The working principle is as follows: when a circuit board needs to be clamped, the second rotating handle 23 is rotated to drive the second screw 20 to rotate, the two second nut blocks 21 can be close to each other by arranging the two sections of reverse threads, the second sliding plate 13 can be driven to move downwards by the second connecting rod 22 at the moment, the first nut block 16 can be driven to move downwards, the first screw 15 and the first rotating handle 18 move downwards along the moving hole 19, meanwhile, the two first sliding plates 9 and the two vertical plates 10 can be driven to simultaneously close to each other by the matching of the first connecting rod 17 and the clamping block 11, when the two first sliding plates 9 are close to proper positions, the circuit board is placed on the two first sliding plates 9, then the second rotating handle 23 is continuously rotated to enable the two first sliding plates 9 to close and enable the two sides of the circuit board to respectively extend into the clamping grooves 24, so as to realize the limiting clamping effect on the width of the circuit board, then, the first rotating handle 18 is rotated to drive the first screw rod 15 to rotate, two sections of reverse threads are arranged, so that two first nut blocks 16 can move in corresponding sliding holes 12 and approach each other, at the same time, the clamping block 11 can be driven to move through the first connecting rod 17, and the two clamping blocks 11 on the same first sliding plate 9 approach each other, so that the limiting and clamping effect on the length of the circuit board is realized, when the clamping block 11 moves to clamp the circuit board, the supporting block 25 can be driven to move above the circuit board, so that the limiting effect can be further achieved on the circuit board, the clamping stability is improved, at the same time, the lifting cylinder 6 can be started to drive the welding gun 8 to move downwards and weld the clamped circuit board, when the base 1 needs to be moved, the second rotating handle 23 is rotated to drive the second screw rod 20 to rotate and drive the second sliding plate 13 to slide upwards, when the second sliding plate 13 is in moving contact with the fixing ring 30, the supporting rod 28 can be driven to move upwards, the reset spring is in a stretching state at the moment, the supporting rod 28 can drive the supporting block 29 to move upwards and leave the ground, so that the effect of moving limitation of the base 1 is eliminated, the base 1 can be moved through the universal wheel 26 at the moment, therefore, when the second sliding plate 13 moves downwards to the normal working interval of the clamping assembly, the supporting rod 28 can be driven to move downwards under the elastic action of the reset spring 31, and then the supporting block 29 is driven to move downwards and is in contact with the ground, so that the effect of moving limitation of the base 1 is achieved when the clamping operation is not influenced.
However, as is well known to those skilled in the art, since the sliding seat 4 and the telescopic seat 5 can respectively drive the welding gun 8 to move in the X axis and the Y axis through the control system are all the prior art, and the working principle and the wiring method of the lifting cylinder 6 and the welding gun 8 are common, and both of them belong to the conventional means or the common knowledge, and are not described herein again, and those skilled in the art can make any choice according to their needs or convenience.

PCB (printed Circuit Board) element point-to-point welding equipment of an electric heating mosquito-repellent incense liquid heater comprises a base (1), wherein the base (1) is of a hollow structure, and is characterized in that two upright posts (2) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to one side of the outer wall of the top of the base (1), the tops of the two upright posts (2) are fixedly connected with a same cross beam (3), the top of the cross beam (3) is slidably connected with a sliding seat (4), one side of the sliding seat (4) is provided with a telescopic seat (5), the top of the telescopic seat (5) is fixedly connected with a lifting cylinder (6), an output shaft of the lifting cylinder (6) penetrates through the bottom of the telescopic seat (5) and is fixedly connected with a connecting piece (7), one side of the connecting piece (7) is provided with a welding gun (8), the outer wall of the top of the base (1) is symmetrically provided with two groups of clamping components, and the welding gun (8) is positioned above the two groups of clamping components, two sliding holes (12) are symmetrically formed in one side, located between the two groups of clamping components, of the top of the base (1), a second sliding plate (13) is connected to the upper portion inside the base (1) in a sliding mode, a first adjusting component used for adjusting the clamping length of the clamping components is arranged at the top of the second sliding plate (13), a second adjusting component used for adjusting the clamping width of the clamping components is arranged at the bottom of the second sliding plate (13), universal wheels (26) are arranged at four corners of the outer wall of the bottom of the base (1), a limiting component used for limiting the movement of the base (1) is arranged at the bottom of the base (1), and the limiting component is matched with the second adjusting component;
the first adjusting assembly comprises two fixed blocks (14) which are symmetrically and fixedly connected to two sides of the top of the second sliding plate (13), one side, close to each other, of each fixed block (14) is rotatably connected with the same first screw (15), two first nut blocks (16) are symmetrically and threadedly sleeved on each first screw (15), the bottoms of the two first nut blocks (16) are respectively in sliding connection with the top of the second sliding plate (13), the tops of the two first nut blocks (16) penetrate through the two sliding holes (12) respectively and extend to the upper side of the base (1), the tops of the sides, far away from each other, of the two first nut blocks (16) are symmetrically and rotatably connected with the two first connecting rods (17), and the other ends of the first connecting rods (17) are respectively rotatably connected with one side of the corresponding clamping block (11);
the second adjusting part comprises a second screw rod (20) which is rotatably connected to the lower portion inside the base (1), two second nut blocks (21) are sleeved on the second screw rod (20) in a symmetrical threaded mode, the bottoms of the two second nut blocks (21) are respectively connected with the inner wall of the bottom of the base (1) in a sliding mode, the tops of the two second nut blocks (21) are connected with second connecting rods (22) in a rotating mode, and the other ends of the two second connecting rods (22) are respectively connected with the two sides of the bottom of the second sliding plate (13) in a rotating mode.

The PCB component point-to-point welding device of the electric heating mosquito-repellent incense liquid heater is characterized in that the clamping assembly comprises a first sliding plate (9) which is slidably connected to the outer wall of the top of the base (1), a vertical plate (10) is fixedly connected to one side, away from the sliding hole (12), of the top of the first sliding plate (9), two clamping blocks (11) are symmetrically and slidably connected to one side, close to the sliding hole (12), of the top of the first sliding plate (9), one sides, away from the sliding hole (12), of the two clamping blocks (11) are respectively and slidably connected with one side, close to the sliding hole (12), of the vertical plate (10), and one sides, close to the sliding hole (12), of the two clamping blocks (11) extend to the outer side of the first sliding plate (9).
