1. A Bluetooth BLE communication method, the method comprising:
receiving a Bluetooth communication request sent by target Bluetooth communication equipment, scanning whether Bluetooth communication channels are all provided with service information or not, and obtaining a scanning result;
when the scanning result shows that a Bluetooth communication channel without service information exists in the Bluetooth communication channels, establishing Bluetooth connection with the target Bluetooth communication equipment through the Bluetooth communication channel without service information;
when the scanning result shows that no Bluetooth communication channel without service information exists in the Bluetooth communication channels, scanning the set time of the service information in each Bluetooth communication channel, and determining the Bluetooth channel used for communication according to the set time of the service information;
performing Bluetooth connection management and control for a Bluetooth communication device that has performed Bluetooth communication connection disconnection between Bluetooth communication devices corresponding to service information in a Bluetooth communication channel due to failure to perform data transmission and reception corresponding to the service information.

The method of claim 1, wherein when the scanned result indicates that no bluetooth communication channel without service information is present in the bluetooth communication channels, scanning the set time of the service information in each bluetooth communication channel, and determining the bluetooth channel used for communication according to the set time of the service information comprises:
scanning the set time of the service information in each Bluetooth communication channel, and sequentially scanning whether the Bluetooth communication channels have data receiving and sending corresponding to the service information according to the sequence of the service information set time from morning to evening;
when a Bluetooth communication channel which does not receive and transmit data corresponding to the service information is scanned, monitoring the Bluetooth communication channel and determining the data receiving and transmitting condition in the Bluetooth channel;

3. The method of claim 2, wherein when a bluetooth communication channel that does not perform data transceiving corresponding to the service information is scanned, monitoring the bluetooth communication channel to determine a data transceiving condition in the bluetooth channel comprises:
monitoring a Bluetooth communication channel which does not receive and transmit data corresponding to the service information, and setting a specified monitoring duration;
when the monitoring time reaches the monitoring specified time, if the Bluetooth communication channel still does not carry out data transceiving corresponding to the service information, the service information in the Bluetooth communication channel which does not carry out data transceiving is eliminated, the Bluetooth communication connection between the Bluetooth communication devices corresponding to the service information is cut off, and the Bluetooth communication channel is determined as a communication channel for communicating with the target Bluetooth communication device; wherein the monitoring specified duration is determined by the following formula:

and when the monitored Bluetooth communication channels execute data receiving and sending within the preset time span, continuously and sequentially scanning the rest Bluetooth communication channels according to the service information set time until all the Bluetooth communication channels are scanned.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the channel monitoring time limit point comprises:
acquiring a service information setting time point with service information at the earliest and a service information setting time point with service information at the latest in all Bluetooth communication channels;
acquiring the time length for receiving and transmitting the data of each Bluetooth communication channel when the time is up to the time limit point of the set channel monitoring time;
determining a channel monitoring time limit point by using the time length used for data receiving and transmitting of each Bluetooth communication channel, the service information setting time point with the service information at the earliest and the service information setting time point with the service information at the latest according to the following formulas:

when the service information corresponding to the controlled Bluetooth device is set in a Bluetooth communication channel, monitoring the data transceiving condition between the controlled Bluetooth device and the Bluetooth communication channel in real time, if data transceiving is not performed within the data transceiving time limit, automatically clearing the service information in the Bluetooth communication channel, and no longer receiving the Bluetooth communication connection request of the controlled Bluetooth device within a specified time.
6. A bluetooth chip system, the system comprising:
the service information scanning module is used for receiving a Bluetooth communication request sent by target Bluetooth communication equipment, scanning whether the Bluetooth communication channels are all provided with service information or not and obtaining a scanning result;
the connection establishing module is used for establishing Bluetooth connection with the target Bluetooth communication equipment through the Bluetooth communication channel without the service information when the scanning result shows that the Bluetooth communication channel without the service information exists in the Bluetooth communication channels;
the channel determining module is used for scanning the set time of the service information in each Bluetooth communication channel and determining the Bluetooth channel used for communication according to the set time of the service information when the scanning result shows that the Bluetooth communication channel without the service information does not exist in the Bluetooth communication channels;
and the management and control module is used for executing Bluetooth connection management and control on the Bluetooth communication equipment which is executed and is subjected to Bluetooth communication connection disconnection between the Bluetooth communication equipment corresponding to the service information because data corresponding to the service information in the Bluetooth communication channel is not received and transmitted.

the monitoring module is used for monitoring the Bluetooth communication channel when the Bluetooth communication channel which does not receive and transmit data corresponding to the service information is scanned, and determining the data receiving and transmitting condition in the Bluetooth channel;
a channel monitoring module, configured to determine a channel monitoring time limit point if the bluetooth communication channels are all performing data transceiving, and sequentially and alternately monitor, according to a preset time interval, the bluetooth communication channels which are provided with service information before and after the channel monitoring time limit point and perform data transceiving, and acquire a bluetooth communication channel which completes data transceiving at the first time, where in an alternate monitoring process, a monitoring time for the bluetooth communication channel before the channel monitoring time limit point is greater than a monitoring time for the bluetooth communication channel after the channel monitoring time limit point, and a monitoring time for the bluetooth communication channel before the channel monitoring time limit point and a monitoring time for the bluetooth communication channel after the channel monitoring time limit point satisfy the following conditions:

the monitoring execution module is used for monitoring a Bluetooth communication channel which does not receive and transmit data corresponding to the service information and setting a specified monitoring duration;
a clearing and determining module, configured to clear service information in a bluetooth communication channel that does not perform data transceiving if the bluetooth communication channel still does not perform data transceiving corresponding to the service information when the monitoring time reaches a monitoring specified duration, cut off bluetooth communication connection between bluetooth communication devices that correspond to the service information, and determine the bluetooth communication channel as a channel for communicating with a target bluetooth communication device; wherein the monitoring specified duration is determined by the following formula:

the first information acquisition module is used for acquiring a service information setting time point with service information at the earliest and a service information setting time point with service information at the latest in all Bluetooth communication channels;
