Abstract
The invention discloses an incision protector for surgery, which comprises an inner snap ring, an outer snap ring and a cylindrical film for connecting the inner snap ring and the outer snap ring, wherein a protective film is arranged at the top end of the outer snap ring, the protective film is provided with a closing assembly, an opening matched with the outer snap ring is formed in the middle of the protective film, the closing assembly comprises a limiting pipe arranged on the protective film, a tightening rope matched with the limiting pipe and a locking piece matched with the tightening rope, the supporting assembly comprises a clamping piece detachably arranged on the protective film, a clamping block arranged on the clamping piece and an elastic supporting ring, and the clamping block is provided with a clamping groove for the elastic supporting ring to be clamped in.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to an incision protector for surgery.
Background
In laparoscopic surgery, when a surgeon opens a surgical site on a patient, the incision is closed, usually due to tissue retraction. In the past, surgeons have used metal retractors or hooks to pull the incision open after the skin of the patient has been cut, thereby exposing the surgical field, but often too much retraction occurs to tear the wound or to an insufficient angle of exposure. Various incision protectors have been developed for clinical use, typically two annular ports and a sleeve-like membrane between them. At this stage, the incision protector is covered over the incision to open the incision, and the surgeon can perform an operation on the patient through the opening of the incision protector. The incision protector does not protect the skin around the incision.
Disclosure of Invention

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an incision protector for surgery comprises an inner clamping ring, an outer clamping ring and a cylindrical film for connecting the inner clamping ring and the outer clamping ring, wherein a protective film is arranged at the top end of the outer clamping ring, the protective film is provided with a closing assembly, an opening matched with the outer clamping ring is formed in the middle of the protective film, the closing assembly comprises a limiting pipe arranged on the protective film, a tightening rope matched with the limiting pipe and a locking piece matched with the tightening rope, the supporting assembly comprises a clamping piece detachably arranged on the protective film, a clamping block arranged on the clamping piece and an elastic supporting ring, and the clamping block is provided with a clamping groove for the elastic supporting ring to be clamped in; when a doctor performs an operation, the protective film can be laid on the periphery of the outer clamping ring, so that the skin around the incision of the patient can be isolated and protected, and the protective film can be quickly laid and unfolded through the elastic support ring; when the incision operation is not needed temporarily, the ends of the protective film can be tightened together and closed by pulling the tightening rope, so that the incision is isolated and protected.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-8, an incision protector for surgery comprises an inner snap ring 1, an outer snap ring 2, a cylindrical film 3 and a protective film 4, wherein the cylindrical film 3 is made of medical polymer material, one end of the cylindrical film is fixed on the end part of the inner snap ring, and the other end of the cylindrical film is fixed on the end part of the outer snap ring; the protection film 4 is made of medical high polymer materials, is circular, is provided with an opening in the middle, is circular, and is detachably connected to the end part of the outer clamping ring through the connecting assembly.
