Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于智能终端的配电网数据采集终端,包括主控板、基座、数据采集板、分支网关、交换机和客户端,所述主控板包括通信模块、报警模块、GPRS模块、人机交互模块、开关状态采集模块、微处理器、存储模块和数据库模块。本装置通过在主控板上设置有微处理器与数据库模块,从而使得装置能够对其电能表模块反馈的数据进行有效的比对,致使电流能够处于装置的实时监控之下,从而大大提高了装置实用性,同时本装置不仅位于主控板处设置有警报灯、显示器,通过信号交换模块与交换机能够致使配电网的电流数据实时的反馈至客户端,从而一定程度上提高了装置的反应效率,同时也降低事故发生时所导致的损失,大大提高了装置的实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及数据采集终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于智能终端的配电网数据采集终端。
背景技术
配电网是电力系统二次侧直接和低压供用户相连的网络,配电网也是发电、输电、变电、配电的最后一个环节,是电力系统自动化中占有着重要的地位。配电网有两种,即城市配电网和农村配电网,两种网络都是由多途径供电、运行方式灵活,因此配电网也复杂多变,配电网多为树状结构,架空线路占绝大部分,这也导致了配网侧固有的可靠性较差,事故率多等现象。例如配电变压器负荷严重超载造成的设备损坏、三相负载不平衡严重造成的配电变压器损坏、配电网长期轻负荷运行所带来的浪费问题,因此需要加强智能配电网的管理和应用。
配电网变压器是将电压直接分配给低压用户的电力设备,是配电网中应用较多且数量较多的关键设备,据统计,配电网变压器引发的事故率约占配电网总事故率的百分之八十,因此,实时监控配电变压器的参数,及时发现配电网中出现的隐患,对于改善配电网运行情况有着重要意义。
现今配电网数据采集终端在系统正常情况下监测配电网馈线运行工况过程中,线路出现故障无法及时对其进行反馈,同时也不具备对其故障进行有效判断与记录的功能,同时现有的配电网数据采集终端无法做到对其实时监控,反应效率较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种基于智能终端的配电网数据采集终端,解决了现今配电网数据采集终端在系统正常情况下监测配电网馈线运行工况过程中,线路出现故障无法及时对其进行反馈,同时也不具备对其故障进行有效判断与记录的功能,同时现有的配电网数据采集终端无法做到对其实时监控,反应效率较差的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种基于智能终端的配电网数据采集终端,包括主控板、基座、数据采集板、分支网关、交换机和客户端,所述主控板包括通信模块、报警模块、GPRS模块、人机交互模块、开关状态采集模块、微处理器、存储模块和数据库模块,所述基座包括电源模块和信号交换模块,所述分支网关包括运营商网关、加密网关、接口模块和GPRS通信模块,所述交换机包括数据采集交换机与主干网交换机,所述数据采集交换机与外部公用网络连接设置,所述主干网络交换机与客户端连接设置,所述基座通过信号交换模块与主控板连接设置,所述基座通过信号交换模块与数据采集板连接设置,所述基座通过信号交换模块与分支网关连接设置,所述分支网络与交换机连接设置
优选的,所述主控板上设置有警报灯、显示器和调节开关,所述警报灯通过报警模块与主控板电连接设置,所述调节开关通过开关状态采集模块与主控板电连接设置,所述GPRS模块与通信模块电连接设置。
优选的,所述电源模块与信号交换机模块进行屏蔽隔离处理。
优选的,所述基板上设有用于控制配电的开关,所述数据采集板包括电能表模块。
优选的,所述所述运营商网关与加密网关进行串联,所述接口模块接入网络,所述GPRS通信模块用于接收无线网络。
优选的,所述所述数据采集交换机与主干网交换机串联设置。
优选的,所述所述主控板通过GPRS模块与通信模块与基座连接设置。
优选的,所述所述数据采集板通过电能表模块与主控板微处理器连接设置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该基于智能终端的配电网数据采集终端,通过在主控板上设置有微处理器与数据库模块,从而使得装置能够对其电能表模块反馈的数据进行有效的比对,致使电流能够处于装置的实时监控之下,从而大大提高了装置实用性,同时本装置不仅位于主控板处设置有警报灯、显示器,通过信号交换模块与交换机能够致使配电网的电流数据实时的反映至客户端,从而一定程度上提高了装置的反应效率,同时也降低事故发生时所导致的损失,大大提高了装置的实用性。

一种基于智能终端的配电网数据采集终端,包括主控板、基座、数据采集板、分支网关、交换机和客户端,所述主控板包括通信模块、报警模块、GPRS模块、人机交互模块、开关状态采集模块、微处理器、存储模块和数据库模块,所述主控板上设置有警报灯、显示器和调节开关,所述警报灯通过报警模块与主控板电连接设置,所述调节开关通过开关状态采集模块与主控板电连接设置,所述GPRS模块与通信模块电连接设置,所述基座包括电源模块和信号交换模块,所述电源模块与信号交换机模块进行屏蔽隔离处理,所述基板上设有用于控制配电的开关,所述数据采集板包括电能表模块,所述分支网关包括运营商网关、加密网关、接口模块和GPRS通信模块,所述运营商网关与加密网关进行串联,所述接口模块接入网络,所述GPRS通信模块用于接收无线网络,所述交换机包括数据采集交换机与主干网交换机,所述数据采集交换机与主干网交换机串联设置,所述数据采集交换机与外部公用网络连接设置,所述主干网络交换机与客户端连接设置,所述主控板通过GPRS模块与通信模块与基座连接设置,所述基座通过信号交换模块与主控板连接设置,所述基座通过信号交换模块与数据采集板连接设置,所述数据采集板通过电能表模块与主控板微处理器连接设置,所述基座通过信号交换模块与分支网关连接设置,所述分支网络与交换机连接设置。
工作原理:当装置运转时,通过数据采集板上的数据传输至主控板内部微处理器后,微处理器接收数据并通过数据库模块内的已知数据对其信号进行对比,同时存储模块记录本次接收的数据,通过信号交换模块对其接收已知信号转换为数字信号发送至分支网关进行数据上传,同时数据通过交换机处理后进行客户端。
综上所述:该基于智能终端的配电网数据采集终端,通过在主控板上设置有微处理器与数据库模块,从而使得装置能够对其电能表模块反馈的数据进行有效的比对,致使电流能够处于装置的实时监控之下,从而大大提高了装置实用性,同时本装置不仅位于主控板处设置有警报灯、显示器,通过信号交换模块与交换机能够致使配电网的电流数据实时的反映至客户端,从而一定程度上提高了装置的反应效率,同时也降低事故发生时所导致的损失,大大提高了装置的实用性。

1.一种基于智能终端的配电网数据采集终端,包括主控板、基座、数据采集板、分支网关、交换机和客户端,其特征在于,所述主控板包括通信模块、报警模块、GPRS模块、人机交互模块、开关状态采集模块、微处理器、存储模块和数据库模块,所述基座包括电源模块和信号交换模块,所述分支网关包括运营商网关、加密网关、接口模块和GPRS通信模块,所述交换机包括数据采集交换机与主干网交换机,所述数据采集交换机与外部公用网络连接设置,所述主干网络交换机与客户端连接设置,所述基座通过信号交换模块与主控板连接设置,所述基座通过信号交换模块与数据采集板连接设置,所述基座通过信号交换模块与分支网关连接设置,所述分支网络与交换机连接设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于智能终端的配电网数据采集终端,其特征在于,所述主控板上设置有警报灯、显示器和调节开关,所述警报灯通过报警模块与主控板电连接设置,所述调节开关通过开关状态采集模块与主控板电连接设置,所述GPRS模块与通信模块电连接设置。
