Abstract

the neck protecting sleeve 5 is detachably connected to the lower side of the cap body 1, the neck protecting sleeve 5 is sleeved on the neck of a human body when the cap is worn, and the neck protecting sleeve 5 can be made into a cotton sleeve so as to prevent the neck from catching a cold in winter and can be detached to keep the neck cool in summer;

the heating resistance wire 6 is arranged on the neck protecting sleeve 5, and the distribution range of the heating resistance wire 6 surrounds the whole neck of the human body;
and the temperature sensing unit 9 is used for monitoring the ambient temperature, and the temperature sensing unit 9 is installed on the cap body 1 and is in electric signal connection with the main controller 7.
The neck heating control unit 10 is in electrical signal connection with the main controller 7, and when the temperature sensing unit 9 monitors low temperature and feeds back signals to the main controller 7, the neck heating control unit 10 is controlled by the main controller 7 to heat the heating resistance wires 6, so that a user is prevented from being frozen in winter.
In order to further protect the head of the human body, as shown in fig. 3-4, the safety helmet further comprises an inner supporting framework 13 made of carbon fiber, wherein the inner supporting framework 13 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the helmet body 1 and covers the head of the human body when being worn; for the convenience of manufacture, the internal supporting skeleton 13 comprises a head protection structure body 13b which forms a main body of the internal supporting skeleton and surrounds the lateral part of the head of a human body and is of a sleeve-shaped structure, and a top cover structure body 13a which forms a top of the internal supporting skeleton and is fixedly connected with the upper side of the head protection structure body 13b, wherein the head protection structure body 13b and the top cover structure body 13a are both attached and fixed on the inner wall of the cap body 1, and the head protection structure body 13b and the top cover structure body 13a are both made of carbon fibers and are integrally formed; an inner cushion 13c is attached and fixed to the inner surface of the head protective structure 13b, and the inner cushion 13c is provided as an elastic cushion layer and is in direct contact with the head of the human body.
In order to protect the human face and eyes, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a front cover 2 capable of blocking the human face is rotatably connected to the front side of the cap body 1, the front cover 2 is rotatable up and down, an observation mirror 3 is installed on the front cover 2, and the observation mirror 3 is directly opposite to the eyes when blocking the human face so that the eyes can observe the external situation through the observation mirror 3.

The cap body 1 itself has outer 1a, middle level 1b, inlayer 1c, and inlayer 1c can set up to conventional flexible buffer structure, and cap body 1 itself has certain barrier propterty to owing to set up the internal stay skeleton 13 of being made by the carbon fiber, light in weight and portable have still further increased barrier propterty, and internal stay skeleton 13 still is equipped with inside blotter 13c, can further cushion the impact force, through above-mentioned multilayer protection, can fully guarantee user's safety.

Claims (8)
1. A safety helmet comprises a helmet body (1) and a fastening belt (4) which is connected to the lower end of the front side of the helmet body (1), tied to a chin in use and capable of being tightened or loosened, and is characterized by further comprising:
the neck protecting sleeve (5) is connected to the lower side of the cap body (1), and the neck of a human body is sleeved by the neck protecting sleeve (5) when the cap is worn;
a main controller (7) installed in the cap body (1);
the battery (12) is arranged in the cap body (1) and used for supplying power to the main controller (7);
a neck heating control unit (10) installed in the cap body (1);
the heating resistance wire (6) is arranged on the neck protecting sleeve (5), and the distribution range of the heating resistance wire (6) surrounds the whole neck of the human body;
the temperature sensing unit (9) is arranged in the cap body (1) and used for monitoring the ambient temperature, and the temperature sensing unit (9) is arranged on the cap body (1) and is in electric signal connection with the main controller (7);
the neck heating control unit (10) is in electric signal connection with the main controller (7), and when the temperature sensing unit (9) monitors low temperature and feeds back signals to the main controller (7), the neck heating control unit (10) is controlled by the main controller (7) to enable the heating resistance wires (6) to heat.

A safety helmet according to claim 1, wherein: the novel helmet is characterized by further comprising an inner support framework (13) made of carbon fibers, wherein the inner support framework (13) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the helmet body (1) and covers the head of a human body when being worn.

A safety helmet according to claim 2, wherein: the internal support skeleton (13) comprises a head protection structure body (13b) which forms a main body of the internal support skeleton, surrounds the lateral part of the head of a human body and is of a sleeve-shaped structure, and a top cover structure body (13a) which forms the top of the internal support skeleton and is fixedly connected with the upper side of the head protection structure body (13b), the head protection structure body (13b) and the top cover structure body (13a) are both attached to and fixed on the inner wall of the cap body (1), and the head protection structure body (13b) and the top cover structure body (13a) are both made of carbon fibers and are integrally formed.
4. A safety helmet according to claim 3, wherein: an inner cushion pad (13c) is attached and fixed to the inner surface of the head protection structure body (13b), and the inner cushion pad (13c) is an elastic cushion layer and is in direct contact with the head of a human body.

A safety helmet according to claim 1, wherein: the front face side of the cap body (1) is rotatably connected with a front cover (2) capable of blocking the face of a human body, the front cover (2) can rotate up and down, an observation mirror (3) is installed on the front cover (2), and when the face of the human body is blocked, the observation mirror (3) is over against two eyes so that the two eyes can observe the external situation through the observation mirror (3).

A safety helmet according to claim 1, wherein: the cap body (1) is provided with a pressure sensing unit (8) and a wireless transmission module (11), the pressure sensing unit (8) and the wireless transmission module (11) are in electric signal connection with a main controller (7), when the cap body (1) is impacted, the main controller (7) receives sensing signals of the pressure sensing unit (8), and the processed signals are sent to a remote control center through the wireless transmission module (11).
