Claims (7)

1. A stirring, mixing and processing equipment for cement main materials is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a base (1), wherein a mounting frame (2) is arranged on one side of the base (1);
the number of the brackets (3) is three, and the brackets (3) are arranged on the mounting rack (2);
the feeding cylinder (4), the feeding cylinder (4) is installed on the bracket (3);
the stirring device (5) is arranged on the mounting rack (2) and is used for stirring the main materials;
and the blanking device (6) is arranged between the bracket (3) and the stirring device (5) and is used for intermittent blanking.
2. A plant for mixing and working a cementitious host material, as defined in claim 1, characterised in that the mixing means (5) comprises:

the first rotating shaft (52), the first rotating shaft (52) is installed on one of the output shafts of the double-shaft motor (51);
the L-shaped frame (53), the L-shaped frame (53) is installed on the mounting frame (2);
the second rotating shaft (54), the second rotating shaft (54) is rotatably installed on the L-shaped frame (53);
the first transmission assembly (55), the first transmission assembly (55) is installed between the second rotating shaft (54) and the first rotating shaft (52);
the stirring blade (56), the stirring blade (56) is installed on the second rotating shaft (54);
the stirring cylinder (57), the stirring cylinder (57) is installed on the mounting rack (2);
the groove frame (58), the groove frame (58) is installed on the installation frame (2);
and the discharge baffle (59) is slidably arranged on the trough frame (58) and is matched with the stirring cylinder (57).
3. A plant for mixing and processing main cement materials, according to claim 2, characterized in that said blanking device (6) comprises:
the groove rings (61), the groove rings (61) are arranged among the three brackets (3);
the number of the first arc-shaped sliding rods (62) is three, and the first arc-shaped sliding rods (62) are arranged on the groove ring (61) at intervals;
the blanking disc (63), the blanking disc (63) is installed among the three first arc-shaped sliding rods (62);
the number of the first arc-shaped springs (64) is three, and the first arc-shaped springs (64) are wound between one side of the blanking disc (63) and the first arc-shaped sliding rod (62);
the number of the lower material barrels (65) is three, and the lower material barrels (65) are arranged on the lower material tray (63);
the blanking cover (66), the blanking cover (66) is hinged on the blanking barrel (65);
the first contact block (67), the first contact block (67) is installed on the blanking disc (63);
the rotating ring (68), the rotating ring (68) is installed on the second rotating shaft (54);
the limiting plate (69), the limiting plate (69) is installed on the rotating ring (68);
the contact rod (610), the contact rod (610) is installed on the limit plate (69) in a sliding mode;

the material separating plate (73), the material separating plate (73) is installed between the three second arc-shaped sliding rods (71) in a sliding manner;
the number of the second arc springs (72) is three, and the second arc springs (72) are wound between one side of the material separating plate (73) and the second arc slide rod (71);

a third arcuate slide bar (75), the third arcuate slide bar (75) being mounted on the contact bar (610);

the discharging barrel (81), the discharging barrel (81) is arranged on the mounting rack (2);
the fixed block (82), the fixed block (82) is installed on the discharging barrel (81);
the third rotating shaft (83), the third rotating shaft (83) is installed on the fixed block (82) in a rotating mode;
the fourth rotating shaft (84), the fourth rotating shaft (84) is installed on another output shaft of the double-shaft motor (51);
the second transmission assembly (85), the second transmission assembly (85) is installed between the third rotating shaft (83) and the fourth rotating shaft (84);
and the eccentric round table (86), wherein the eccentric round table (86) is arranged on the third rotating shaft (83).
6. A main cement material mixing and processing apparatus as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a quantity adjusting device (9), wherein the quantity adjusting device (9) comprises:
the movable block (91), the movable block (91) is installed on the lower charging barrel (65) in a sliding manner;
the rack (92), the rack (92) is installed on the movable block (91);
the rotating handle (94), the rotating handle (94) is rotatably arranged on the lower charging barrel (65);
and the gear (93), the gear (93) is arranged on the rotating handle (94), and the gear is meshed with the rack (92).
7. A main cement material mixing and processing plant as in claim 6, characterized in that it also comprises a scraping device (10), said scraping device (10) comprising:
the fixed column (101), the fixed column (101) is installed on the second rotating shaft (54);
