) of the frame (1) and penetrate through the discharge outlet (3) of the frame (1);
s2, rotating the heat conducting plate (11) to set a proper temperature according to the temperature which the textile can bear;
s3, supplying hot water to the hot water supply port (6) through the external water tank, transmitting heat to the heat conducting plate (11) above by using the heating water pipe (5), conducting heat on the surface of the textile contacted above by using the heat conducting plate (11), spraying dye by using the steam sprayer (12) above, and repeatedly brushing by using the hairbrush (18) on the side edge to ensure that the spraying is more uniform;
s4, air-drying the fabric in an air dryer (19), and finally outputting the smooth fabric cloth through a discharge hole (3).
7. Use of a brushing device for a textile coating machine according to claim 6, characterized in that: when the heat-conducting plate (11) is heated in the step S3, the temperature condition is monitored in real time through the temperature detection sensor and compared with the preset temperature threshold, and the heating is stopped once the temperature is higher than the preset threshold.
