Abstract
The invention provides a thrust needle roller bearing and a retainer, which belong to the technical field of bearings and comprise a first raceway ring, a second raceway ring, a needle roller and a retainer, wherein the opening side of the bearing is taken as the inner side, and a gap sealing structure and/or a labyrinth sealing structure are/is arranged between the retainer and the inner side and/or the outer side of the first raceway ring and the second raceway ring. The invention improves the two end structures of the retainer and the matching relation between the retainer and the raceway ring, realizes the sealing of the thrust needle roller bearing, improves the service performance of the thrust needle roller bearing and prolongs the service life of the thrust needle roller bearing.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of needle roller bearings, in particular to a thrust needle roller bearing and a retainer.
Background
The needle roller bearing has a small cross section, so that the radial structure is compact, and the needle roller bearing has high load bearing capacity, so that the needle roller bearing is particularly suitable for a supporting structure with limited radial installation size.
The structure of the existing thrust needle roller bearing is disclosed in chinese patent CN201120209217.5, and it includes a first raceway ring, a second raceway ring, a needle roller and a retainer. The first raceway ring and the second raceway ring are respectively arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the roller pin and the retainer, and the raceway of the first raceway ring and the raceway of the second raceway ring are respectively contacted with the roller pin.
However, since the cross section of the needle roller thrust bearing is small, it is difficult to design a sealing structure, fine substances such as dust and particles from the outside easily enter the inside of the bearing, and the lubricating oil in the inside of the bearing easily escapes to the outside, so that the service life of the bearing is affected.
In addition, the rolling rings and the retainer of the existing thrust needle bearing are in a separated state, and sorting measurement is needed to ensure the required assembly height during use.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the needle roller thrust bearing with the sealing function by carrying out innovative design on the needle roller thrust bearing, solves the problem that the existing needle roller thrust bearing cannot be sealed, and further overcomes the defects of inconvenient structure separation and assembly.
In order to achieve the above object, the needle roller thrust bearing of the present invention has the following structure: the bearing comprises a first raceway ring, a second raceway ring, a roller pin and a retainer, wherein one side of an opening of the bearing is taken as the inner side, and a clearance sealing structure and/or a labyrinth sealing structure are/is arranged between the retainer and the inner side and/or the outer side of the first raceway ring and the second raceway ring.
According to the technical scheme, the sealing structures are arranged between the retaining frame and the inner side and the outer side of the first raceway ring and the inner side and the outer side of the second raceway ring, so that the sealing effect of the thrust needle roller bearing is improved through the inner/outer sealing structures, the normal operation performance of the thrust needle roller bearing is prevented from being influenced by the entering of foreign matters in the long-term use process, and the service life of the bearing is prolonged.
The invention further provides the following: the clearance type sealing structure is as follows: the end of the retainer, which is matched with the inner sides of the first raceway ring and the second raceway ring, is provided with a first extension part which extends towards the first raceway ring and the second raceway ring, and the first extension part is in clearance fit with the first raceway ring and the second raceway ring.
Above-mentioned technical scheme provides a seal structure convenient to processing and assembly, and it has reduced the tip of holder and the radial clearance between first raceway circle and the second raceway circle through providing the extension, increases the inside hindrance of foreign matter entering bearing seal circle, reduces the entering of external foreign matter, reduces the lubricating oil loss, prolongs the life of bearing.
And the clearance type sealing structure only needs to change the structure of the retainer without changing the structure of the raceway ring.

Through the technical scheme, the sealing structure with the simple structure and the good sealing effect is provided, the labyrinth sealing is realized through concave-convex matching, and compared with a clearance type sealing structure, the sealing structure has the advantages that the sealing effect is more outstanding, and the sealing structure is suitable for being designed on the outer side.

The retainer can be kept with the first raceway ring and the second raceway ring to form an inseparable whole by designing a concave-convex matched labyrinth seal matching structure, so that the bearing is integrated and only needs to be used, and the required assembly height is ensured without separation measurement, thereby facilitating practical use.

Detailed Description
The clearance type sealing structure is shown in fig. 5, a first sealing head 31 is arranged at the inner end of the retainer 3, the first sealing head 31 is provided with a first extending portion 303 facing the first raceway ring 1 and the second raceway ring 1 respectively, the first extending portion 303 is provided with a radial matching surface, the matching surfaces are in clearance fit with the first raceway ring 1 and the second raceway ring 1 respectively, and the gap is preferably 0.04-0.1 mm. In this embodiment, the first extension 303 is disposed along the axial direction for easy processing.
As shown in fig. 4, the labyrinth seal structure has a second seal head 32 at the outer end of the retainer 3, the second seal head 32 has a second extension 301 facing the first raceway ring 1 and the second raceway ring 1, respectively, and the end of the extension at both sides has a protrusion 302 protruding inward. Correspondingly, the outer side ends of the first raceway ring 1 and the second raceway ring 1 are provided with concave-convex structures formed by sequentially connecting a first protrusion 11, a groove 12 and a second protrusion 13, the convex part 302 of the second sealing head 32 is inserted into the groove 12 of the concave-convex structures, the sealing head is in concave-convex clearance fit with the first raceway ring 1 and the second raceway ring 1, and the clearance is preferably 0.02-0.08 mm. Similarly, in the present embodiment, the second extension 301 is also disposed in the axial direction, and the convex portion 302 is also disposed in the radial direction.

In conclusion, the invention can effectively improve the sealing performance and prolong the sealing structure of the thrust needle roller 2 bearing structure on the premise of ensuring the original function advantages of the thrust needle roller without changing by improving the structures at the two ends of the retainer 3 and the matching relation between the retainer and the raceway ring 1.
