Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Firstly, in order to facilitate understanding of the household gas alarm provided by the embodiment of the application, an application scenario of the household gas alarm is explained, and the household gas alarm provided by the embodiment of the application is used for monitoring whether household gas leaks; the existing household gas alarm has the problems of serious false alarm, failure and short service life. The household gas alarm provided by the embodiment of the application is explained in the following with the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides a household gas alarm which comprises a gas detection device and a shell 1, wherein the gas detection device is used for monitoring whether household gas leaks or not, and the shell 1 is used for installing the gas detection device.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a household gas alarm provided by an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the present application includes a housing 1, and a gas detecting device is installed in the housing 1. A negative pressure pump 6 is installed on one side wall of the shell 1, and a plurality of air inlet holes 5 are formed in the other side wall of the shell 1. In order to adapt the negative pressure pump 6 to the housing 1, the negative pressure pump 6 in the present application should be a micro negative pressure pump commonly used in the prior art. When the air conditioner is used, the negative pressure pump 6 is switched on, the negative pressure pump 6 can discharge the air in the shell 1 outwards, and the indoor air can automatically enter the shell 1 under the action of pressure difference; when gas leaks from the room, air with the gas enters the casing 1.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the gas detection device includes an infrared emitter 8 disposed in the housing 1 and fixedly connected to the top plate of the housing 1, and an infrared power meter 9 matched with the infrared emitter 8 is fixedly connected to a position of the upper surface of the bottom plate of the housing 1 opposite to the infrared emitter 8. The infrared power meter 9 receives the infrared light generated by the infrared emitter 8 and calculates the power of the received infrared light. Since the fuel gas contains methane gas, and the methane gas can absorb infrared light with a specific wavelength in the infrared light, when the air containing fuel gas enters the casing 1, the air containing fuel gas can absorb part of the infrared light generated by the infrared emitter 8.
With continued reference to fig. 1, a controller 10 in signal connection with the infrared power meter 9 is further disposed in the housing 1; and a warning lamp 2 and a buzzer 3 which are in signal connection with the controller 10 are arranged on the side wall of the shell 1. The controller 10 is a common single chip microcomputer in the prior art, and in order to make the controller 10 and the housing 1 fit with each other, a micro single chip microcomputer of a proper type is actually selected. Can give controller 10 with calculating the structure transmission after the power of received infrared light is calculated to infrared power meter 9, controller 10 handles the information that obtains, when infrared power that controller 10 obtained infrared power meter 9 and obtained is less than the judgement of a definite value, controller 10 just can draw the structure that the air that gets into in casing 1 contains the gas, thereby controller 10 just can judge that indoor gas has taken place to leak, thereby controller 10 controls 2 scintillations of alarm lamp, and control bee calling organ 3 makes a sound, thereby remind the personnel gas that is located indoor to have taken place to leak. The controller 10 is in signal connection with the infrared power meter 9, the alarm lamp 2 and the buzzer 3 respectively, and specific wiring modes among the controllers can be wiring according to actual conditions.
In order to provide electric energy for the electric components in the casing 1, with reference to fig. 1, a storage battery 11 may be disposed in the casing 1, the storage battery 11 is electrically connected to the negative pressure pump 6, the controller 10, the infrared emitter 8, the infrared power meter 9, the alarm lamp 2, and the buzzer 3, and the specific wiring manner among the storage battery 11 and the negative pressure pump may be wired according to actual conditions. And the storage battery 11 is also connected with a power line 12 penetrating through the side wall of the shell 1, and one end of the power line 12 far away from the storage battery 11 is fixedly connected with a power plug 13. When the electric energy needs to be supplemented to the storage battery 11, the power plug 13 can be connected with the indoor socket, so that the purpose of supplementing the electric energy to the storage battery 11 is achieved.
In order to arrange the present invention at a proper position in a room, reference is made to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic side view of a household gas alarm provided by an embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 2, a plurality of suction cups 4 are fixedly connected to one side of the housing 1. When the device is required to be installed, the shell 1 can be stuck to the position close to the interface of the gas pipeline indoors through the sucking disc 4.
In order to further improve indoor safety, an electromagnetic valve 7 may be further disposed in the gas pipeline, and specifically, when the electromagnetic valve 7 is disposed, reference may be made to fig. 3, where fig. 3 is a schematic view of an installation position of an electromagnetic valve of a household gas alarm provided in an embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 3, the solenoid valve 7 is installed in the gas pipeline at a position close to the interface in the direction of gas flow, and the solenoid valve 7 is further in signal connection with the controller 10. When the controller 10 obtains that the indoor gas leaks, the controller 10 controls the electromagnetic valve 7 to close, thereby blocking the gas from continuing to leak from the gas pipeline interface, and further protecting the safety of indoor articles and personnel.
In the embodiment, the household gas alarm provided by the embodiment of the application can obviously improve the stability and the precision of the household gas alarm and obviously prolong the service life of the household gas alarm.
The above-described embodiments are merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not limit the spirit and scope of the present invention. Various modifications and improvements of the technical solutions of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the design concept of the present invention, and the technical contents of the present invention are all described in the claims.
