For the pressure sensor 25, for example, a pressure sensor with a model number of CAZF-Y8 on the existing market, the pressure sensor 25 is electrically connected with the control panel 81 of the console 8, when the abutting pressure of the limiting piece 21 and the surface of the limited object reaches a preset value, the control panel 81 controls the limiting piece 21 to stop, so that secondary damage caused by extrusion on the surface of the limited object is avoided, and the safety in use is improved. In order to make the other side clearly visible when the worker is working, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, an image pickup device is disposed at one end of the mounting plate 22 away from the first lifting mechanism 3, that is, at the bottom of the rear end of the mounting plate shown in fig. 2, that is, the movable limiting member 212 is disposed between the fixed limiting member 211 and the image pickup device 26. The camera device 26 can be an existing conventional high-definition 360-degree rotary camera, the specific structure and the working principle are not described and limited in detail, the camera is electrically connected with the control panel 81, the camera can shoot the condition of the other surface in real time and transmit the situation to the control panel 81, and the situation is displayed on the display screen 82 to be watched by workers, so that the repairing efficiency of cracks is improved, and the workers can be conveniently constructed. Optionally, a clamping plate 23 may be further disposed between the limiting member 21 and the buffering member 24, so that the structure of the limiting member 21 is firmer and the clamping effect is better. As a first alternative embodiment, the two limiting members 21 may also be both movable limiting members, and are respectively electrically connected to the control panel 81, and are controlled by the control panel 81 to slide toward or away from each other. As a second alternative, the end faces of the two limiting members 21 facing each other may not be provided with the buffering member 24. Specifically, the positioning sleeve 71 is provided with a through hole vertically extending through the positioning sleeve 71, the bottom end of the positioning sleeve 71 is not lower than the bottom end of the travelling wheel 6, and preferably, the bottom end of the positioning sleeve 71 is flush with the bottom end of the base 12. The positioning member 72 is a rod-shaped positioning column movably inserted into the through hole of the positioning sleeve 71, and the top end of the positioning member 72 is in a conical structure and has a diameter larger than that of the through hole. The locking member 73 is a conventional screw or latch that can be inserted between the positioning sleeve 71 and the positioning member 72 to fix the positioning member 72 in the positioning sleeve 71 at a desired position. Correspondingly, the positioning member 72 and the positioning sleeve 71 are both provided with insertion holes (not shown) opened along the radial direction, so that when the rack 1 needs to be fixed, the locking member 73 is firstly taken out, the positioning member 72 is fixed on the ground by using a tool such as an iron hammer, and the positioning member 72 and the positioning sleeve 71 are fixed by using the locking member 73. When the frame 1 needs to be moved after the construction is completed, the positioning member 72 is only required to be pulled out of the ground. Alternatively, when the positioning member 72 is fixed to the ground, the locking member 73 may not be fixed to the positioning member 72 and the positioning sleeve 71.
It should be noted that, when the crack repairing and fixing device of this embodiment is used for repairing and fixing cracks on a wall of a commercial historic building, the height of the wall of the commercial historic building is limited and the top of the wall is not closed, when the crack is repaired, the frame 1 is stopped at one side of the wall to be repaired, the first lifting mechanism 3 and the second lifting mechanism 4 are used for lifting and adjusting the height of the mounting plate 22, the second slider 32 is used for driving the limiting component 2 to slide towards the wall, so that the fixed limiting component 211 and the movable limiting component 212 are respectively located at two sides of the wall, the first slider 31 is used for adjusting the distance between the two limiting components 2, so that the two limiting components 2 can respectively fix the wall at two sides of the crack, and because the weight of the wall is heavy, the fixed limiting component 211 can be set into a plate-shaped structure which can be extended and retracted up and down, so as to adjust according to the height of the wall of the historic building, the fixed limiting part 211 abuts against one side of the ancient building wall body, the movable limiting part 212 does not need to be arranged into a telescopic structure, and only the console 8 is needed to control the movable limiting part 212 to move and abut against the wall top on the other side of the wall body according to the thickness of the wall body, so that the limiting component 2 can be ensured to simultaneously fix the two sides of the wall body, and simultaneously, the two sides of a crack are synchronously fixed respectively. Because fixed locating part 211 sets up to the extending structure that can be unanimous with the wall body height, consequently, no matter the crack is longitudinal gap or horizontal gap, can all utilize fixed locating part 211 to keep out fixedly to the one side of wall body, utilize activity locating part 212 to fix the top of the another side of wall body can, realize that the cracked two sides of wall body are fixed simultaneously, improved fixed effect greatly, can also effectively avoid the secondary destruction to the wall body. In addition, the crack repairing and fixing device of the embodiment can also be used for repairing and fixing cracks of other structural bodies, for example, repairing and fixing cracks of a light plate body, at this time, the fixing limiting part 211 does not need to be set to be a telescopic structure, only needs to be set to be a clamping plate, and the two sides of the top end of the plate body can be clamped and fixed through the fixing limiting part 211 and the movable limiting part 212.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
