The door frame 1 comprises two groups of outer panels 3, an inner core plate 4 and two groups of thickened plates 5 which are bonded between the outer panels 3 and the inner core plate 4. The connecting plate 6 and the rotating seat 8 are separated from the outside space by the protective plate 9, and smoke is not easy to leak from the connecting plate and the rotating seat when a fire disaster happens.
Referring to fig. 2, on the other hand, in order to enable the door leaf 2 to be closed quickly and accurately, a baffle 11 for abutting and positioning the door leaf 2 is integrally formed on the other side of the door frame 1 away from the rotating shaft 7, so that when the door leaf 2 rotates to be coplanar with the door frame 1, the baffle 11 can be abutted tightly by one side edge of the door leaf 2, thereby realizing accurate positioning and simultaneously ensuring the sealing performance between the door leaf 2 and the door frame 1.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in addition, in order to further ensure the sealing performance between the upper and lower sides of the door leaf 2 and the door frame 1, a partial space is left between the top end and the bottom end of the inner core plate 4 in the door leaf 2 and the thickened plates 5 on the two sides, so as to form a mounting groove 12, meanwhile, when the door leaf 2 is closed, the sealing groove 13 facing the mounting groove 12 is formed in the surface of the top and bottom frame body of the door frame 1, a fireproof plate 14 capable of extending out of the mounting groove 12 and being hermetically inserted into the sealing groove 13 is movably mounted in the mounting groove 12, and a driving member for controlling the fireproof plate 14 to extend out of or retract into the sealing groove.

In addition, an elastic member for continuously pushing the fire prevention plate 14 out of the mounting groove 12 is provided in the mounting groove 12. The elastic part is a compression spring 20 arranged between the fireproof plate 14 and the bottom of the mounting groove 12, and two ends of the compression spring 20 are respectively and fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting groove 12 and one side of the fireproof plate 14.

step four, bonding and fixing the outer panel 3, the thickened plates 5 and the inner core plate 4 by using heat-resistant glue to form the door leaf 2, and mounting a driving shaft 19, a driving gear 18, a fireproof plate 14 with a driving rack 15 and a compression spring 20 into a mounting groove 12, a gear groove 17 and a driving channel 16 formed by the two groups of thickened plates 5 and the inner core plate 4 in the bonding process;
and step five, performing edge sealing, polishing and painting on the door leaf 2, and meanwhile, installing related parts on the door frame 1.
And step six, mounting the rotating seat 8 on the door frame 1, and mounting the manufactured door leaf 2 on the door frame 1.
