Abstract

As shown in fig. 1 to 17, the present embodiment provides a housing assembly of a cooling and heating fan, which includes a housing 1, a filter screen 21 assembly and at least one switching structure.
An air inlet 11 is arranged on the shell 1.
The filter screen 21 assembly is disposed at the air inlet 11 and includes a plurality of filter units 2 rotatably connected to the housing 1, and the filter units 2 are provided with filter screens 21.
The switching structure is connected to the filter units 2 and has a first position in which each filter unit 2 covers the air inlet 11 and a second position in which each filter unit 2 opens the air inlet 11 under the influence of an external force.
The two ends of the filtering unit 2 are respectively provided with a rotating shaft 22, the housing 1 is correspondingly provided with a mounting hole 12, and the filtering unit 2 is rotatably connected with the housing 1 through the matching of the rotating shaft 22 and the mounting hole 12. In the present embodiment, the rotary shafts 22 are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the mounting holes 12. In other embodiments, the filter unit 2 may be provided with the rotary shaft 22 only at one end.
The specific structure of the switching structure can be various, and in this embodiment, the switching structure includes a connecting rod 3 and a plurality of driving shafts 4 arranged on the connecting rod 3 at intervals along the length direction of the connecting rod 3.
At least one end of the filter unit 2 is provided with a matching hole 23, a distance is reserved between the axis of the matching hole 23 and the axis of the rotating shaft 22, and each filter unit 2 is arranged along the length direction of the connecting rod 3 and is matched and connected with the corresponding driving shaft 4.

The number of the switching mechanisms is not limited, and in this embodiment, the switching mechanisms have two, the two ends of the filter unit 2 are both provided with the matching holes 23, and the matching hole 23 at one end is connected with the driving shaft 4 of one of the switching mechanisms, and the matching hole 23 at the other end is connected with the driving shaft 4 of the other switching mechanism.
As an alternative embodiment, the engagement hole 23 may be provided only at the end of the filter unit 2 where the rotary shaft 22 is provided.
The specific form of the connecting rod 3 can be various, in this embodiment, the connecting rod 3 includes a rod body 31, and a plurality of ribs 32 disposed on the rod body 31 at intervals along the length direction of the rod body 31, each rib 32 is parallel to each other and intersects with the rod body 31, and the driving shaft 4 is disposed at one end of the rib 32 away from the rod body 31.
The housing assembly of the cooling and heating fan provided by the embodiment further comprises a driving device, wherein the driving device is arranged on the housing 1 and drives the switching structure to move.
One end of the connecting rod 3 is provided with a transmission hole, and the driving device in the embodiment comprises a motor 5 and a crank 6.
The motor 5 has a power output shaft.
One end of the crank 6 is connected with the power output shaft, and the other end of the crank is connected with the transmission hole in a matching way, and the crank drives the connecting rod 3 to rotate around the rotating shaft 22 under the driving of the power output shaft.
Thus, the switching structure can be automatically controlled by the motor 5 and the crank 6 to switch between the first position and the second position, so that the opening and closing of each filter unit 2 to the air inlet 11 can be automatically controlled.
The shell 1 is provided with an arc-shaped limiting groove 13, and one end of the crank 6 connected with the power output shaft extends out of the limiting groove 13 and then is connected with the power output shaft.
When warm air needs to be discharged, the crank 6 is driven to move through the motor 5 to drive the switching structure to be located at the first position, each filtering unit 2 covers the air inlet 11, dust in the outside air can be filtered by the filtering net 21 on the filtering unit 2, then the dust enters the machine body to pass through the heating body, and finally the warm air is discharged, so that the dust can be prevented from entering the machine body to be bonded on the heating body to reduce the heating efficiency; when needs go out the cold wind, through the motion of motor 5 drive crank 6, drive and switch the structure and be in the second position, air intake 11 is opened to each filter unit 2, and the outside air need not directly to enter into the organism through filter screen 21 in, and the cold wind of last discharge can increase the air inlet area under the cold wind mode like this, promotes the air inlet efficiency of cold wind. Therefore, the present embodiment can avoid the dust entering the inside of the machine body to be bonded on the heating element to reduce the heating efficiency in the warm air mode by arranging the filter screen 21, and can improve the air volume and the air inlet efficiency of the air inlet 11 in the cold air mode.
