Description

Method and device for safely modifying treatment parameters of WCD (WCD)
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a method and a device for safely modifying treatment parameters of a WCD.
Background
When a person suffers from some type of arrhythmia, the result may be a reduction in blood flow to various parts of the body. Some arrhythmias may even lead to cardiac arrest. People at higher risk of cardiac arrest include patients with a heart attack or have a previous cardiac arrest episode. These people are often recommended to receive an implantable cardioverter defibrillator. Implantable cardioverter defibrillators are surgically implanted in the chest cavity and the patient's electrocardiogram is continuously monitored. If certain types of arrhythmias are detected, the implantable cardioverter defibrillator delivers a shock through the heart. These people are sometimes provided with a Wearable Cardioverter-Defibrillator WCD (week Cardioverter-Defibrillator) before being determined to have an increased risk of sudden cardiac arrest and before receiving an implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator. WCDs typically include a harness, vest, or other garment to be worn by the patient. The WCD also includes electronic components, such as a defibrillator and electrodes, coupled to a harness, vest, or other garment. The external electrodes may make good electrical contact with the patient's skin when the patient wears the WCD, and thus may help detect the patient's electrocardiogram. If a shocked cardiac arrhythmia is detected, the defibrillator will shock through the patient's body appropriately to restore the rhythmic beating of the heart.
When a patient wears the WCD, doctors need to make corresponding modifications to the WCD treatment parameters according to the physical condition of the patient so as to better detect the electrocardiogram of the patient. At present, most doctors do not need authorization to modify the WCD treatment parameters, namely any one doctor can modify the WCD treatment parameters, so that the risk of error modification exists, the disease detection of a patient is influenced, and the patient can be timely cured when abnormal conditions occur.
Therefore, a method for securely modifying the WCD's therapeutic parameters is needed to address the above problems.

step S11: creating an electronic certificate of the WCD and setting a Bluetooth address of the WCD;
specifically, the terminal device creates an electronic certificate of the WCD and sets a bluetooth address of the WCD; the electronic certificate of the WCD comprises user ID, the Bluetooth address, the WCD serial number, certificate validity period and other contents; and the WCD electronic certificate is created and then stored on the cloud server.
Furthermore, the cloud server deletes expired electronic certificates regularly according to the validity period in the electronic certificates, so that the operation of modifying the treatment parameters by the WCD is ensured to be completed within the validity period, and the safety of modifying the treatment parameters by the WCD is further improved;
step S12: setting the WCD in a configuration mode, and downloading an electronic certificate by the WCD;
specifically, the WCD is set to be in a configuration mode, after the WCD enters the configuration mode, information such as a WCD serial number is sent to a cloud server, an electronic certificate corresponding to the WCD serial number is downloaded, and the electronic certificate is broadcasted outwards by adopting the Bluetooth address;
step S13: the terminal equipment requests to be connected with the WCD through the Bluetooth address of the WCD;
specifically, a user configures an APP through a WCD to request to connect with the WCD through the Bluetooth address of the WCD, and terminal equipment searches the WCD broadcast of the Bluetooth address through Bluetooth and is connected with the WCD;
optionally, the electronic certificate may further include the name of the bluetooth device, the WCD may further broadcast the name of the bluetooth device in the electronic certificate, and the terminal device searches for the WCD broadcast of the name of the bluetooth device through bluetooth and connects to the WCD.
Optionally, the terminal device broadcasts the name of the bluetooth device in the electronic certificate, and the WCD searches for the terminal device broadcast of the name of the bluetooth device through bluetooth and connects to the terminal device.
Step S14: judging whether the user ID stored in the electronic certificate is consistent with the user of the connection request;
specifically, after the terminal device establishes bluetooth connection with the WCD, the WCD configures the APP to send user ID data to the WCD, the WCD determines whether the user ID of the connection request is consistent with the user ID stored in the electronic certificate according to the user ID stored in the electronic certificate, and if so, step S15 is performed; otherwise, the WCD disconnects the Bluetooth connection, and the connection fails, and the process is finished;
step S15: if the connection with the WCD is successful, the treatment parameters of the WCD are modified;
specifically, if the connection to the WCD is successful, the user modifies the therapy parameters of the WCD by configuring the APP by the WCD;
furthermore, before the user modifies the treatment parameters of the WCD, the user needs to judge whether the WCD is located in the department of the hospital according to the location information of the WCD, and if so, the modification of the treatment parameters can be performed; otherwise, no modification of the treatment parameters can be performed.
