An irrigation device for ophthalmology, characterized by: comprises an eyeshade (1), a plurality of cleaning rods (2) which are rotatably arranged are vertically arranged on the eyeshade (1) in a penetrating manner, a spray head (3) is arranged on each cleaning rod (2), each cleaning rod (2) comprises a group of rods (2.1) which are arranged inwards at the canthus and two groups of rods (2.2) which are arranged outwards at the canthus, the spray heads (3) of the group of rods (2.1) are arranged towards the direction of the outer canthus, the spray heads (3) of the two groups of rods (2.2) are arranged towards the direction of the inner canthus, a driving device (4) is arranged above the eyeshade (1), the driving device (4) comprises a motor (4.1), a driving gear (5.2) wheel (4.2), a transmission strip (4.3) and a driven gear (4.4), the driving gear (5.2) wheel (4.2) is fixed on a main shaft of the motor (4.1) and is driven by the motor (4.1), the driven gear (4.4) is arranged on the upper part of the cleaning rods (2) and rotates synchronously with the cleaning rods, the driving gear (5.2) wheel (4.2) is in matched transmission with the upper end of the transmission strip (4.3), the driven gear (4.4) is in matched transmission with the lower end of the transmission strip (4.3) through the transmission structure (5),
the motor (4.1) rotates forwards, the driving gear (5.2) and the wheel (4.2) drive the transmission strip (4.3) to move towards the inner canthus, the transmission strip (4.3) drives the spray heads (3) of the two groups of rods (2.2) to rotate towards the inner canthus through the transmission structure (5) and spray cleaning liquid, and meanwhile, the one group of rods (2.1) are separated from the transmission strip (4.3) through the transmission structure (5) so that the spray heads (3) of the one group of rods (2.1) keep still and spray cleaning liquid;
the motor (4.1) rotates reversely, the driving gear (5.2) wheel (4.2) drives the transmission bar (4.3) to move towards the external canthus direction, the transmission bar (4.3) drives the spray heads (3) of the group of rods (2.1) to rotate towards the external canthus and spray out cleaning liquid through the transmission structure (5), and meanwhile, the two groups of rods (2.2) are separated from the transmission bar (4.3) through the transmission structure (5) so that the spray heads (3) of the two groups of rods (2.2) can be kept still and spray out the cleaning liquid.

An irrigation device for ophthalmology according to claim 1, wherein: the transmission structure (5) comprises an elastic tooth (5.1) arranged on the driven gear (4.4) and a driving tooth (5.2) arranged on the transmission strip (4.3), the driving tooth (5.2) is a sharp tooth, the elastic tooth (5.1) comprises a first side wall (5.1.1) and a second side wall (5.1.2), the first side wall (5.1.1) is tangent to the outer wall of the driven gear (4.4), the second side wall (5.1.2) is arranged along the radial direction of the driven gear (4.4), one end of the first side wall (5.1.1) is connected with the driven gear (4.4), the other end of the first side wall (5.1.1) is connected with the outer end of the second side wall (5.1.2), and the inner end of the second side wall (5.1.2) is a free end;

when the transmission bar (4.3) moves towards the inner canthus, the driving teeth (5.2) are matched with the first side wall (5.1.1) of the driven gear (4.4) on the group of rods (2.1) and matched with the second side wall (5.1.2) of the driven gear (4.4) on the group of rods (2.2);
when the transmission bar (4.3) moves towards the inner canthus, the driving teeth (5.2) are matched with the second side walls (5.1.2) of the driven gears (4.4) on the group of rods (2.1) and matched with the first side walls (5.1.1) of the driven gears (4.4) on the group of rods (2.2).
