Furthermore, a wire clamping plate 29 is further arranged in the second wire passing groove 24, and the wire clamping plate 29 is positioned between the third wire clamping wall 27 and the fourth wire clamping wall 28. The cross section of the line clamping plate 29 can be arc-shaped, the arc-shaped side wall of the arc-shaped plate is connected with the second wire passing groove 24, and optionally, the line clamping plate 29 and the second wire clamp 2 are integrally formed. In order to increase the connection stability of the line clamping plate 29 and the second wire clip 2, a reinforcing plate 32 is further arranged between the line clamping plate 29 and the second wire passing groove 24, and the reinforcing plate 32 is an arc-shaped plate. The line clamping plate 29 is positioned in the middle of the reinforcing plate 32.
When the first wire clamp 2 is clamped with the first wire passing groove 11, the wire harnesses are respectively clamped in the first wire clamping hole, between the wire clamping plate 29 and the first wire passing groove 11 and in the second wire clamping hole.
In order to prevent the first and second wire clamps 1 and 2 from being lost each other and not to form a wire harness buckle, an elastic connection member 4 is provided between the first and second wire clamps 1 and 2. That is, one end of the elastic connection member 4 is connected to the first wire clamp 1, and the other end of the elastic connection member 4 is connected to the second wire clamp 2. As an alternative embodiment, the first clip 1, the resilient connecting member 4 and the second clip 2 are integrally formed as a single piece, for example, by injection molding using a set of molds.
When the wire harness buckle provided by the embodiment of the invention is used, the wire harness buckle is required to be clamped in a mounting hole arranged on a shell of a water heater, and therefore, the first end of the first wire clamp 1 protrudes outwards to form a first resisting wall 14; the first end of the third outer side wall 23 protrudes outward to form a second abutment wall 30. Wherein, the projection of the first wire clamp 1 on the first resisting wall 14 is entirely positioned in the first resisting wall 14; the projection of the second clip 2 on the second retaining wall 30 is entirely located within the second retaining wall 30.
Further, a first clamping groove 16 is further disposed on the first wire clamp 1, wherein the first clamping groove 16 may be an arc-shaped groove, and is disposed on the second arc-shaped side wall of the first wire clamp 1, and the first clamping groove 16 is located below the first blocking wall 14. The second wire clamp 2 is further provided with a second clamping groove 33, the second clamping groove 33 is formed in the third outer side wall, and the second clamping groove 33 is located below the second abutting wall 30. First joint recess 16 and second joint recess 33 respectively with the protruding joint on the mounting hole that sets up on the water heater shell, further increase the stability of the mounting hole joint that the pencil was buckled and was set up on the water heater shell.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the installation of the wire harness buckle, the second end of the first wire clamp 1 is inclined inwards to form a first guide inclined surface 15; the second end of the third outer side wall 23 is inclined inwardly to form a second guide slope 31. Wherein, the second end of the first wire clamp 1 forms a conical structure, the diameter of the conical structure close to the second end of the first wire clamp 1 is smaller than that of the conical structure close to the first end of the first wire clamp 1, and the side surface of the conical structure is the first guide inclined surface 15. The second end of the third outer sidewall 23 forms a tapered structure, and the diameter of the tapered structure near the second end of the third outer sidewall 23 is smaller than that near the first end of the third outer sidewall 23, and the side of the tapered structure is the second guiding inclined surface 31.
The invention also provides a water heater, which comprises an outer shell and the wiring harness buckle, wherein the outer shell is provided with a clamping hole clamped with the wiring harness buckle.
The joint hole can be circular port, oval-shaped hole etc. do not restrict here, and the pencil buckle joint is downthehole at the joint, and the installation is simple and convenient. It can be understood that the joint hole can be seted up in the different positions of shell body according to actual need for the fixed of pencil is more nimble.
Clamping bulges can be further arranged in the clamping holes and are respectively clamped with the first clamping groove 16 on the first wire clamp 1 and the second clamping groove 33 on the second wire clamp 2, so that the reliability of connection of the wiring harness buckle and the clamping holes is improved.
The structure, function and effect of the wire harness buckle in this embodiment are the same as those in the above embodiments, and specific reference may be made to the above embodiments, which are not described herein again.
The water heater provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the wire harness buckle described in the embodiment, so that the water heater provided by the embodiment of the invention also has the advantage that the wire harness buckle described in the embodiment can pass through.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. 1. A wire harness buckle, comprising: the cable clamp comprises a first cable clamp and a second cable clamp, wherein the first cable clamp is provided with a first cable passing groove, and the first cable passing groove comprises a first inner side wall, a second inner side wall and a bottom wall which is connected with the first inner side wall and the second inner side wall which are arranged at intervals;
the second wire clamp comprises a first outer side wall, a second outer side wall and a third outer side wall, wherein the first outer side wall, the second outer side wall and the third outer side wall are oppositely arranged at intervals, and the first outer side wall, the third outer side wall and the second outer side wall are connected in sequence to form a second wire passing groove;
the second wire clamp is accommodated in the first wire passing groove, the first outer side wall is clamped with the first inner side wall, the second outer side wall is clamped with the second inner side wall, and the second wire passing groove and the bottom wall form a wire passing hole.

The wire harness buckle according to claim 1, wherein the second wire clamp further comprises a first clamping arm connected with the first outer side wall and a second clamping arm connected with the second outer side wall, and the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm are arranged at an interval in an opposite manner;
the first clamping arm is clamped with the first inner side wall, and the second clamping arm is clamped with the second inner side wall.
3. The wire harness clip according to claim 1, wherein the first and second inner side walls are both straight side walls, and the bottom wall is an arcuate wall;
the first outer side wall and the second outer side wall are straight side walls, and the third outer side wall is an arc-shaped side wall.
4. The wire harness buckle according to claim 1, wherein a first end of the first wire passing groove is provided with a first wire clamping wall, and the first wire clamping wall is provided with a first wire clamping groove coaxial with the first wire passing groove;
the second end of the first wire passing groove is provided with a second wire clamping wall, and the second wire clamping wall is provided with a second wire clamping groove coaxial with the first wire passing groove.

The wire harness buckle as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first end of the second wire passing groove is provided with a third wire clamping wall opposite to the first wire clamping wall, the third wire clamping wall is provided with a third wire clamping groove coaxial with the second wire passing groove, and the third wire clamping groove and the first wire clamping groove form a first wire clamping hole;
and a fourth wire clamping wall opposite to the second wire clamping wall is arranged at the second end of the second wire passing groove, a fourth wire clamping groove coaxial with the second wire passing groove is arranged on the fourth wire clamping wall, and the fourth wire clamping groove and the second wire clamping groove form a second wire clamping hole.
6. The wire harness buckle as claimed in claim 5, wherein a wire clamping plate is further disposed in the second wire passing groove, and the wire clamping plate is located between the third wire clamping wall and the fourth wire clamping wall.
7. The wire harness buckle according to any one of claims 1-6 wherein a resilient connector is provided between the first wire clamp and the second wire clamp.
8. The wire harness buckle as in any one of claims 1-6 wherein the first end of the first wire clamp projects outwardly to form a first abutment wall;
the first end of the third outer side wall protrudes outwards to form a second stopping wall.
9. The harness buckle as in any one of claims 1-6 wherein the second end of the first wire grip is angled inwardly to form a first guide ramp;
the second end of the third outer side wall is inclined inward to form a second guide slope.
10. A water heater comprising an outer housing and the wiring harness clasp of any one of claims 1-9;
the shell body is provided with a clamping hole which is clamped with the wiring harness buckle.
