The attached drawings of the specification:
fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an embodiment of the overall structure of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a schematic sectional view of the hose of the present invention.
The specific implementation mode is as follows:
the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention are provided to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the claims of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention is: the hose comprises a metal joint 1 connected with one end of a hose 2, and is characterized in that the hose 2 is structurally provided with a wear-resistant inner rubber layer 3, a pressure-bearing layer 5 with a wound steel wire layer 4 is arranged outside the wear-resistant inner rubber layer 3, and an outer rubber layer 6 is arranged outside the pressure-bearing layer 5; the wear-resistant inner rubber layer 3 is of a two-five layer structure, and each layer of the wear-resistant inner rubber layer 3 is made of wear-resistant materials with different colors. The wear-resistant inner rubber layer 3 has strong self-bonding capacity, can better resist the friction and tearing action on the surface material of the wear-resistant inner rubber layer 3 when the sand flows at a high speed, so that the hose 2 has longer service life, the bearing layer 5 with the wound steel wire layer 4 has strong radial supporting force and axial tensile resistance, and the hose 2 has high pressure resistance while ensuring the tubular shape.
The wear-resistant inner glue layer 3 is of a two-layer structure and sequentially comprises a black glue layer 3-1 and a green glue layer 3-2 from inside to outside; or the wear-resistant inner glue layer 3 is of a three-layer structure and sequentially comprises a black glue layer 3-1, a green glue layer 3-2 and a yellow glue layer 3-3 from inside to outside; or the wear-resistant inner glue layer 3 is of a four-layer structure and sequentially comprises a black glue layer 3-1, a green glue layer 3-2, a yellow glue layer 3-3 and a red glue layer 3-4 from inside to outside; or the wear-resistant inner glue layer 3 is of a five-layer structure and sequentially comprises a black glue layer 3-1, a green glue layer 3-2, a yellow glue layer 3-3, a red glue layer 3-4 and a gray glue layer 3-5 from inside to outside, and the thicknesses of all the layers are the same. Because the wear-resisting inner rubber layer 3 contacts with the high-speed gravel flow, in the use process, the wear-resisting inner rubber layer 3 can be gradually worn by the gravel flow, once the wear-resisting inner rubber layer 3 is worn or partially worn, the strength of the hose 2 can be greatly reduced, the winding steel wire layer 4 in the pressure bearing layer 5 can be quickly corroded, if the winding steel wire layer is corroded by hydrochloric acid liquid, the degree of wear can be marked by the rubber layers with different colors of all layers, the degree of wear of the wear-resisting inner rubber layer 3 can be immediately judged only by observing the color of the inner surface of the hose 2, whether the hose assembly is replaced or not can be determined according to the driving pressure and the flow rate of the output gravel flow, the burst of the hose assembly under high pressure can be timely avoided, and safety accidents are avoided.
The metal joint 1 is a high-pressure-resistant metal joint, or a buckling-pressing metal joint, or a pre-embedded type integrally-connected metal joint through vulcanization; performing carburizing treatment or surfacing wear-resistant material on the surface of the metal joint; the metal joint is subjected to special wear-resistant treatment, and has good wear resistance.
The pressure bearing layer 5 is provided with two to ten winding steel wire layers 4, the steel wires and the hose 2 are wound at an axial included angle of 30-89 degrees, and the winding directions of the adjacent winding steel wire layers 4 are opposite; the structure of the wound steel wire layer 4 constructed as described above has a relatively strong radial supporting force, the internal stress of the entire wound steel wire layer 4 is minimized, and at the same time, it has good tensile strength and pressure pulse resistance.
Because the hose assembly has a poor use environment and the outer surface of the hose is also abraded, the outer adhesive layer 6 is of a two-layer structure, the black outer adhesive layer 6-1 and the red outer adhesive layer 6-2 are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, the thicknesses of the black outer adhesive layer 6-1 and the red outer adhesive layer 6-2 are 3/4 and 1/4 of the thickness of the outer adhesive layer 6 respectively, and after the hose assembly is used for a long time, if the black outer adhesive layer 6-1 is exposed, attention is given to the hose assembly, and preparation for replacement is prepared. The thickness of the black outer adhesive layer 6-1 and the red outer adhesive layer 6-2 can be adjusted according to the requirement.
As mentioned above, the wear-resistant inner adhesive layer 3 of the hose 2 is worn after being used for a long time, the above-mentioned worn state is generally observed when being transferred or being periodically disassembled, and before observation, the cleaning is generally needed, which is slightly inconvenient and easy to cause missed detection, therefore, the interfaces between the black adhesive layer 3-1 and the green adhesive layer 3-2, the green adhesive layer 3-2 and the yellow adhesive layer 3-3, the red adhesive layer 3-4 and the gray adhesive layer 3-5 are all provided with the tracer markers 7; if the outer surface of the hose 2 is detected by a portable detecting instrument, if the specific tracing marker 7 cannot be detected, the certain adhesive layer is worn, so that the wearing state of the wear-resistant inner adhesive layer 3 in the hose 2 can be detected without any cleaning no matter whether the hose 2 is in a working state or not.
The tracer markers 7 are high-density rubber sheets containing lead powder, the existence of a certain high-density rubber sheet can be directly measured out of the hose 2 by using a portable soft X-ray apparatus, the outer surface of the hose 2 is provided with a display mark 8 corresponding to each tracer marker 7, and each display mark 8 is provided with a number, so that accurate detection can be realized; or the tracing marker 7 is a radio frequency sheet, and whether a certain radio frequency sheet still exists can be measured by a handheld radio frequency scanner, the radio frequency technology is a very mature technology at present and can be purchased outside directly, and the radio frequency sheet is an extremely thin copper foil and does not influence the structural strength of the wear-resistant inner glue layer 3 at all.
Because some parts of the wear-resistant inner rubber layer 3 of the hose 2 are worn more than other parts due to the use condition, a plurality of tracer markers 7 are arranged on the same layer of the wear-resistant inner rubber layer 3, and the wear conditions of different parts can be obtained by detecting the plurality of tracer markers 7; in order to facilitate detection and avoid detection errors of the tracer markers 7, the tracer markers 7 of different layers in the wear-resistant inner rubber layer 3 of the hose 2 are spaced apart by a suitable distance in the axial direction of the hose 2, which can avoid generation of false signals.
In order to further improve the strength of the wear-resistant inner rubber layer 3 of the hose 2, 0.5-1% by weight of bentonite particles with the granularity of 8-10 nm are mixed in the rubber of each layer of the wear-resistant inner rubber layer 3, due to the unique physicochemical characteristics of the nanoscale bentonite, rubber molecules or a certain group of the rubber molecules can be inserted into the interlayer structure of the bentonite particles, and a plurality of molecules or groups of a plurality of molecules can be simultaneously inserted into the interlayer structure of each bentonite particle to form a larger molecular group in the rubber, so that the abrasion of the rubber layer caused by the sand-stone flow through friction is more difficult, namely the wear resistance of the inner rubber layer 3 is improved.
In order to further improve the wear-resisting property of the wear-resisting inner rubber layer 3 of the hose 2, each layer of the wear-resisting inner rubber layer 3 is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene or PVDF material or rubber or polyurethane or any combination of the materials, the use of various single materials can reduce the complexity of the preparation process and ensure the basic property, and the mixed use of more than two materials can provide the hose with various performance requirements although the complexity of the preparation process is increased, so that the service life and other properties are further improved.
