The voltage of the positive electrode P + of the cartridge before the N-type MOS transistor is not turned on is close to the voltage VDD of the battery BAT, and after the N-type MOS transistor is turned on, since the on-resistance of the N-type MOS transistor is much smaller than the atomizer resistance R1, approximately about 1/10 of the atomizer resistance R1, and the on-resistance of the N-type MOS transistor is close to the on-resistance of the P-type MOS transistor, after the N-type MOS transistor is turned on, the voltage of the positive electrode P + of the cartridge (i.e., the voltage input to the comparator through the positive driving electrode OUT of the cigarette rod) is close to half of the voltage VDD of the battery BAT, specifically depending on the ratio of the on-resistance of the N-type MOS transistor to the on-resistance of the P-type MOS transistor.
Therefore, when the reference voltage is selected, the reference voltage is smaller than the voltage difference of the battery voltage VDD minus the turn-on voltage between the source and the drain of the P-type MOS transistor as the second switching transistor, and the voltage difference is close to VDD because the turn-on voltage is smaller. And the voltage value is larger than the voltage value at the connection part of the drain electrode of the P-type MOS tube and the drain electrode of the N-type MOS tube after the battery voltage passes through the series connection of the conduction impedance between the source electrode and the drain electrode of the P-type MOS tube and the conduction impedance between the source electrode and the drain electrode of the N-type MOS tube of the first switching tube, and the voltage value is preferably VDD/2. In the invention, the battery voltage VDD is 4V, the reference voltage is selected to be VDD-1V which is 3V, so that 4V is larger than 3V obviously, and 2V is smaller than 3V obviously, and signals of high and low voltages can be effectively identified to enter the receiving end of the main control module through the comparator.
Preferably, the cartridge further comprises an internal power supply electrically connected to the positive electrode for supplying power to the control module MK. The internal power supply consists of a diode D1 and a capacitor C1, the positive electrode of the diode D1 is electrically connected with the positive electrode P + of the cartridge, and the negative electrode of the diode D1 is electrically connected with the capacitor C1 and then grounded. When the cigarette rod is correspondingly connected with the cigarette cartridge, the positive driving electrode OUT and the positive electrode P + in the cigarette rod send signals to the control module MK, the capacitor C1 is charged through the diode D1, the capacitor C1 stores electric quantity to supply power to the control module MK in the cigarette cartridge, and one end of the capacitor C1 is electrically connected with the power supply end MKC of the control module MK.
Through this internal power supply, when master control module sent the signal to control module, just can charge this internal power supply through the pulse of sending the signal for supply capacitor C1 supplies power to control module after being charged, therefore the cigarette bullet is inside can not need extra power supply completely, but utilizes communication signal to realize supplying power and information transmission's sharing. Therefore, the main control module can also send a group of pulse signals to the control module to charge the internal power supply, and then send the signals to verify the key.
The key verification here is mainly the identification verification of the key between the controller and the control module of the cigarette rod. Preferably, if the verification is valid and the verification feedback is completed, the first switch tube is normally opened, so that the power supply heating of the atomizer is not affected. If the authentication key is invalid, the second switch tube is normally opened, so that the battery cannot supply power to the cigarette cartridge.
Preferably, for example, the master control module ZK of the cigarette rod reads the key stored therein from the control module MK, and if the key is a key that is normally valid, the master control module ZK identifies the cartridge as a legitimate product. Otherwise, if the key cannot be read, or the read key is an expired key or a repeated key or an incorrect key, the key belongs to an invalid key, the main control module ZK identifies that the cartridge is a counterfeit cartridge, and correspondingly takes control actions, such as controlling to disable the cartridge from being powered on for use, disabling the atomizer therein from being powered on for heating, and the like.
It can also be seen that, in order to implement the key authentication, a signal transmission channel is further established between the control module MK and the main control module ZK after the positive electrode P + of the cartridge is connected to the positive driving electrode OUT of the tobacco rod, that is, an electrical connection channel formed by connecting the positive electrode of the cartridge and the positive driving electrode of the tobacco rod has the function of a signal transmission channel required for key information interaction.
The electrical connection channel formed by connecting the positive electrode P + of the cartridge and the positive driving electrode OUT of the cigarette rod can also be used as a connection channel of an internal power supply of the cartridge, so that the connection interface between the cartridge and the cigarette rod is reused in order to save the electrical connection interface.
The multiplexing belongs to time-sharing multiplexing, namely different functions are realized by using the same interface in different time periods, specifically, by using the interface, after the cigarette rod and the cigarette bullet are connected, firstly, signal transmission is carried out for carrying out key verification, an internal power supply is charged for a short time, and power is supplied to the control module MK. After the verification is valid, the power supply connection is carried out through the interface, and the internal power supply is continuously charged. If the verification is invalid, power cannot be supplied through the interface. Therefore, the interface channel can be used for a signal transmission connection interface of key information and a power supply connection interface, so that the number of interfaces can be saved, the electrical connection mode of the cigarette cartridge and the cigarette rod does not need to be changed, and the purpose of safety and anti-counterfeiting can be realized only by replacing circuits in the cigarette rod and the cigarette cartridge, so that the cost is reduced, and the electronic cigarette is compatible with the existing electronic cigarette product.
Further, based on the same concept and in combination with the foregoing, the present invention further provides a tobacco rod for an electronic cigarette, as shown in fig. 4, the tobacco rod includes a battery BAT, a positive driving electrode OUT, a negative driving electrode GND and a main control module ZK, a second switching tube K2 is disposed between the positive electrode of the battery BAT and the positive driving electrode OUT, the second switching tube K2 is controlled by a transmitting terminal ZKU of the main control module ZK, a receiving terminal ZKI of the main control module ZK is electrically connected to the positive driving electrode OUT, a ground terminal ZKD is electrically connected to the negative driving electrode GND, a power terminal ZKC of the main control module ZK is electrically connected to the positive electrode of the battery BAT, and the negative electrode of the battery is electrically connected to the negative driving electrode GND.
When the main control module ZK sends a verification signal to the outside of the cigarette rod for key verification, the sending end ZKU of the main control module ZK sends a verification signal, the verification signal controls the second switch K2 tube to be switched on or off, and the verification signal is transmitted to the outside of the cigarette rod through the positive driving electrode OUT; when receiving the feedback signal, the second switch tube K2 is turned on, the receiving end ZKI of the main control module ZK receives the feedback signal from the outside of the tobacco rod through the positive driving electrode OUT, and after receiving, the main control module ZK completes verification feedback.
Referring to fig. 5, the second switching tube K2 in the smoke rod is a P-type MOS tube, a gate of the P-type MOS tube is electrically connected to the transmitting end ZKU of the main control module ZK, a source of the P-type MOS tube is electrically connected to the positive electrode of the battery BAT, and a drain of the P-type MOS tube is electrically connected to the positive driving electrode OUT of the smoke rod.
Preferably, a comparator is further disposed between the receiving terminal of the main control module ZK in the tobacco rod and the positive driving electrode OUT of the tobacco rod, an output terminal of the comparator is electrically connected to the receiving terminal ZKI of the main control module ZK, one input terminal of the comparator inputs a reference voltage, for example, the reference voltage is lower than the battery voltage VDD, and the other input terminal of the comparator is electrically connected to the positive driving electrode OUT of the tobacco rod.
The comparator is arranged for identifying a signal sent by a sending end MKU of the control module MK in the cartridge, so that voltage signals representing 0 and 1 can be effectively distinguished. This is because, when the control module MK in the cartridge sends a signal, the second switching tube is turned on, when the first switching tube is controlled by the signal sent by the sending end MKU, and when the first switching tube is controlled to be turned off, the voltage of the positive driving electrode OUT of the cigarette rod approaches the battery voltage, that is, the voltage is equal to the battery voltage minus the conduction voltage between the source and the drain of the second switching tube, and the conduction voltage is small, so the voltage of the positive driving electrode OUT at this time approaches the battery voltage; when the first switch tube is controlled to be conducted, the voltage of the positive driving electrode OUT of the smoke rod is the divided voltage of the battery voltage at the conduction impedance of the first switch tube, namely the second switch tube and the first switch tube are equivalently connected in series at the moment, further, the conduction impedance of the first switch tube is generally equal to or close to the conduction impedance of the second switch tube, and therefore the voltage of the positive driving electrode OUT is close to one half of the battery voltage at the moment. The reference voltage is therefore preferably set between the battery voltage and half the battery voltage, whereby the two voltages can be clearly distinguished.
Further, based on the same concept and in combination with the foregoing. The invention also provides a cartridge for the electronic cigarette, which comprises an atomizer WHQ, a positive electrode P +, a negative electrode P-and a control module MK, wherein two power supply ends of the atomizer WHQ are electrically connected with the positive electrode P + and the negative electrode P-of the cartridge, a first switch tube K1 is further arranged between the positive electrode P + and the negative electrode P-of the cartridge, a receiving end MKI of the control module MK is electrically connected with the positive electrode P + of the cartridge, and a transmitting end MKU of the control module MK controls the first switch tube K1 to be switched on or switched off.
When the control module MK receives a verification signal from the outside of the smoke bomb for key verification, the first switch tube K1 is disconnected, the positive electrode P + receives the verification signal from the outside of the smoke bomb, and after the verification signal is received by a receiving end MKI of the control module MK, the control module MK performs key verification; and after the verification is valid, the sending end MKU of the control module MK sends a feedback signal, the feedback signal controls the first switch tube K1 to be switched on or switched off, and the feedback signal is sent to the outside of the cartridge through the positive electrode P +.
Preferably, referring to fig. 7, the first switch K1 in the cartridge is an N-type MOS transistor, a gate of the N-type MOS transistor is electrically connected to the transmitting end MKU of the control module MK, a source of the N-type MOS transistor is electrically connected to the negative electrode P of the cartridge, and a drain of the N-type MOS transistor is electrically connected to the positive electrode P +.
Preferably, an amplifier is arranged between the positive electrode P + of the cartridge and the receiving end MKI of the control module MK, so that a signal is transmitted to the control module MK after amplification for key verification, and key verification can be performed better.
Preferably, the cartridge further comprises an internal power supply electrically connected to the positive electrode P + for supplying power to the control module MK. The internal power supply consists of a diode D1 and a capacitor C1, the positive electrode of the diode D1 is electrically connected with the positive electrode P + of the cartridge, and the negative electrode of the diode D1 is electrically connected with the capacitor C1 and then grounded. When the cigarette rod is correspondingly connected with the cigarette cartridge, the positive driving electrode OUT and the positive electrode P + in the cigarette rod send signals to the control module MK, the capacitor C1 is charged through the diode D1, the capacitor C1 stores electric quantity to supply power to the control module MK in the cigarette cartridge, and one end of the capacitor C1 is electrically connected with the power supply end MKC of the control module MK.

When the control chip MK receives a verification signal, the first switch tube K1 is disconnected, a signal pin I/O receives the verification signal from the outside and then inputs the verification signal to the control module MK through a receiving end MKI, after the key control chip carries out key verification, a sending end MKU of the control module MK sends a feedback signal, and the feedback signal controls the first switch tube K1 to be connected or disconnected and sends the feedback signal to the outside through the signal pin I/O.
Preferably, the first switch tube K1 is an N-type MOS tube, a gate of the N-type MOS tube is electrically connected to the transmitting end MKU of the control module MK, a source of the N-type MOS tube is electrically connected to the ground pin GND, and a drain of the N-type MOS tube is electrically connected to the signal pin I/O.
Preferably, an internal power supply electrically connected to the signal pin I/O is further included to supply power to the control module MK. The internal power supply consists of a diode D1 and a capacitor C1, the positive electrode of the diode D1 is electrically connected with the positive electrode P + of the cartridge, and the negative electrode of the diode D1 is electrically connected with the capacitor C1 and then grounded. When the cigarette rod is correspondingly connected with the cigarette cartridge, the positive driving electrode OUT and the positive electrode P + in the cigarette rod send signals to the control module MK, the capacitor C1 is charged through the diode D1, the capacitor C1 stores electric quantity to supply power to the control module MK in the cigarette cartridge, and one end of the capacitor C1 is electrically connected with the power supply end MKC of the control module MK.
Preferably, the internal power source may also be a battery, which directly supplies power to the control module MK.
The key control chip X integrates the control module MK, the first switch tube K1 and the internal power supply in the same chip, so that the key control chip X is used as a whole, can be applied to the cartridges of electronic cigarettes and other scenes needing key verification, and improves the application range of the chip.

Counterfeit and shoddy smoke cartridges are prevented through key verification, the structure is simple, and the electronic cigarette is compatible with the existing electronic cigarette.

1. An electronic cigarette comprises a cigarette rod and a cigarette cartridge, and is characterized in that the cigarette rod comprises a battery, a positive driving electrode, a negative driving electrode and a main control module, a second switch tube is arranged between the positive electrode of the battery and the positive driving electrode, the on-off of the second switch tube is controlled by the sending end of the main control module, the receiving end of the main control module is electrically connected with the positive driving electrode, the grounding end of the main control module is electrically connected with the negative driving electrode, and the negative electrode of the battery is electrically connected with the negative driving electrode;
the smoke cartridge comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a control module, a first switch tube is further arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the smoke cartridge, a receiving end of the control module is electrically connected with the positive electrode of the smoke cartridge, and a sending end of the control module controls the first switch tube to be connected or disconnected;
when the tobacco rod is correspondingly connected with the cigarette cartridge for use, the positive driving electrode and the negative driving electrode of the tobacco rod are correspondingly and respectively electrically connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the cigarette cartridge;
after the cigarette rod is correspondingly connected with the cigarette cartridge, the first switch tube is disconnected, the sending end of the main control module sends out a verification signal, the verification signal controls the second switch tube to be switched on or off, the verification signal is transmitted to the control module through the positive driving electrode and the positive electrode, and after the verification signal is received by the receiving end of the control module, the control module carries out key verification; after the verification is effective, the control module carries out verification feedback on the main control module, the second switch tube is connected, the sending end of the control module sends a feedback signal, the feedback signal controls the first switch tube to be connected or disconnected, the feedback signal is transmitted to the main control module through the positive electrode and the positive driving electrode, and the verification feedback is completed after the feedback signal is received by the receiving end of the main control module.
2. The electronic cigarette of claim 1, wherein the second switch tube in the cigarette rod is a P-type MOS tube or an N-type MOS tube.
3. The electronic cigarette of claim 2, wherein the first switch in the cartridge is an N-type MOS transistor or a P-type MOS transistor.
4. The electronic cigarette according to claim 3, wherein a comparator is further disposed between the receiving end of the main control module in the cigarette rod and the positive driving electrode of the cigarette rod, an output end of the comparator is electrically connected to the receiving end of the main control module, one input end of the comparator inputs a reference voltage, and the other input end of the comparator is electrically connected to the positive driving electrode of the cigarette rod.
5. The electronic cigarette of any of claims 1-4, further comprising an internal power source electrically connected to the positive electrode in the cartridge for providing power to the control module.
6. A tobacco rod for an electronic cigarette is characterized by comprising a battery, a positive driving electrode, a negative driving electrode and a main control module, wherein a second switch tube is arranged between the positive electrode of the battery and the positive driving electrode, the on-off of the second switch tube is controlled by the sending end of the main control module, the receiving end of the main control module is electrically connected with the positive driving electrode, and the grounding end of the main control module is electrically connected with the negative driving electrode;
when the main control module sends a verification signal to the outside of the cigarette rod for key verification, the sending end of the main control module sends a verification signal, the verification signal controls the second switching tube to be switched on or off, and the verification signal is transmitted to the outside of the cigarette rod through the positive driving electrode; when receiving the feedback signal, the second switch tube is switched on, the receiving end of the main control module receives the feedback signal from the outside of the tobacco rod through the positive driving electrode, and after receiving, the main control module completes verification feedback.
7. The tobacco rod for the electronic cigarette according to claim 6, wherein the second switch tube in the tobacco rod is a P-type MOS tube or an N-type MOS tube.

The tobacco rod for the electronic cigarette according to claim 7, wherein a comparator is further arranged between the receiving end of the main control module in the tobacco rod and the positive driving electrode of the tobacco rod, the output end of the comparator is electrically connected with the receiving end of the main control module, one input end of the comparator inputs a reference voltage, and the other input end of the comparator is electrically connected with the positive driving electrode of the tobacco rod.
9. A cartridge for an electronic cigarette is characterized by comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a control module, wherein a first switch tube is arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the cartridge;
when the control module receives a verification signal from the outside of the cigarette cartridge to perform key verification, the first switch tube is disconnected, the positive electrode receives the verification signal from the outside of the cigarette cartridge, and the control module performs key verification after the verification signal is received by the receiving end of the control module; and after the verification is valid, the sending end of the control module sends a feedback signal, the feedback signal controls the first switching tube to be switched on or off, and the feedback signal is sent to the outside of the smoke cartridge through the positive electrode.
10. The cartridge of claim 9, wherein the first switch in the cartridge is an N-type MOS transistor or a P-type MOS transistor.
11. The cartridge of claim 10, further comprising an internal power source electrically connected to the positive electrode for providing power to the control module.

A key control chip is characterized by comprising a control module, a first switch tube, a signal pin and a grounding pin, wherein the first switch tube comprises two access ends and a controlled end, the two access ends are respectively and electrically connected with the signal pin and the grounding pin, the controlled end is electrically connected with a sending end of the control module, and a receiving end of the control module is electrically connected with the signal pin;
when the control chip receives the verification signal, the first switch tube is disconnected, the signal pin receives the verification signal from the outside and then inputs the verification signal to the control module through the receiving end, after the key control chip performs key verification, the sending end of the control module sends a feedback signal, and the feedback signal controls the first switch tube to be switched on or switched off and sends the feedback signal to the outside through the signal pin.
