Abstract
A linear cutting anastomat with a pre-pressed tissue thickness feedback prompting function relates to the field of anastomats and comprises a nail bin seat assembly, a sleeve assembly and a gun body assembly, wherein the nail bin seat assembly is provided with a sensing device for sensing the opening angle of the nail bin seat assembly; the gun body assembly is provided with a display device for displaying data sensed by the sensing device; the anastomat is provided with a transmission device which penetrates through the sleeve assembly and is used for transmitting the data sensed by the sensing device to a display device. The invention can solve the problem that the linear cutting anastomat in the prior art is easy to select the specification of the nail bin by mistake in the operation due to lack of judgment prompt for judging whether the tissue thickness is proper or not, thereby causing tissue damage or anastomosis failure.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of anastomats, in particular to a linear cutting anastomat with a pre-squeezed tissue thickness feedback prompting function.
Background
With the increasing popularity of minimally invasive surgery, the use of linear cutting staplers has been quite frequent. The linear cutting anastomat comprises a nail bin seat assembly, a sleeve assembly and a gun body assembly.
The key using steps of the linear cutting anastomat are as follows: 1. selecting tissue to be anastomosed for cutting; 2. pre-pressing tissues, namely, giving tissue pressure to the same position to be cut by the anastomat in advance, pressing, and preparing to form staples, wherein the tissue thickness is the tissue thickness when the staples are fired; 3. when the anastomotic nail is fired, the anastomotic nail can form a B shape in tissues after being fired under an ideal state, and the anastomosis is finished.
The staple forming effect of the anastomotic staples is very important for realizing one of the functions of the anastomat, namely anastomosis. Each staple has a range of tissue thicknesses for which it is suitable. When the tissue thickness exceeds or is lower than the range in which the anastomosis nail can effectively work, the anastomosis nail is difficult to effectively lock the anastomosis opening, complications such as bleeding, liquid leakage, air leakage and the like easily occur, and in addition, the excessive tissue thickness also easily causes excessive squeezing pressure to cause tissue damage and even necrosis.
At present, most of clinical mainstream staples have 2-4 staple cartridge specifications, the lower limit of the applicable tissue thickness range is about 1-2.3mm, the upper limit is about 2-4mm, the span is about 0.7-1.7mm, and the selection of the staple cartridge completely depends on the visual inspection and experience of doctors. Under the complicated and tense operation environment, the doctor is easy to have errors in selecting the nail bin in the face of such small differences. The literature reports that the incidence rate of anastomotic leakage in colorectal surgery can reach 30 percent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a linear cutting anastomat with a pre-squeezed tissue thickness feedback prompting function, and solves the problem that tissue damage or anastomosis failure is caused by the fact that the specification of a nail bin is easily selected by mistake in an operation due to the fact that whether the tissue thickness is suitable or not is lacked in the linear cutting anastomat in the prior art.

Further, the nail bin seat assembly comprises a nail abutting seat and a nail box base, and the sensing device is used for sensing an included angle between the nail abutting seat and the nail box base.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the linear cutting anastomat can sense whether the tissue thickness is proper or not when the anastomat is pre-pressed through the indicator sensing module, and the display module can feed back to a user through the transmission device. The problem that a user is faced that the suitable tissue height range of the anastomosis nail is narrow, and the error of nail bin selection is easy to occur in a complex and tense surgical environment is solved. When the anastomotic stoma is actually used in an operation, a user can effectively lock the anastomotic stoma, and the risks of bleeding, liquid leakage, air leakage and other complications are reduced; the possibility of tissue damage and necrosis caused by excessive pressing pressure is reduced.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-8, the linear cutting anastomat with pre-pressing tissue thickness feedback prompting function comprises a nail bin holder assembly 1, a sleeve assembly 2 and a gun body assembly 3, wherein the nail bin holder assembly 1 is provided with a sensing device 4 for sensing the opening angle of the nail bin holder assembly 1; the gun body assembly 3 is provided with a display device 8 for displaying data sensed by the sensing device 4; the stapler is provided with a transmission device 6, which passes through the cannula assembly 2, for transmitting data sensed by the sensing device 4 to a display device 8.
The nail bin seat assembly 1 comprises a nail abutting seat 11 and a nail box base 12, and the sensing device 4 is used for sensing an included angle between the nail abutting seat 11 and the nail box base 12.
The sensing device 4 comprises a fixing sleeve 41 arranged on the opposite surface of the joint of the nail box base 12 and the nail propping seat 11, a cylindrical sensing block 42 connected with the fixing sleeve 41 in a sliding manner is arranged in the fixing sleeve 41, a limiting block 421 for preventing the sensing block 42 from slipping from the upper part of the fixing sleeve 41 is arranged at the bottom of the sensing block 42, and the top end of the sensing block 42 is in contact with the nail propping seat 11.

The display device 8 comprises a sliding block 85 which is arranged in the gun body component 3 and is in sliding connection with the gun body component, the left end of the sliding block 85 is connected with the right end of the joint head shell 32 through a pressure spring 83, the right end of the transmission wire 61 is fixedly connected with the sliding block 85, an indicating block 82 is fixedly arranged on the sliding block 85, an indicating scale mark 84 is arranged on the indicating block 82, and an observation window 81 matched with the indicating scale mark 84 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the indicating scale mark 84, of the shell of the gun body component 3.
The prompt information fed back by the anastomat is determined according to the following mode: the opening angle of the nail bin seat assembly 1 sensed by the sensing device 4 when the thickness of the pre-squeezed tissue is properly limited is calculated according to the size information of the nail bin seat assembly 1, the moving distance of the sensing block 42 is calculated according to the opening angle of the nail bin seat assembly 1, and feedback prompt information is marked on the indication scale mark 84 according to the moving distance of the sensing block 42 and the position relation between the indication scale mark 84 and the observation window 81.
The linear cutting anastomat can sense whether the tissue thickness is proper or not when the anastomat is pre-pressed through the indicator sensing module, and the display module can feed back to a user through the transmission device. The problem that a user is faced that the suitable tissue height range of the anastomosis nail is narrow, and the error of nail bin selection is easy to occur in a complex and tense surgical environment is solved. When the surgical anastomosis device is actually used in an operation, the anastomosis can be effectively locked, and complications such as bleeding, liquid leakage, air leakage and the like can be avoided; and tissue damage and necrosis caused by excessive pressing pressure can be avoided.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the display device 8 comprises an electronic display screen, and the mechanical displacement is converted into visual data information and displayed on the electronic display screen, so that the visual representation is more intuitive and visual.
