Background
An intermediate joint is generally referred to as a cable intermediate joint, i.e. a cable joint in the middle of a cable run. The intermediate connector is a cable accessory for the intermediate connection of cross-linked cables or oil-immersed cables of various voltage classes. The main function is to keep the circuit smooth, keep the cable sealed, and ensure the insulation grade at the cable joint, so that the cable can run safely and reliably.

an improved structure of a middle connecting joint of a flexible fireproof cable comprises a connecting sleeve and two mounting pipe fittings, wherein one end of each mounting pipe fitting is matched with the connecting sleeve in size, a semiconductor shielding layer is arranged on the outer wall of the connecting sleeve, a heat insulation layer is wrapped outside the semiconductor shielding layer, a flame retardant layer is arranged outside the heat insulation layer, a gap is reserved between the heat insulation layer and the flame retardant layer, an outer wrapping rubber is wound on the outer wall of the flame retardant layer, thread grooves are formed in both ends of the semiconductor shielding layer, threads matched with the thread grooves are carved on the outer wall of one end, matched with the connecting sleeve, of each mounting pipe fitting in size, the two mounting pipe fittings are correspondingly connected with the thread grooves and the connecting sleeve respectively through the threads, a mounting groove is formed in each mounting pipe fitting, the mounting groove is connected with a cable, and a cable wrapping layer is covered on the outer, a cooling device and an alarm device are arranged in the connecting sleeve.
Preferably, the cable is divided into two layers, the size of the cable positioned in the middle is matched with the connecting sleeve, and the size of the cable positioned on the outer side is matched with the mounting groove.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: adopt multilayer parcel layer, can play stronger protection effect to the cable, be equipped with the heat sink, can cool down the processing to the junction in the centering to be favorable to the normal operating of cable, simultaneously, can automatic alarm when the conflagration breaing out, be favorable to the staff in time to put out a fire and maintain, reduced economic loss.

installation pipe fittings 6, a fixing band is connected between the two corresponding clamping grooves 9, one end of the installation pipe fitting 6 is matched with the connecting sleeve 1 in size, a cable 10 is divided into two layers, the size of the cable 10 in the middle is matched with the connecting sleeve 1, the size of the cable 10 at the outer side is matched with the installation groove 7, a semiconductor shielding layer 2 is arranged on the outer wall of the connecting sleeve 1, a heat insulation layer 3 is wrapped on the outer side of the semiconductor shielding layer 2, the heat insulation layer 3 can prevent the influence of the external temperature on the inside, so that the conductivity of the heat, a gap is reserved between the heat insulation layer 3 and the flame In the invention, after the intermediate joint is used for a long time, the resistance is increased due to the aging of the intermediate joint, the temperature at the joint is overhigh due to overhigh resistance, the external combustion of the device can be caused due to overhigh temperature, the dry ice in the annular cavity 13 can be sublimated into carbon dioxide in a short time after being ignited, so that very high pressure is generated, the sealing plate 21 forms extremely high pressure, the sealing plate 21 moves towards the other side of the connecting channel 18 due to the pressure, when the sealing plate 21 moves to one end of the connecting channel 18 close to the nozzle 12, the diameter of the connecting channel 18 is larger than that of the other end, so that the nozzle 12 cannot be sealed by the sealing plate 21, the gas in the annular cavity 13 is sprayed out from the nozzle 12 to cool the device, meanwhile, the carbon dioxide can play a certain fire extinguishing role, can extinguish a tiny fire, and can play a certain role in slowing down a large fire, is beneficial to the fire extinguishing work of the staff.
