Abstract
The invention discloses a method for installing a mutual inductor and a cable wiring terminal in a low-voltage complete cabinet, which comprises the following steps: step 1: fixing two side cross beams on a middle upright post and a rear upright post of the low-voltage complete cabinet; and 2, step: fixing the front and rear mounting beams on two side cross beams; and step 3: mounting the mounting plate on the front and rear mounting beams; and 4, step 4: installing front left and right rear guide rail brackets on the front left and right rear positions of the mounting plate; and 5: installing a plurality of front left and right rear transformers on the positions corresponding to the front left and right rear positions of the installation plate respectively and close to the front left and right rear guide rail brackets, and installing and adjusting a plurality of front and rear cable wiring terminals on the front left and right rear guide rail brackets respectively; and 6: leading the outgoing cable of the front right outgoing switch of the cabinet to a rear cable wiring terminal through a threading hole on the mounting plate, and leading the outgoing cable of the front left outgoing switch of the cabinet to a front cable wiring terminal through a front left mutual inductor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of auxiliary installation devices in a low-voltage complete switch cabinet, in particular to a method for installing a mutual inductor and a cable wiring terminal in the low-voltage complete switch cabinet.
Background
In the fixed cabinet of separating of present low-voltage switchgear, because the fixed cabinet of separating of multiloop can't effective rational layout installation mutual-inductor and cable connecting terminal. In addition, the mutual inductors and cable wiring terminals of different specifications need to be used in the existing low-voltage switch cabinet fixing and separating cabinet, so that the adjustment is more troublesome and difficult to exchange.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the existing multi-loop fixed separation cabinet cannot effectively and reasonably arrange and install transformers and cable wiring terminals, and provides a method for installing the transformers and the cable wiring terminals in a low-voltage complete cabinet, which is convenient for an operator to actually install a structure and enables a switch cabinet to achieve the one-time process in the cabinet.

step 6: leading the outgoing cable of the front right outgoing switch of the cabinet to a rear cable wiring terminal through a threading hole on the mounting plate, and leading the outgoing cable of the front left outgoing switch of the cabinet to a front cable wiring terminal through a front left mutual inductor.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the front left position and the right rear position of the mounting plate are undulated.

In order to meet the requirement of multi-loop outgoing lines in a fixed separation cabinet, the problems of arrangement and installation positions of a plurality of groups of mutual inductors and cable wiring terminals need to be solved, a group of structural parts need to be installed behind a switch cabinet, and other components need to be installed in the cabinet, so that an interchangeable matching process is adopted. In order to adapt to various types of transformers and cable terminals, a solution is needed.
Because the multi-loop fixed partition cabinet cannot be used for installing the mutual inductors and the cable connecting terminals in an effective and reasonable layout manner, the invention needs to be provided with a structure with interchangeability, is suitable for different installations, and can freely adjust the position.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a method for installing transformers and cable terminals in a low-voltage cabinet set is shown, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: fixing the two side cross beams 5a and 5b on a middle upright post 11 and a rear upright post 12 of the low-voltage complete set cabinet 10 by using fasteners such as bolts; with side rail 5a on top and side rail 5b on bottom.
Step 2: the front mounting beam 3 and the rear mounting beam 4 are fixed to the two side cross members 5a, 5b by fasteners such as bolts;
and step 3: mounting the mounting plate 1 provided with the threading holes 1a on the front mounting beam 3 and the rear mounting beam 4 through fasteners such as bolts; the mounting plate 1 has a front left position 1b and a right rear position 1c, and the front left position 1b and the right rear position 1c of the mounting plate 1 are undulated.
And 4, step 4: mounting the front left rail bracket 2a and the right rear rail bracket 2b on the front left position 1b and the right rear position 1c of the mounting plate 1 by fasteners such as bolts;
and 5: installing a plurality of front left transformers 6a and a plurality of right rear transformers 6b on positions corresponding to the front left positions 1b and the right rear positions 1c of the mounting plate 1 and close to the front left guide rail bracket 2a and the right rear guide rail bracket 2b through fasteners such as bolts respectively, installing a plurality of front cable wiring terminals 7a and a plurality of rear cable wiring terminals 7b on the front left guide rail bracket 2a and the right rear guide rail bracket 2b respectively and adjusting, so that the position of each front cable wiring terminal 7a corresponds to the position of each front left transformer 6a one by one, and the position of each rear cable wiring terminal 7b corresponds to the position of each right rear transformer 6b one by one;
step 6: leading the outgoing cable 8a of the front right outgoing switch of the cabinet to a rear cable wiring terminal 7b through a threading hole 1a on the mounting plate 1, passing through the right rear mutual inductor 6b, and leading the outgoing cable 8b of the front left outgoing switch of the cabinet to a front cable wiring terminal 7a through the front left mutual inductor 6 a.
