Abstract

Background
A terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc.) may access a New Radio (NR) network, and may also access a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network.
When the terminal device is in the NR network, if the terminal device has a requirement for a voice service, the terminal device may fall back from the NR network to the LTE network, and perform the voice service in the LTE network. Detailed Description
For ease of understanding, the concepts related to the embodiments of the present application will be explained first.
The terminal equipment: the device has a wireless transceiving function. The terminal equipment can be deployed on land, including indoor or outdoor, handheld, wearable or vehicle-mounted; can also be deployed on the water surface (such as a ship and the like); and may also be deployed in the air (e.g., airplanes, balloons, satellites, etc.). In the related art, in the process that the terminal device falls back from the NR network to the LTE network, the terminal device needs to perform TAU, and in the TAU flow, the terminal device cannot create a dedicated voice bearer in the LTE network, so that voice call fails, and thus communication reliability is poor.
In order to solve the technical problem, an embodiment of the present application provides a communication method, so that even in a TAU procedure, a voice-only bearer can be established in an LTE network, and thus a voice call can be performed in the LTE network, and reliability of communication is improved.
The technical means shown in the present application will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples. It should be noted that the following embodiments may exist alone or in combination with each other, and description of the same or similar contents is not repeated in different embodiments.

the receiving module 11 is configured to, in a tracking area update TAU procedure, receive, by a terminal device, a dedicated bearer establishment request sent by a network device through a second network, where the TAU procedure is used for the terminal device to fall back from a first network to the second network;
the processing module 12 is configured to establish a voice dedicated bearer according to the dedicated bearer establishment request, where the voice dedicated bearer is used for the terminal device to perform a voice service in the second network.
The communication device shown in the embodiment of the present application may execute the technical solutions shown in the above method embodiments, and the implementation principles and beneficial effects thereof are similar, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another communication device according to an embodiment of the present application. In addition to the embodiment shown in fig. 5, please refer to fig. 6, the communication device 10 further includes a sending module 13, wherein,
the sending module 13 is configured to send a dedicated bearer accept message to the network device according to the dedicated bearer establishment request, where the dedicated bearer accept message is used to complete establishment of the voice dedicated bearer.
In a possible implementation, the processing module 12 is specifically configured to:
after the TAU is completed, establishing a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishment request; or,
and before the TAU is completed, establishing a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishment request.
In a possible implementation, the processing module 12 is specifically configured to:
storing the special bearing establishment request in a preset storage space;
executing the TAU;
and after the TAU is completed, acquiring the special bearer establishment request in the preset storage space, and establishing a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishment request.
In a possible implementation, the processing module 12 is specifically configured to:
executing the TAU in parallel and establishing a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishing request; or,
and establishing a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishment request, and executing the TAU after the voice special bearer is established.
In a possible implementation manner, the sending module 13 is further configured to send a TAU request message to the network device;
the receiving module 11 is further configured to receive, through the second network, a dedicated bearer establishment request sent by the network device before the sending module 13 sends the TAU complete message to the network device.
In a possible implementation, the processing module 12 is further configured to:
and after the TAU is completed and the voice special bearing is established, performing voice service in the second network through the voice special bearing.
In a possible implementation manner, the first network is a new air interface NR network, and the second network is a long term evolution LTE network.
The communication device shown in the embodiment of the present application may execute the technical solutions shown in the above method embodiments, and the implementation principles and beneficial effects thereof are similar, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 7, the terminal device 20 may include: a transceiver 21, a memory 22, a processor 23. The transceiver 21 may include: a transmitter and/or a receiver. The transmitter may also be referred to as a sender, a transmitter, a sending port or a sending interface, and the like, and the receiver may also be referred to as a receiver, a receiving port or a receiving interface, and the like. Illustratively, the transceiver 21, the memory 22, and the processor 23 are connected to each other by a bus 24.

The terminal device shown in the embodiment of fig. 7 may execute the technical solution shown in the above method embodiment, and the implementation principle and the beneficial effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the application provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer-executable instructions are stored, and when the computer-executable instructions are executed by a processor, the computer-readable storage medium is used for implementing the communication method.
Embodiments of the present application may also provide a computer program product, which can be executed by a processor, and when the computer program product is executed, the above-mentioned communication method can be implemented.
All or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The aforementioned program may be stored in a readable memory. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned memory (storage medium) includes: read-only memory (ROM), RAM, flash memory, hard disk, solid state disk, magnetic tape (magnetic tape), floppy disk (flexible disk), optical disk (optical disk), and any combination thereof.
Embodiments of the present application are described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the embodiments of the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the embodiments of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is also intended to encompass such modifications and variations.
In the present application, the terms "include" and variations thereof may refer to non-limiting inclusions; the term "or" and variations thereof may mean "and/or". The terms "first," "second," and the like in this application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. In the present application, "a plurality" means two or more. "and/or" describes the association relationship of the associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship.
Claims (18)
1. A method of communication, comprising:
in a tracking area update TAU flow, a terminal device receives a special bearer establishment request sent by a network device through a second network, wherein the TAU flow is used for the terminal device to fall back to the second network from a first network;
and the terminal equipment establishes a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishing request, wherein the voice special bearer is used for voice service of the terminal equipment in the second network.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal device establishes the voice-specific bearer according to the specific bearer establishment request, and wherein the method comprises:
and the terminal equipment sends a special bearing receiving message to the network equipment according to the special bearing establishing request, wherein the special bearing receiving message is used for finishing establishing the voice special bearing.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the terminal device establishes the voice-specific bearer according to the specific bearer establishment request, and wherein the method comprises:
after the TAU is completed, the terminal equipment establishes a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishment request; or,
and before the TAU is completed, the terminal equipment establishes the voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishment request.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the TAU is completed, the terminal device establishes a voice-specific bearer according to the specific bearer establishment request, and wherein the method comprises:
the terminal equipment stores the special bearing establishment request in a preset storage space;
the terminal equipment executes the TAU;
and the terminal equipment acquires the special bearer establishment request in the preset storage space after the TAU is completed, and establishes the voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishment request.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein before the TAU is completed, the terminal device establishes a voice-specific bearer according to the specific bearer establishment request, comprising:
the terminal equipment executes the TAU in parallel and establishes a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishment request; or,
and the terminal equipment establishes a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishment request and executes the TAU after the voice special bearer is established.
6. The method according to any of claims 1-5, wherein in the TAU procedure, the receiving, by the terminal device, the dedicated bearer establishment request sent by the network device through the second network includes:
the terminal equipment sends a TAU request message to the network equipment;
and before the terminal equipment sends the TAU completion message to the network equipment, the terminal equipment receives a special bearer establishment request sent by the network equipment through a second network.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, further comprising:
after the TAU is completed and the establishment of the voice special bearer is completed, the terminal device performs voice service in the second network through the voice special bearer.
8. The method according to any of claims 1-5, wherein the first network is a new air interface, NR, network and the second network is a Long term evolution, LTE, network.
9. A communications apparatus, comprising: a receiving module and a processing module, wherein,
the receiving module is configured to receive, by a terminal device, a dedicated bearer establishment request sent by a network device through a second network in a tracking area update TAU procedure, where the TAU procedure is used for the terminal device to fall back from a first network to the second network;
the processing module is configured to establish a voice dedicated bearer according to the dedicated bearer establishment request, where the voice dedicated bearer is used for performing a voice service in the second network by the terminal device.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising a transmitting module, wherein,
the sending module is configured to send a dedicated bearer accept message to the network device according to the dedicated bearer establishment request, where the dedicated bearer accept message is used to complete establishment of the voice dedicated bearer.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the processing module is specifically configured to:
after the TAU is completed, establishing a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishment request; or,
and before the TAU is completed, establishing a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishment request.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the processing module is specifically configured to:
storing the special bearing establishment request in a preset storage space;
executing the TAU;
and after the TAU is completed, acquiring the special bearer establishment request in the preset storage space, and establishing a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishment request.
13. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the processing module is specifically configured to:
executing the TAU in parallel and establishing a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishing request; or,
and establishing a voice special bearer according to the special bearer establishment request, and executing the TAU after the voice special bearer is established.
14. The apparatus according to any one of claims 10 to 13,
the sending module is further configured to send a TAU request message to the network device;
the receiving module is further configured to receive, through the second network, a dedicated bearer establishment request sent by the network device before the sending module sends the TAU complete message to the network device.
15. The apparatus of any of claims 9-13, wherein the processing module is further configured to:
and after the TAU is completed and the voice special bearing is established, performing voice service in the second network through the voice special bearing.
16. The apparatus according to any of claims 9-13, wherein the first network is a new air interface, NR, network and the second network is a long term evolution, LTE, network.
17. A terminal device, comprising: a transceiver, a processor, a memory;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the processor executes computer-executable instructions stored by the memory, causing the processor to perform the communication method of any of claims 1 to 8.
18. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions for implementing the communication method of any one of claims 1 to 8 when executed by a processor.
