The object taking and placing of the cold-chain logistics box provided by the invention is controlled by opening and closing the front door panel 16 and the rear door panel 16, in order to prevent rainwater from infiltrating into the box body 1, a side-opening waterproof structure 11 is designed, a heat-insulating waterproof layer is fixedly arranged on the inner side of a side door plate 16 (the heat-insulating waterproof layer can be an EVA plate, a foam layer or a tinfoil paper structure), when the side door panel 16 is closed, the EVA board is in interference fit with the edge of the side wall to ensure that the periphery of the door is tightly closed, meanwhile, a water guide groove 12 is formed between the side opening edge of the box body 1 and the circumferential edge of the box body 1, namely, the waterproof gap, when raining, rainwater enters through the top edge of the side wall and the gaps around the side door panel 16, due to the interference fit of the EVA plate and the edge of the side wall, rainwater cannot enter the box body 1 and can only flow to the bottom surface along the water guide groove 12, so that the water is discharged to play a role in water prevention.
Specifically, on the basis of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the cooling system further includes a control system 13, which includes a controller 131, a switch 132, a battery 133, a protector 134, and a display 135, wherein the controller 131, the display 135, and the switch 132 are disposed on the outer surface of the box body 1, the battery 133 and the protector 134 are disposed in the space on the upper layer 3 of the box body, the switch 132, the battery 133, the protector 134, and the display 135 are all connected to the controller 131, the battery 133 is connected to the switch 132, the protector 134, and the display 135, and the controller 131 is connected to the cooling device 53 and the heat sink.

The battery 133 is a lithium iron phosphate battery, the charging connector is used for charging, the display 135 displays the usage amount of the battery 133, the protector 134 plays a role in under-voltage protection and alarm of the battery 133, and the under-voltage display lamp 137 can be lighted when the electric quantity is insufficient; switch 132 controls power on and off, as indicated by the run indicator light; the controller 131 controls the cooling device 53 and the heat sink in the cooling device 53, and can be adjusted to control the temperature and dissipate heat in time.
Due to the application of the control system 13, the cold-chain logistics box avoids the problems of time and labor waste caused by manual operation, and the working efficiency and the refrigeration efficiency are improved.
Specifically, the controller 131 is an XH-W1308 micro-computer digital temperature controller.
Specifically, the box hanging component 14 is further included and arranged at the four corners of the top of the box body 1, and the cold-chain logistics box is connected with the cableway through the box hanging component 14.

Claims (10)

1. A cold-chain logistics box, comprising:
the box body is provided with a partition plate, the partition plate is fixedly connected with the box body and divides the box body into a box body lower layer and a box body upper layer;
the cold chain ventilation circulating structure comprises a cold air circulating air duct for refrigerating the space at the lower layer of the box body;
the heat dissipation and ventilation circulating structure is positioned on the upper layer of the box body;
the waterproof structure comprises a first waterproof structure and a second waterproof structure, the first waterproof structure is arranged on the upper layer of the box body, and the second waterproof structure is arranged at the edge of the opening of the box body.

The cold-chain logistics box of claim 1, wherein the cold-chain ventilation circulating structure comprises a cold-chain ventilation hood, a fan and a refrigerating device, wherein the cold-chain ventilation hood, the fan and the refrigerating device are positioned below the partition plate and form the cold air circulating duct to refrigerate the space at the lower layer of the box body;
wherein the refrigeration unit is located inside the cold chain ventilation hood.

The cold-chain logistics box of claim 1, wherein the cold-chain ventilation circulation structure comprises a cold-chain ventilation hood, a fan and a refrigerating device, the cold-chain ventilation hood is located on the partition plate, the refrigerating device is located inside the cold-chain ventilation hood, a through hole is formed in the partition plate, the cold-chain ventilation hood covers the through hole, and the cold-chain ventilation hood, the fan, the refrigerating device and the through hole form the cold air circulation air duct to refrigerate the space on the lower layer of the box body.

The cold-chain logistics box of claim 2 or 3, wherein the heat dissipation and ventilation circulation structure comprises a heat sink, a heat dissipation ventilation hood, an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole, the heat sink is located on the partition plate, the heat sink is located inside the heat dissipation ventilation hood, the heat dissipation ventilation hood is communicated with the air outlet hole and the air inlet hole, the air outlet hole comprises a sixth opening, a first opening, a second opening and a third opening, the air inlet hole comprises a fourth opening and a fifth opening, the first opening is formed in the top of the upper layer of the box body, the second opening, the third opening and the fourth opening are formed in the outer side wall of the upper layer of the box body, the sixth opening and the fifth opening are formed in a ventilation hole member, and the ventilation hole member is welded to the box body;
and a first air circulation channel is formed between the sixth opening and the first opening, the second opening and the third opening, and a second air circulation channel is formed between the fourth opening and the fifth opening.

The cold-chain logistics box of claim 4, wherein the first waterproof structure comprises a water outlet, wherein the bottom of the water outlet is lower than or flush with the partition plate, and the top of the water outlet is higher than the partition plate; or the bottom of the water outlet hole is lower than or flush with the bottom layer of the ventilation hole piece, and the top of the water outlet hole is higher than the bottom layer of the ventilation hole piece.

The cold-chain transfer box of claim 5, wherein the bottom of said sixth opening is higher than the bottom of said partition or said vent member, and the difference in height between said sixth opening and said partition forms a channel through which said third opening and said second opening are in air communication.

The cold-chain logistics box of claim 1, wherein the second waterproof structure comprises an upper opening waterproof structure of the box body, the upper opening waterproof structure of the box body is a protruding part, and the protruding part is formed by extending upwards a preset height from the edge of the upper opening of the box body.

The cold-chain logistics box of claim 1, wherein the second waterproof structure further comprises a side-open waterproof structure of the box body, wherein the side-open waterproof structure of the box body is a water guide groove, and the water guide groove is a groove limited between the side-open edge of the box body and the circumferential edge of the box body.

The cold-chain logistics box of claim 4 further comprising a control system comprising a controller, a switch, a battery, a protector, and a display, wherein the controller, the display, and the switch are disposed on an outer surface of the box, the battery and the protector are disposed in a space on an upper layer of the box, the switch, the battery, the protector, and the display are all connected to the controller, the battery is connected to the switch, the protector, and the display, and the controller is connected to the cooling device and the radiator.
10. A cold-chain logistics box of any one of claims 1 to 7 wherein the inner layer of the box body is a heat insulating and waterproof layer.
